Describe your activity on the server:
I believe I made the point to mention in previous applications, and even now, that it would be difficult to provide an accurate timetable when it comes to keeping account of activity, due to sleep schedules I have at certain times. More or less whenever I am online I tend to be for hours at a time, which can total to about ten hours in one session with the occasional break throughout the day, but it can range too depending on whether or not I have classes. At the moment I'm taking private lessons to focus on English and Maths GCSEs to find some form of work in the future; being in the employee faction at the same time, focusing on quota. None of this will be affected by and I will be able to log online frequently.
What is your motivation for applying?:
In late June (22nd) it became another year (6) that was marked in the time I've spent here. I've been delighted with countless opportunities and experiences throughout that time, even more as well throughout recent times. I've been able to have experiences and interactions with people that I wouldn't have ever had, had I not been on here for that amount of time. In January (2024) I made an application for the EM Faction and was accepted in a month later in February (2nd). But with all the factions that I've been involved in, none of them can compare to such a welcoming and comforting environment to the one I had when I was accepted in to the emergency faction, to when I left earlier this year. It's never uncommon to have people interacting around the station and hospital, whether that be over the radio or in person during an occasional patrol. And the teamwork that's ran across both departments (Station & Hospital) is fantastic, or at least I find it to be. For these two reasons as motivation alone I would like to return. However for another reason adding onto the list. I had such a wonderful time with the division I was in (Detective) and thoroughly enjoyed the aspect of being one, each interaction I had from when I was a constable to when I became a higher-up was enjoyed. I would like to experience that again, whether I choose to focus on main division or return to the detective division.
What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
I would like to believe that I have a decent mindset and amount of knowledge than most when it comes to Police Work and the different pieces of equipment or even duties that are carried out from both officers and detectives, due to previously being in the faction. I'll provide some insight with a list below, with their respective topics and pieces of information linked to them. Higher-up positions and the cadet rank will include some degree of a description. However, in other sections there will be no description for them, as I don't want to release information on what certain things are, like police codes.
The Main Division has a total of three higher-up ranks.
Commissioner, Captain and Lieutenant all of which have certain levels of authority.
Commissioner is the top rank and has the most authority, when it comes to responsibilities, they're responsible for the entire department as a whole, their management and behaviours, focused specifically when they're working on the field. Captain is the second rank in line, who has the second most amount of authority. They're responsible for Lieutenants and under, taking possible reports about officers and even training them, as well as being focused on the order of their officers, ensuring their job is being done correctly, if not punishments can be handed out. They're able to promote people in their division too, with a collective agreement from other higher-ups to see if they think that person is trained, experienced enough. Lieutenant is last in line when it comes to authority, and the last in line when it comes to higher ups of this division. While there's a bit of responsibility for them, it doesn't compare to quite as much as the rank before them. A lieutenant is able to help out with training sergeants, hand out punishments and take control of certain situations should it be needed in that moment. Much like Captains, they're able to take reports about officers and discuss it amongst other higher-ups to see what should be done.
In line after higher-ups of the Main Division we have the three lower ranks.
Sergeant, Corporal, Patrol-Officer
Last in this Division is a Cadet.
Cadets are the lowest rank in the department with little to no training upon being accepted in. All cadets will be required to take an entire two weeks of being trained by someone of their respective time zone, to see if they're good enough to continue in the force as a Patrol-Officer. When accepted, cadets will be teleported into a room between the Front Desk and the lobby, in order to collect their equipment and have their group introduction to needed commands and the department as a whole. After this introduction, they'll be required to have both an informational and physical introduction in order to be allowed to leave the department with the company of officers higher than them; due to the fact they're not allowed to leave the station alone.
Next in terms of Divisions we move onto the Detective Division with a total of two higher-up ranks.
Detective Superintendent and Detective Chief Inspector
Detective Superintendent is the top rank in this Division and has the most authority. They're responsible for accepting people and promoting them in their division. As well as being in charge when it comes down to assigning trainers in both the main and detective division for cadets or constables. A DSI can hand out punishments too like all other higher-ups, more serious ones being communicated with others beforehand. It's important to note as well that this rank is responsible for assigning cases and accepting them. Detective Chief Inspector is the last rank in this Division with the same amount of authority as a Lieutenant. With a bit more responsibilities, the DCI is responsible for helping out with detective responsibilities when the DSI is occupied, and this rank has a total of two spots. DCI’s are able to do stakeouts, and take control of cases. They're able to hand out punishments but should communicate with other higher-ups if it's something more severe.
After this we have the final three roles.
Detective Inspector, Detective Sergeant and Detective Constable. Keep in mind that Detective Constables are the equivalent to a cadet. However, they are able to leave the station without the need of someone else, depending on the level of danger outside.
Here is a list of all Police Equipment. Police Bike, Police Cruiser, Stun Blaster (+ Yellow Variant), Utility Belt, Tranquiliser + Darts, Baton, Handcuffs, Breathalyzer, Pepper Spray, Rubber Boots, Gask Mask, Riot Shield, Crowbar and Police Badge
I'll list one code for the radio with a description in this section to prevent revealing what all the others mean.
Code-0 is a code that can be activated from a button on an officer's radio. It's used to send out a message to all officers without using verbal communication, to let all officers know that they're in danger and immediate help is required.

Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
It's important for there to be a police force due to the criminal organisations and crimes that take place around, as much as it's important too for there to be a government and hospital faction. Without all three it'd be a free-for-all and no consequences from the police would be in place for the crimes that happen, murder would be allowed and civilians would be allowed to openly be in possession of weapons, corruption that once took place would continue. Bear calls would be 10x worse as well. Overall. It's important for them to be around to prevent all of this, to arrest people for their crimes, help people and treat their injuries until proper medical attention can take place.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are needed to attend or you will be punished?
Yes! I understand this and will make sure to be available, if hosted while I am online.

Describe your character; how they look, what makes them unique?
A woman who strived to maintain an athletic physique, while being on the heavier side than most, but she was comfortable and that was important. Akari's face was delicate and her demeanour was reserved but that didn't remove the shadows of bitterness that covered over the greyish-blue eyes that held on her face. However, despite such a beautiful colour in eyes, her right eye was being shielded from the blindness that had taken over from a once usable limb, a noticeable clinging eyepatch in place. On the opposite side of Akari's face a claw-like mark cuddled close, it didn't ruin such elegance in her appearance. She made sure to maintain a well cared for appearance, all the time. When Schwarz spoke a mellow tone held, with an obvious disruption to it. An obvious scar at the bottom of her neck which indicated the cause of such a problem. While it's not custom to Akari alone, her prosthetic hand is something that is unique, and now she chose to deal with it.
How does your character act in a professional/casual situation?
Professional / Casual
In professional situations she can be rather quiet or even standoffish when it comes to specific situations or even her own respective reasons, but will maintain a firm tone in whatever situation is happening, should the situation need it. If an opinion is needed, or action needs to be taken, Akari's more than comfortable to take a standing point. Professional situations for her are focused on the job and getting everything done in an efficient manner, that's what she will do. In terms of professional and casual situations, Akari's demeanour doesn't differ much based on quietness and being standoffish towards people, she's timid and that's understandable from past experiences. Although, it doesn't mean that she's not open to hanging out with others, indulging in conversation or even enjoying herself with them. But it should be kept in mind too, that Schwarz has children to take care of. Almost all of her time is spent with them and if either of them are in need, she'll take care of them.
What is their outlook on the idea of co-workers & teamwork?
Akari has the same standards as she did before when it comes to teamwork and co-workers. It's important to have social communication in all careers, while it's not needed in a lot of them, it can still be recommended. She does think it's more important in a career like this, it can improve the work environment and allow each other to connect. However when it comes to teamwork, with a mere change in preference of how it's done. Akari would prefer to work with a team in a lot of situations compared to being alone, due to an incident that happened a little while before her leave earlier in the year. It can prevent injuries and allow all of them to help safety in each other's company, a more preferable option than being alone. But this doesn't mean she wouldn't want to be alone all the time, with certain things it's more efficient to be alone than with a whole crowd. For example a police report or even protective custody, those are tasks that can be handled without teamwork.
What's your character's backstory?
Schwarz’s return to Karakura from Fuchu, which is located in Tokyo, with previous enrolment in Fuchu's Metropolitan Police Academy. She returned home with the intention of reuniting with loved ones and finding a decent career to settle down with at her childhood home, (Karakura). However, before an application was made Akari seeked out an apartment to settle in and scoped around town for noticeable changes, compared to four years earlier (2019). It hadn't had much of a difference aside from the occasional change of certain places, or even relocated buildings, as well as some new additions like the construction site. While it would've been more efficient to find employment as an immediate choice with her return, there wasn't a huge concern for a career until Akari felt settled enough. Some time after Akari settled in, the decision to look for a career was brought back to mind, with three options aligned. All three careers taken into account had some standard to help others. She decided to make an application to the Hospital in August on the 19th, but was denied after a short wait. In the result of a denied application, she decided that it would be better to have some more patience when it came to careers and chose to take more time to settle into her apartment as well as the town as a whole. Almost an entire month after the application to the Hospital one was made on September 13th to Karakura's High School and College as a Caretaker. She focused on her career, tirelessly focusing on her home life too and some form of social life. While at work Akari met someone who became a close friend, Klara Kulik, she was someone who Akari loved from the moment either one interacted with one another, their relationship increased as more time was spent together and formed into a romantic relationship. In this relationship Akari decided it would be nice to seek out contact with loved ones that might've remained in Karakura, from this attempt there was luck. Akari had met Lloyd Saiky, both became close and a friendship formed. Lloyd noticed a connection between Akari's last name as well as the commissioner at the time, Yeager Schwarz. He made an offer to introduce the two since he, Lloyd, worked at the department; which Schwarz politely accepted. Akari made her departure to the Police Department after a shift from the School with her entrance into the station, Akari was greeted by Mr. Lloyd Saiky both conversed with one another, until a little while into their conversation an older gentleman walked from behind the counter and approached Akari. He inquired what was needed and she replied that she was here to find her father, stating his name. Which was when the male muttered over the radio, before a rather shocked, or even surprised expression appeared. He realised, embracing Akari into a hug, the two caught up with one another afterwards, in Yeager's office which was what he was now known as. Nonetheless! After such a reunion Akari moved back home into Yeager’s apartment, back into her old bedroom. It was the same, well, if it was before she chose to redecorate. The two caught up on each other's personal and love lives. Klara and Yeager met at Karakura's career day. However, sometime in their relationship Akari met someone else while headed to the Saiky Estate. He was gorgeous, inside and out; breathtaking even. His name was Ujarak Katsumi. Akari introduced Ujarak to Klara and the three formed a romantic relationship, divided into three. However, the further the relationship continued, one became distant and even vanished for a while. Unfortunately, due to the distance, Akari's feelings for Klara had disappeared and it was expressed to Ujarak who agreed to end the relationship between the three, and continued as a duo. He was introduced to Yeager and Akari brought interest into the police department, unbeknown to her the two were worried. However, supported her dream.
A month after this conversation Akari made the decision to resign from her placement in the School. It wasn't what she wanted to do full-time and the enduring stress of the career was taking its toll. After the resignation Akari studied and studied with the included knowledge from Fuchu's Police Academy, until deeming herself fit to send out an application. Her application was sent out in January, on the 30th. While the wait continued for them to be reviewed, Akari spent endless nights stressing, but in the end in February, her application was marked as accepted. She was well determined in the department and met someone called Kure Kaseya, in the same wave. Both studied for hours with one another and even trained together when it came to physical scenarios. Akari progressed in the department and met some incredible people, a couple who hold close; Kosuke Ishioka, Yaban Heddo and Kure Kaseya. - Akari was employed in the department for almost an entire year, and even had a child with Ujarak Katsumi, as well becoming engaged. However, their relationship ended soon after. She chose to resign from the department in January of the following year, due to an injury that had taken place outside of work hours, one that almost ended in the loss of her life. She managed to recover and spent months in therapy to fix her wounds, to be able to use them. A couple weeks after that resignation, Akari made a new application back to the school, as a Caretaker once more. Was accepted in and worked there for a couple more months before deciding to leave to focus on her home life, including her toddler son and her personal relationship with Ujarak as both agreed to rekindle.
Now. In the present time Akari is in a comfortable place when it comes to her personal life and relationships, albeit her relationship didn't work out. It wasn't important to dwell on it. She explored multiple different paths, even a criminal one but decided that wasn't her life. She didn't want to hurt people. She wanted to help them. Stupidly, she made an application back to the police department a month after her original leave but was denied. However, the denial wasn't taken as a personal attack. It meant Akari needed more time outside of the department before her return and that's what happened. She returned to focus on her family, both children. Alice, her adopted daughter and Shōhei, her biological son. It was a tough place to be in but Akari strived on alone to care for her children and even reconnected with an old friend from the department, Yaban Heddo, or as Akari called her Yabanana. - Nonetheless, Akari decided now that I'd be the perfect time to make an application to the police department for a return and even more reasons to help people. While she was nervous about the same situation returning, it didn't stop her drive to help. With that Akari made a new application to the police department and currently awaits a response.

General Knowledge
Can you legally own a pocket knife in Karakura?
“No. You cannot be in possession of such an item. Of course, this law doesn't seem to stop civilians from continuing to own them or similar items. However, if someone is found to be in possession of one, the suspect is liable to be arrested. After the arrest is made, they'll be transported to the police department and the weapon will be sprayed down with luminol to search for signs of blood. If blood is found on the weapon an additional charge of assault with a deadly weapon will be added. Possession of Illegal Weaponry, alone will amount to 150,000 and jail time of up to 3 months. Possession of Illegal Weaponry and Assault with a Deadly Weapon, will amount to 750,000 and jail time of 15 months.”
Name 5 medical items that do NOT require a prescription
“There's an obvious difference between medication and medical items when it comes to prescriptions, noticeable that items that do need prescriptions have a far wider range than ones that do not. However as for the requested list of un-prescribed medical items and medications. I'll provide a couple in a list.”
Aspirin
Hearing Aid
Iron Supplements
Multivitamins
Melatonin
If you see your co-workers physically abusing an inmate, what should you do?
“I would be immediate to intervene with the altercation between the two of them. Once both are secured from one another I would call for medical attention and while both of them are being treated, head down to the CCTV room in order to collect a decent understanding of what happened between them, the camera of where the incident took place and the officers body-camera will be reviewed. If the inmate was the one who indicated the scuffle another charge on top of their current sentence would be added for assault on a government official. However, if the officer was the one who started it. I would make a report about it to an available Sargent or an available higher-up with a timeline of when it took place for the situation to be dealt with.”
What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?
“Well. I would have to keep priorities in mind when it comes to this situation. And in this situation I would make a radio call to both the department and hospital to let them know that an officer is in danger, that I need help and for medical attention to be available. After this I would focus on the officer and attempt to get them out of danger, various calls out towards the culprits to move from the officer would be made, it did not matter if all of them fled, that officer needed to be saved, back-up would be directed towards where the group fled and I would move-in the retrieve the injured officer. Afterwards, they'd be rushed to the Hospital or to nearby hospital workers for medical attention.”
What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?
“It’s less common in recent times for an officer to help out criminal organisations, or even criminals, but it's not something that should be unexpected. In the case that I have found out that an officer is helping out a criminal or a criminal organisation, whether there's proof or not. It's important to allow someone in a higher-up position to have knowledge of such information, in case it does turn out to be truthful. I'd make a report to them and then allow them to deal with the situation in an appropriate manner, after that I would move on about my career, while keeping a cautious eye on the suspected officer. If I find out more information it would be turned to higher-ups as well.”
How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you?
“An immediate no will do, with an immediate reminder to warn them that bribery will result in a fine. If the criminal were to continue with their attempt I would hand them a fine for Bribery, then continue with handling them, whether it was an arrest or detain. There's no need to exaggerate a response to this, warning and then a fine at further attempts will suffice.”
