"you are no longer AFK" means you started to play again (while being in the server) in a very long time. Also to get a job it kinda matters what is the job. If you want a job for example in the police i think you have to be 25 in the game. And for a teacher 27 years old. For more information read the formats of the job applications.

if youre AFK(Away from keyboard) so above ur name they would have 'AFK' and when u will come back it will write 'you're no longer AFK'
and for job it depends on
if you wants to have something like faculty, KPD, EMS etc. the minimum is 25 and for professors/teachers is 27 like he said
if you wants an IC job, it depends on the shopkeeper -> for example Im hiring from +16
