Have you ever been banned (If yes, when and why?): I have been banned for an hour, I believe this is my only ban, being on my main account (oceanwomaan), Upon my sister (80sLemon) and I trying to get an apartment each.

School Employee Role you are applying for?: Nurse

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for: A school nurse has many responsibilities, such as taking care of students and faculty members to ensure they’re safety while working and learning. Nurses take care of various types of injuries and problems. Minor injuries may include, bruises, cuts, bloody noses or drunk students. There are few injuries a school nurse cannot aid to and will call Emergency services go treat, such as; Broken bones, fractures and stitches.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: My first experience I’ve ever had in roleplay was when I first joined SchoolRP, in 2017. Although I may not have been the best role-player back then, I began developing a more serious way of Roleplay, along with viewing others role-playing. Currently with that experiment I’ve gained added more to my ability of detailing in many of my actions, some of which contain a good amount of detail.

Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?: During my experience of role-play I’ve witnessed the various amounts of roles on the server, many of which have struck my interest, Nurse being one of them.

Situations

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Itō would respond to the student in a firm manner, warning the student if the behaviour continued there’d be further consequences for their actions, then going on to explain to them how their words could be harmful or offensive to those they’re directing them too. If they had decided to continue with their bad-behaviour, she’d follow her first warning up with a second warning, then detention if continued.

You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?: She wouldn’t waste any time to observe the situation, she’d instantly do her best to break up the occurring fight. Once the fight had been broken up, she’d separate the two pupils into different areas near to her, and question both to hear either side of the story. Before making her final decision, which would be a firm warning for both students regarding their behaviour, and if it were to continue further consequences would be applied. Followed up by a detention.

Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Itō would immediately pull the other employee aside, and speak to them about how their actions or behaviour could potentially put pupils and other faculty members' safety at risk. She’d then firmly warn them that if she caught them again behaving in a similar way, depending how serious the situation was, she would proceed to inform the Head of Department or SLT.

When in the employee break room, how does your character act?:

In the employee break room, Itō would be at one of the seating areas mostly keeping to herself and preparing for the next injury or student that would possibly come by while at the nurse’s office.

From time to time she would always try to socialise with other employees such as other nurses, teachers, professors and so on.

If Itō were to see another employee having a rough time while in the breakroom, she would offer them a handkerchief

Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:

/me Itō noticed a student approaching the nurses office with quite a large bump on their head, she led them to one of the bed areas, before walking over to the box that contained ice-packs, she followed up by grabbing a clean cloth wrapping it carefully around the ice pack. She walked back over to the injured pupil, handing them their ice pack ensuring they kept it applied to the bump. Proceeding to question them about their injury.

/me Realising there was a student approaching with a bad graze on their knee, she instantly sprung into action leaving her station to assist them to the nearest bed, after making sure the student was safely on the bed, she walked over to a medical cabinet grabbing the essential items, such as; gauze, antibacterial ointment and fresh bandages. Once acquired she walked back over, using the gauze to stop any active bleeding, after it had stopped she used the antibacterial ointment to clean areas of the wound. Using the bandage she wrapped it tightly, but loose enough not to cause significant harm.

/me Itō found herself with a passed out student in the medical room, she was prepared as this was a common thing for this specific student. She began by checking their pulse, ensuring they were in fact okay. Once she realised they were alright, she waddled off to the medical cabinet to grab a clean cloth, heading to the bathroom, she turned ran the cloth under warm water, before squeezing any water out of the cloth, she brought it back over to the student, gently applying it to their head, awaiting their awoken slumber.

Backstory
Itō was born in early summer of 1997 growing up Itō was seen as a caring child. She often was seen helping other children and adults that had found themselves wounded, fallen over, or just in general whoever needed help completing daily tasks, such as carrying groceries that they had bought, cleaning around their homes. Thankfully she knew how to take care of minor wounds, seeing as her mother and father worked in the medical field as Surgeons and Doctors, she was always accessible to gaining experience or advice about various injuries that she found herself treating.

Growing up, Itō was one of the common children that did not enjoy going to school, even though she had a caring attitude, she remembered having many bad and unmemorable experiences in school. Although, aside from the bad times there she found herself frequently visiting the nurse’s office to help with various things that needed assistance with. She adored nursing and loved how all the nurses enjoyed helping injured students, from time to time Itō would speak with any nurse that wasn’t busy dealing with students, questioning them about their experience working as a nurse and what it’d be like. They seemed keen in wanting to help her succeed in her studies, she continued on to use books and online resources to find other information on Nursing.

Whenever there was an odd day of no nurses, she would often help out fellow pupils with injuries or questions they had, using the experience and advice she had gotten from people. She enjoyed caring for other students and answering any questions they had.

When Itō was picking what she wanted to study in college, she chose to follow her dreams and pursue Nursing and Biology, along with minors in Maths. Choosing to study three subjects was not easy, but with the guidance of the teachers, tutors as well as many late night study sessions with the help of her parents, she managed to graduate college in 2017.

Shortly after Itō graduated she took a year to herself before deciding where she wanted to work, she felt the need to work somewhere that she felt safe and comfortable doing so. She went through a long period of thoughts and decisions, and that was when she was reminded of her favourite place at school.

She was glad she asked those around her how it felt to work in the school environment, Itō felt grateful that they were happy to help her and she believed that she too, could help students.

With the guidance and patience as well as her great peers, she made the decision to come back to the school as a nurse, to help younger Karakurans with their injuries.

Motivation for Joining KHS:
My main aim when joining KHS is to gain a decent amount of experience from being a school employee, for any future job as well as to know how it feels to help students as a Nurse, I believe that school is the one environment where I feel more comfortable, safe and confident in, along with assuring the students feel the same; knowing my surroundings as well its rules and what’s and what’s not allowed.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I’d like to point out various reasons which would set me above other applicants. The main one relates to the fact that I’ve often watched a close friend’s friend for the past few years doing their job as a Nurse. I believed I was able to acquire at least some working experience as a student. Although I can lose my patience from time-to-time, I believe my will towards helping people get to their desired state, comes to a plus side. I’ve asked various school workers what it felt to work in a school setting, to gain an idea of what I would be facing. After a long while of thinking. I came to the thought that my personality could match what’s required to become a school staff member.
