New city section!

WHAT YOU WANT TO SUGGEST OR MENTION:
A area on the SRP map with older buildings. Most of Karakura is very modern!
So i thought perhaps some older looking houses etc.
would look great and add more color to the mix!

HOW WILL THIS BENEFIT THE SERVER/COMMUNITY?:
This would give people more places to live, new possible areas to explore adding to maybe some more lore for the city
This older area could have antique shops and perhaps a mueseum or a theaters, generally places of culture. This could be a great place for school trips on general exploring!

It was suggested to instead of large build ideas to make smaller suggestions, which i understand and agree with.
So here are some of my ideas, you are always welcome to add your own in the comments and ill gladly add them!

-A older kind of road out of stone to show that it is an older area
-More sewer connections
-Statues

Edit: +1 only for the main idea. not for the edits. shops are supposed to ger run by players, theres only 1 donut model. theres no reason for that; look at the town and u will notice there're a lot of shops INCLUDING a flower/plant shop + alcohol shop.

Optician to to plant store can be applied to be made a store, college student buildings were already suggested but got denied, brewery? Just buy from shop or players and auction house, art exhibition wouldn't make much says because no one would paint much other than in school and you can't get the painting equipment anywhere else and why would we need more parks when we have about 2-4 huge parks including the peer with rides and the beach with courts and don't forget the huge rocks at the end of the Bach with multiple beach houses, overall in my opinion I think it's best to just suggest minor additional changes to the map instead of making a major ones.

Yeah no i see your point. I should maybe add a list of smaller things, or ideas in general. Minor changes sound a lot easier to make so it would not even take so long to build. Thank you! And also thanks to all the people who wrote +1.
