What is your motivation for becoming a Professor?:
I have wanted to become a faculty member for a while now but I have been looking into gangrp and other things and found out my friends have become professors and teachers. when I first applied it was on my tgllgamer account for a math teacher I did not have good standing and still do not. I am hoping since this account does not have any detentions or anything on its record I hope that it will give me a better chance of being accepted.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
Classroom logs are a table that lists all teachers/professors and how many classes they taught. They are important because they show whether a male or female should receive their salary because Karakura High School should not pay them if they do not meet the small number of classes they are required to teach per month.
As a Professor, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
I, as a professor, will post 7 rules in my classroom in addition to the 21 school rules
No disrespect. No disrespect to me or anyone else.
No phones or electronics. Nothing will distract you from class.
No drugs or smoking. So no cigarettes, vapes or pipes.
No alcohol. There will be no drinking in my classroom or coming into my room drunk.
No romance. If you are in a relationship, keep it out of the classroom, no kissing, cuddling, etc.
Be attentive. There will be no talking, whispering, or doing anything that will keep you from learning.
Do the lesson. You will be graded every lesson and your performance will tell me if you passed or not.

I have been gaming a lot since I was about 13 years old. It started on ps4 with roleplaying with friends in Minecraft and then I started roleplaying in GTA 5 on my ps4. Then I mainly roleplayed on srp when i discovered it in 2020. I met a lot of great people that I still roleplay with to this day and I hope some old friends come back. I hope that when I become a professor I will meet even more great people and do a lot more rp.

Professors are to see that students keep up with their studies and turn in their work. They are also to make sure that students break the rules, no matter what age or class, because in all age groups there are people who break the rules, whether they smoke, wear masks, drink, or just fight. Professors are supposed to stay on top of things and make sure everyone is following the rules, all while teaching 15 classes a month to earn a salary of 450,000. However, if they hold 10 additional courses, 25 in a month, they can receive a payment of 500,000.

Dante would first listen unobtrusively and find out what was going on until they either cursed too much or heard a blow. If the argument had gone on too long, he would go to the jocks and escort them to his room, where he would get them to tell him their side of the story, one by one.
A College-Student is disturbing the class and won’t listen to a word you’re saying, What do you do?
Dante would not tolerate anything the student did once he broke a rule by putting him in the front row right in front of him, if he did not listen Dante would threaten to remove him from the classroom for distracting his classmates and if he still did not stop Dante would threaten to give him detention for his behavior as it would not be tolerated, if they still did not stop Dante would give them detention and remove them from class.

Backstory
Dante Russo is a well-built man with green eyes and blond hair and a firm voice. He grew up in a city in Italy called Milan, went to school and played sports all his life, getting into minor trouble and having problems with his father who was a businessman and was never around him. He learned to run, played sports and studied to distract himself. When he decided to move to Greece to attend college, he met one of the professors, Menelaus Diakos, who was his roommate, and met his girlfriend, Hiwari Katski, with whom he immediately fell in love. He had a class with her in which Menelaus was not present, and during that class he flirted with her while she pretended not to notice, or she just did not notice from the man's point of view. He spent his days in college either studying or looking at her or dreaming of a future life with her as his wife. Knowing that this would cause a rift between him and his classmate, he decided to hide his feelings for her and dated a nice girl named Sophia for a while before graduating and eventually deciding to leave Greece and travel around the world before landing in Karakura.

Dante Russo was born in Milan in 1983 and was very educated, but for some reason he did not pay attention or even try after he learned how to run. Throughout his elementary school years, Dante did not have much interest in academic subjects, preferring to run around, play sports and games. When he was in seventh grade, he brought home a report card that made his mother angry because he had 6 Fs and was failing all his classes. So she banned him from sports and playing outside. Physical education was the only way he could play outside, and he decided that this was his calling, deciding at a young age that he wanted to be a physical education teacher.With this newfound determination, Dante began to study all of his subjects, found fun in chemistry, and realized that he could reconstruct patterns, which earned him top grades in math. Throughout his school years, he improved his grades until he graduated with near top marks, which allowed him to attend a good university, which he did. Deciding to become a physical education instructor. He spent most of his university years on various sports teams, but was never able to commit to a team because he kept getting kicked off teams for missing practice, studying too much, and not being motivated enough to do anything after he graduated from university with a master's degree in physical education and mathematics. He was confused and did not know what he wanted to do. So he decided to travel the world and visit different countries such as the United States, Germany, France and Russia. Finally, he landed in Karakura, where he found it peaceful, stayed out of criminal affairs, and decided that he wanted to be the next physical education Instructor on the roster of Karakura schools.
