Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?: Im pretty active on schoolrp although I do take my breaks from time to time so im on for atleast 4-5 hours daily, the lowest at around 3 hours if im busy with a school project- although I am mostly still online when I work on projects. I'm not on the forums as much, but I'm trying to get my activity back up!

In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: A teaching assistant's job is to keep the class quiet and under control while a teacher educates the students as well as helping assisting the teacher with their lesson plans!
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?: Yes, I recognize that if I do not behave properly or complete my job in the correct way, I can lose my job.
Do you understand how to seriously roleplay?: Yes, I understand how to seriousrp. I've been trying my best to detailrp aswell!
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I have a lot of experience in role-playing overall, I've been playing on this server for almost three years now.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: As a teaching assistant, I would first turn to the teacher and as him/her what they would wish for me to do about the situation. If this wasn't an option, I would either ignore the student unless it gets completely out of hand. When the situation gets out of hand, I would personally escort the student to either the dean or principal.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: While taking all of the safety procedures necessary, I would approach this task with a calm and positive attitude and get the job done as quickly as possible while being sure not to risk the safety of a student, school faculty member, or myself.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would simply report this employee to my higher-up, giving them a heads-up before the situation got too far out of hand. If this option was not available, I would approach the staff member with caution and politely ask them to stop.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?: When in the break room my character should act as she would anywhere else on the job, keeping a business-like attitude aswell as speaking to each fellow staff member with respect while maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
Provide us with at least 3 detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
/me would take four steps forward towards the yelling student, placing each of her palms onto the edge of the desk. "I kindly ask that you keep your voice down, or I will have to escort you to the principal's office myself." She lifted her palms off of the desk, crossing her arms together as she walked back towards her former standing-place.
/me watched somewhat eagerly as the last few students took their seats, once they did she stepped forward to the front of the class, bowing her head respectfully. "Goodevening class, id like to ask you all a question!" She raised her left hand up, adjusting her tie before she spoke out again, "Does everyone have a pen and paper ready for their notes? We dont want to waste any time now do we!" She chuckled, placing notebooks on each of the student's desks before stepping back to her assigned standing area.
/me kneeled down onto one knee, placing two fingers against the student's neck to check for a pulse, while doing so she raised up a hand and pointed at another student. "Call an ems, tell them Miss Elemori requested for you to call them." She continued to check the student's pulse before lifting their chin up to open the airways, rolling the student over onto their side afterwards as she reached into her pocket for a handkerchief. She placed the cloth over the student's eyes, waiting for the seizure to stop.

Backstory
Kiara was born in Jeju-si, Korean on January 18th of 1994. She was an only child who was raised by two loving American parents who raised her together in a small home in the town of Jeju-si until her 10th birthday when the couple decided they were going to move to America after her father was offered a job as a teacher and her mother was offered a job as a school librarian.
She was a quiet and shy girl who loved knowledge and having the ability to learn as much as she did. Kiara lived a normal "teacher's pet" life until she finally turned 14 and was starting her freshman year in high-school. Because of her shy and "nerdy" behavior, she mostly stuck to herself. She only had a few close friends although they didn't stick around for long. Kiara stuck with this shy and loner behavior until she turned 18 and was graduating high-school. Due to her heavily educated parents, going to college was already set-in-stone. Her parents had already helped her decide which school she would be going to as well as what she'd like to major in. Kiara chose a university in Suita, Japan where she had majored in Mathematics as well as English literature.
Kiara was a major overachiever, studying up late nights to study information that she had already memorized from front to back. Along the way, she sought out many different opportunities to be able to educate other people in the ways that she was able to.
When the year 2018 hit, Kiara finally graduated college and was on the look out for a job. She enjoyed her learning experience so much that she wanted to give other students that possibly, so she sought out for a teaching assistant job in Karakura, Japan.
Motivation for Joining KHS: My motivation for joining KHS is that I wish to help educate the younger generations to open their eyes to how amazing it is to have the power to simply be able to work out a math problem is without struggling. I really would like to have the chance to support each student along their way to becoming successful adults, teachers, police officers, or even a doctor! Honestly, I enjoyed my experience as a student so much that I would like to assist other students through all of the stressful times and help them along their way of becoming successful adults even if they need a bit of a push along the way.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I believe I should be accepted over other applications for my ability to get the job done in a timely fashion as well as being able to maintain a bright personality as I do so! I also wish to help turn this school into a positive journey for each student that wishes to become successful in life, along with the want to help each teacher follow out their dreams with spreading their knowledge upon the younger generations.
