In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for: I am applying for the role of Nurse, The idea of being the person who takes care of the students of Karakura highschool seems like a great opportunity, I want to widen my experiences of the server, It seems like a lovely opportunity
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I have experience in wide factors of role play the ones I have mostly done include, GangRP, CookingRP, CleaningRP, and MedicalRP, I try to Detail anything I do the best I can at any given moment no matter if its just blinking or Even Breathing! (Ive done that a few times its quite fun)

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?: She would look at the student a frown forming on her face as she then says to the kid, "Please watch how you speak to adults, And do not continue with your foul Language" if he persists she will yet again say, "As I have asked before please put an end to your foul use of words or I will have to apply extra steps this is your Second warning" If he consists she would gain a stern voice with the kid as she then said "I have asked you to stop multiple times, Now stop or you will be given detention" If he does not stop she would give the kid detention (Hoping he FearRP's Properly)
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?: She would dash into action getting between both students she would say or yell quite loudly in a stern tone "Back away from eachother now! If this persists you will gain DETENTION!" She would then keep them there making sure they serperate as she asks how this was lead to begin, Giving proper punishments if one is Knocked out or if there is other components in this, She would then take each student to the Nurse's Office and tend to their wounds if they have any
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?: She would walk to them as she gave them a disappointed look clearly upset, She would speak calmly yet also in a fussy tone as she spoke to them about what they were doing and how it was completely irresponsible and 100% not ok, since they set the example for how kids should act, If the employee continues to do said thing she will bring it to SLT
When in the employee break room, how does your character act? She would take her break taking a seat, and eat her lunch mainly she would just relax calming down from the stress of the day, She wouldnt stay long as she always feels like their is work to be done, She would keep a keen ear listening for any yelling or fighting of students, making sure nothing bad would be continued.

/me &3She would look at the student sitting before them as she examined their wounds, Seeing that their face would have bruises on it she look for any further damage after realizing that bruises would be the only thing on the student she would jump into action walking to the freezer taking out and instant ice pack walking back over handing it to the student as she began to question on how these events happened and how do they feel discussing about if they have symptoms of Dizzyness, Nausia, Any kind of memory loss or fuzzieness in the head, Running through basic procedures making sure that a few bruises is the only thing that is the problem
/me &3She would look at the student before her noticing that they are quite pale she would take out a thermometer as she said in a sweet tone "Can you please open your mouth? Im going to place this thermometer under your toungue" As she placed the thermometer under their toungue she would wait till it gained a proper read on their body temperature she looked at it noticing it said 99 degrees farenheit she would go place the thermometer away, She then would began to ask a few questions "May I know whats the matter? If you can tell me I might be able to help you" She would gain the information as she would walk over with a bucket, just incase they felt a need to vomit as she would also place a warm rag on their forehead damp from warm water, "I suggest you get some rest sweetheart, Try to sleep best you can, If you gain any problem call for me, And if you feel sick please try to make it in the bucket" She would give a comforting smile as she returned to her post at the desk

Backstory
Astrid was born in 1997 a female raised by her Father Nicholas, Today's school chef And Meo-Kii, Astrid had grown up in the town of Karakura who had taken an interest in Helping with medically challenged people, Due to the crime rate of Karakura Astrid had began to see multiple people bruises and beaten, at the age of 12 she began to carry around a little kit of gauze and a lunch bag with ice packs in them, she loved to help out whoever she could find the feeling of their gratitude was everything to Astrid. We have gotten right into the point of why she wants to be a nurse though, Lets talk about how she even came to think about applying to be apart of the school
Astrid was a average higschool student, she didnt really attend classes because she didnt think they would do her any good, She was what most would call a problem child. She had gained multiple detentions throughout her time in highschool, She wasnt a fan of the teachers and wasnt a fan of school, So why WOULD she apply to be apart of the school staff? Well her mom always said she could be something great, and After her mother died she realized that she isnt fulfilling her mothers wishes with her life at that moment, So she began to look upon her interests she realized she couldnt be apart of the Hospital without going through college, so she changed her course attempting to become apart of the school, She wants to help people with anything she has, Its her goal in life and forever will be.
She has decided to become a nurse of the school first of because she loves to be around students, More of anyone she considers a kid, Astrid has quite a motherly side with her, She helped care for her siblings after her mother died, Astrid loves the idea of children and actually hopes to be a mother some day, Astrid has gained these passions through her life and wants to help anyone she can, Another urge for her nack to help people would be the amount of times she has been kidnapped and injured, The constant feeling and fear from her not being able to get help, The trauma she felt from watching her friends die from their injuries knowing they couldnt recieve help. This is a bit extreme for a school nurse yet she realized she couldnt be apart of EMS so what the hell!
Astrid is always followed with a sweet caring personality, That can completly change based on circumstances, She can be quite scary when she gets upset
Motivation for Joining KHS: I want to be able to help, Even if its just highschool students, I want them to be able to know that if they have any problems there is someone to go to that can fix them up or get someone to fix them up, Its a dream and I know my mother would be pleased if I did so, I love helping anything and anyone I come across, I wish to better my life and better the student's lives with my help, That is why I wish to be apart of Karakura High-School's Team of Staff
