IGN:
I have around 3-4 accounts that I use to play on SRP; however, I am using my main account called: NoQuotes. Additionally, I will list below my alt accounts.

UNORIGINALMINDS - ALT.
Describe your activity and potential punishment history as a player of the server:
My activity is great on the SchoolRP server! I average around 3-4 hours or more daily. This is because I truly love spending my hours on this server because I genuinely find it fun. Additionally, I play as an officer on the server. This is where my activity is mainly focused on.
Now, moving onto punishment history. I deeply regret saying this, but I do have a couple bans. However, I have learnt from these mistakes and I will never repeat them again in the future. Below, I will list all my history with bans, with a brief explanation.
2019 or 2020 | Fly hacking; Flaros
To start, this ban was deserved, without a doubt. It occurred around 2019 or 2020 when I was pretty new to the server and didn’t know any better. Due to my ignorance, I turned on fly hacks out of boredom and flew around the server. I even showed this off to other players.
I have learned from my mistake and have never repeated this action; this is my most profound regret for having this in my ban history.
Additionally, since that ban has occurred, I have always made sure to report players that seem to be fly hacking or breaking SRP rules of conduct.
2021 | Failrp, Metagame, AvoidRP; Hebwig
This ban is one of the first ones I have gotten in over 1-2 years. It was complicated; however, I will take full blame.
That day, my friends and I headed to the power plant to cause a commotion. However, on arrival, we encountered a fight. We all had masks on, which most likely brought us attention. After a couple of minutes, we decided to move along and leave.
We then started to head to my apartment. It was because I was armed with a katana and wanted to put it away. We decided seconds after to just warp, which was a grave mistake.
Some KPD officers were out of my range and popped up at the last second. I debated returning to the location since I had a mask on but decided not to because we had no interaction; this led to me getting banned for “FailRP, Metagame, and AvoidRP.” I sincerely apologize for my ignorance at the time. Since then, I have learned from my mistake, and I will never warp after witnessing a crime or being affiliated with one.
Please provide any previous faction applications you have created, whether accepted or denied:
The applications will be in spoilers.

Are you aware that if you are inactive on the team you will be demoted?
I am fully aware of this consequence and I will ensure activity.
What previous experience do you have working in a team that would outshine other applicants?:
I have a decent amount of experience working in a team. In real life, I have been in two sports: Basketball and Baseball. These were two of the childhood sports that I would play with groups. I have also played in a match with another team to claim victory. I have received trophy awards for my achievements.
Additionally, besides sports, I have some experience moderating a Minecraft server. This was about one year ago, and I was a favorite staff member on the server; I hope so.
During my time with these experiences, I have never shown any biased opinion toward anyone I knew of or was friends with. If they have done something wrong that can significantly affect a team, I will report them for it. If someone has done something wrong, they should face repercussions for it, even if they’re a friend.
I am now moving on to in-character experience.
I have a significant amount of experience in teamwork in character. I have played sports, such as Volleyball and basketball, and joined team factions.
For basketball, I was always a good defender. I would catch the ball and throw it away from the basket; this would always be coordinated and give us a chance at victory. Additionally, playing basketball has given me great experience in teamwork, which will help in a team faction.
I am now moving on to Volleyball. I was a decent setter. My friend and I would do these combos, which were usually impossible to defend. I would hit the ball in the air, and my friend would hit it down immediately, making it go down quickly. It has shown that I have good teamwork and coordination in Volleyball, and it has helped me significantly.
That is all that I have for sports. However, I am not over yet. I also have experience with teamwork in the KPD.
Working in the KPD is excellent for teamwork, as you have to spend most of your time working with other players. During my time in the KPD, I have gone out on patrols with other officers and even discussed some instances with them. Another thing that I do in KPD assists with raids and arrests. With raids, you will have to get around 3-4 officers. Two with crowbars and two to guard the door; however, it also depends on if they are two doors or just one. If there is one door, three officers with crowbars will go inside. If there are two, two officers will guard the door, and two will go inside to raid the place.
Additionally, all these experiences I have gained over the years have given me excellent communication skills, which are very important if you wish to do teamwork.
That is all I have experience with teamwork; however, I am always up to anything new I can learn.
Are you currently part of any Community Team? If so, which one and do you think you are able to manage your activity in both?
I am not a part of any community team at this moment. However, if I ever do get into another community-team, I will try my best to even out my activity in both.
Please provide a minimum of three (maximum of five) detailed event suggestions that would work for our server:
(Going over the set limit of event ideas can potentially jeopardize your chances of being accepted.)
Karakura’s Phantom | Ghost Event
(Beware of the Phantom.)
LORE:
The individual known as Akari was recently murdered in this Apartment. The KPD has no idea who has committed this felony, and there seem to be no pinpoints other than some bloody shoe prints.
Upon the body being found, the female would have various stab wounds on their corpse. Additionally, the door to the Apartment was broken open. The attack was planned and with pure hatred. The Apartment where she was murdered has been boarded off with police tape to warn anyone not to go inside. However, one day, someone defied that warning and entered the Apartment.
Upon them entering the Apartment, they would notice a foul stench. However, nothing seemed out of the ordinary after a few minutes. Or so it seemed. Out of nowhere, creeks on the wooden floor are heard to the right of them, but all there is pitch-black darkness. This would, without a doubt, send shivers down their spine. They shrugged it off, assuming it was just the wooden floors giving out until they heard a whisper to the left of them, which they listened to as “LEAVE NOW.”
The person immediately jumped after they heard the whisper, running out of the Apartment, almost tripping out of pure fear.
EVENT INFO:
Once whoever entered the Apartment would have a sense of fear; They would smell a foul stench after a few seconds. The Apartment was pitch black, and no one was inside. All there was to notice was the creeks on the wooden floor from your feet.
However, another entity lurks within the Apartment. It is the ghost of the exact girl who was murdered, filled with anger and vengeance. If you’re to disturb this being, you may get attacked after a warning or with no sign.
LOCATION?:
The location will be an apartment. Let us say, Apartment block D, 301. Of course, as I said before, the Apartment will have police tape that has been torn. This will allow you to enter the Apartment at your own risk.
RESOURCES NEEDED?:
One ET member is needed.
An announcement made within the Roleplay Hub server about the haunted Apartment. This will be located in the “event” channel.
An in-game announcement about the commotion happening at the Apartment.
A singular flash event ICly that players will be able to observe. The flash event will host someone reporting to the KPD about a noise complaint coming from the exact Apartment where the murder was located. Upon the police entering, they would smell the foul odor and the dead body of the female. Neighbors from the residence would hear the commotion and come down to see what was happening.
BUILDING NEEDED?:
Police tape outside the Apartment, dangling down so the players can enter.
TIME OF EVENT?:

Nuclear Surprise | ET/KPD EVENT.
(A Nuclear device found in the park of Karakura.)
LORE:
In 1969, three trucks carrying deactivated nuclear devices were heading toward the beach to ship them away.
However, during the transportation, one of the trucks crashed to the side, causing some nuclear bombs to fall
out of the truck.
The two other drivers immediately parked their trucks on the side of the road, going to the crashed vehicle.
Thankfully, the driver only sustained minor injuries, so EMS wasn't needed at the time. The drivers collected
all of the lost nuclear devices, or so they thought. One nuclear device was not noticed and was left
Abandoned. However, the collision between the trucks and the ground caused a crater, which the nuclear
device rolled into, becoming covered with dirt and other rubble from the Earth.
One year has passed since the nuclear device was lost. A new park was going to be under construction, which
happened to be right where the nuke was located. Due to the dirt and other rubble from the Earth, the construction workers wouldn't notice the nuclear device and build right over it.
EVENT INFO:
An individual was metal detecting in a park to find valuable items he could sell for some yen. A few minutes after, a beep was heard from the device, and he frantically took out his shovel and started to dig. After
a few minutes passed, he would hit something that felt like metal. His interest peaked, and he thought he had found something valuable; however, he needed clarification. After taking out his mini-shovel to investigate more, he noticed a nuclear sign on the metal device. Immediately, he stumbled back out of fear
and pulled out his phone. He frantically typed 110 in the dial, calling the KPD.
That is when the KPD showed up in the area and started to circle the room that contained the nuke with
police tape and started to dig the device up from the ground carefully.
After officers contain the nuke, they will ship it off the land to never be seen again.
RESOURCES NEEDED:
One ET Member
Four to Five KPD members
One in-game announcement about the nuke being discovered
BUILDING NEEDED?:
Police-Tape surrounding the nuclear bomb after KPD action to do so. Once the nuke is dug up, it will be pasted right where it was found.
DATE/TIME AND LOCATION?:
Tagashi Pathway Park
