I am online most days from an hour to 5+ hours. There are occasions where I am out of town or unable to access my computer in which I can inform staff about.

School Nurse
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
The role of the school nurse takes responsibility for students' and faculty's well-being while on the school grounds. The nurse will be required to help injured and ill students/staff at a moment's notice. Most days will consist of being in the nurse's office, helping sick or injured students, but on the off chance a major injury happens, it is the responsibility of the nurse to help them until Emergency Services arrive who will be better equipped to handle the said situation. The nurse is also in charge of recording and documenting all student and faculty injuries and illnesses. They are also in charge of filing all medical documentation of the students to best help them. Lastly, it's the nurse's duty to help inform students about illnesses and injuries as well as ways to prevent them, as well as taking the necessary steps to prevent and illnesses from entering the school grounds.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
My character’s attitude would change from calm and soothing to stern, asking the student to refrain from using that type of language of the school ground. They would then continue to state that the student was sent to them because of the student's own recklessness that leads up to this. After my character would finish helping the student he would proceed to write a note/letter to the front office as well as the student's teacher informing them about the incident.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
My character would approach the students making sure his presence is known. He would attempt talking to one of them and if they continued fighting he would simply place his body between the two students and attempt to calm them down. If this were to fail he would attempt to restrain the most aggressive student trying to calm him down. He would then inform the office of the incident as well as the student's names.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
My character would approach the staff member informing them that they are not appropriate and or too dangerous for the workplace, reminding them that this is a place for young minds to grow and learn and if they were to continue I would have to inform higher faculty members. While doing all of this my character would make sure to respect the other staff member and maintain a professional stance during the whole situation.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?:
Whilst in the break room, my character would be attentive yet relaxed, often finding a seat and a warm cup of coffee to brighten the mood while he conversed with other teachers. He'd occasionally offer his assistance to teachers and other staff members to try and help lighten their workload and brighten their mood because he believes Unhappy employees perform worse than happy ones.

/me he'd glance over the injured area of the student before walking over to the freezer. He would open the door scanning the contents of the freezer for an ice pack. Upon finding it he would grab it, shutting the freezer then walk back to the student gently applying the ice pack to the injured area.
/me he'd softly smile at the student before looking around his desk for his notepad. He would then fill in the details of why the student is late to class, their current health, and the injury/event that lead to them being late. After he would hand the note to the student before telling them to have a good rest of the day and wishing them the best of luck.
/me he'd offer his body as a support for the student helping them to the first available bed. After he would approach the sink grabbing a paper cup and filling it with cold water. He would then return to the student's side as he would place the water on a table next to them.

Backstory
Originally born in Karakura, Michikatsu was the eldest of two twin brothers. Unfortunately at a young age, Michikatsu was forced to move away due to his younger brother's illness. His family left to move to America where his brother would receive his necessary treatment. He attended school in America for a while, often being discriminated against he informed his father. His father understood and explained he desired him to attend Karakura the same school where he met Michikatsu's mother. So he got to work on setting up arrangements for Michikatsu to live and study in Japan while he would stay in America with his sick child. He was sent back to Japan once he reached the age of 14, as his father desired for him to attend school at Karakura. During his time there he lived with a kind lady who worked at the local library. She was very encouraging of him, even attempting to help him follow his dreams of cooking. He was cherished within her household being the only child. One day he came home to a horrific scene of her lying dead on the floor, the criminals were never found. Shortly after he returned to America where both his already ill brother and mother were dying. Later the family found out that his mother had the same illness as her son had and this led his father into hating both his children. The father thought if they were never born the mother would have never gotten ill. Shortly after the mother and brother passed Michikazu left for France where he would attend college and find a beautiful girl by the name of Elysa. He would grow close to her eventually having two kids, with the second resulting in the death of the mother. He finished his studies before moving back to Karakura.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
My main motivation for joining Karakura Highschool is I wish to help people. I lost both my mother and brother due to an illness because my father had insufficient funding for their treatment and later lost my Fiancee while giving birth to my second child. I believe the cause of their passing was due to laziness in the hospital staff. Ever since those events I greatly desired to become a nurse/doctor so I could help people no matter what. The reason for choosing Karakura is both my daughters attend, as well as my deep connection to the high school from my time attending it. With all this said I wish to protect and maintain good health for the students and faculty of Karakura. I also deeply desire to be apart of the improvement and growth of the school as a whole.
