School Employee Role you are applying for?: Caretaker
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for: Caretakers are the janitors and overall caretakers of Karakura High, hence the role name. Caretakers clean up, moderate students' behaviours, and can administer detentions or punishments like all other roles (except maybe librarians, if I'm not mistaken).
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I participated in GangRP for about half a year before "retiring" and am currently working as an Unqualified Professor "Nova Xolo" I also have a wide understanding of CombatRP and FearRP, as well as how radios work.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?: In all honestly, I don't want to deal with the stress of having to plan lessons all of the time, as well as students not coming to class or me getting stage-fright OOC. I want a more relaxing job where I can still participate in working IC at Karakura High.

During a work shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Nova is very blunt, so he would first tell the student to leave him alone and to stop insulting him. If the student keeps their act up after numerous requests, Nova would hand the student a detention slip for harassing a faculty member. Unlikely that Nova would not be called pathetic unless someone has a huge grudge against him.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Nova would first attempt to separate the two students from each other, swiftly handing them both detention slips for fighting. If one got knocked out, he would rush the knocked-out student to the Nurse's Office and ask the nurse to take care of them. If Nova cannot separate them, he would radio over a fellow faculty member for assistance. Either way, it ends in both students receiving detention.
Another school employee is acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Since it's dangerous, Nova would first tell the faculty to stop what they're doing. If there are any CCTV cameras in the area, he would report the faculty member and request CCTV from SLT. If there is no CCTV in sight, Nova would take a picture of the act and save it for evidence to report to SLT later. Whatever happens to that employee is up to SLT from there.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Though it's rare Nova would be in the employee break room since he usually just patrols around campus, he would either be sweeping the ground of the lounge or sitting down on his phone, keeping his radio on at all times in case someone needs assistance or Nova himself to talk to. He would always talk to any other faculty members if they needed him, or he would be eating something like a chocolate bar or lunch.

Backstory
Nova first had experience as a busboy at a restaurant back in 2014, taking care of the building and assisting the waitresses and chefs whenever he needed to do so. He'd also have a knack for teaching other people but had a very low tolerance level when it came to behavioural issues of his pupils. He decided that he needed somewhere good to teach, as well as somewhere that would allow him to cover a field like astronomy. After a few years of searching, he discovered Karakura Highschool & Community College in Japan, a prestigious and astounding education campus where anyone could teach about anything. From sources both inside and out, Nova had to mentally prepare for the high crime rate in Karakura. He wasn't worried about Karakura at all though, he knew he'd find more than meets the eye. 7 years later, when he moved to Karakura, he applied to work at KHS as a professor of Astronomy. He'd taught a handful of students and dealt with many kinds of them. He'd had to deal with students fighting, talking back, disobeying all orders, and had enough. He couldn't really do anything other than simply intercom them and hand them detention. He wanted to be quick and efficient. He also wanted a more relaxing job where he could just simply take care of Karakura High's campus and help out when needed. A sense of nostalgia and determination kicked in, resulting in his final classes being held a few days after his realization from not wanting to work as an educator anymore. He resigned from working as a professor, applying for caretaker which brings us to the present day. Like being a professor, he'd have to go through the basic training as usual, being told how to handle students as well as being taught how to contact other faculty members over the radio, resulting in his success as a caretaker.
Motivation for Joining KHS: Stated above, Nova found Karakura Highschool to be more than just somewhere he could teach, he found it as a home.
