SUGGESTION
Providing the police force with sledgehammers for police raids / operations.

WHY IS THIS NECESSARY?
The police force sometimes faces situations where no matter how much preparation they have, they can't properly fight a threat without directly putting themselves in direct danger with little to no counteroffensive. To put an example, someone that's barricaded themselves inside a confined space with a single exit that's being guarded with weapons can't be dealt with according to SRP standards because our only way into that space is via that hole.

With the current rules and equipment, here are the police possibilities:
- Stun blasters. Not possible, as their reach is being obstructed by the wall
- Tranquilizers. Same logic as stun blasters
- Batons. Katanas have a longer range and you'll get stabbed and held as a hostage unless you have very lucky rolls
- Pepper spray. While it's smart to fill the room with pepper spray, a gas mask can easily bypass this
- Negotiation. While this seems good on paper, it's not feasible if the player OOCly doesn't want their character to give in or to negotiate. Throughout the four years I've been in KPD, only a handful of players have roleplayed out a negotiation properly. Therefore, this isn't really a reliable technique if the player doesn't want their character to be arrested or leave the apartment

HOW WILL IT WORK?
This new item will be exclusive to Police Lieutenants and Detective Chief Inspectors to use during raids or other police operations. It will have the capability of destroying a wall to make way into a specific room.

If a LT or DCI wants to use it, they'll need to contact an Admin+ to use staff's /property editmode and break the hole that the officer is requesting to break. This tool should only be used if negotiations do not work, as would be stated in the higher-up training guidelines.

Do keep in mind, though, that this should be used responsibly and realistically; A sledgehammer can't just open a hole through a 3-feet thick concrete wall (although apartments that have this lay-out would be considered unrealistic and therefore break a server rule).

How will this benefit the server and community?:
It'll give police officers the chance to actually do something and not wait hours and hours until the criminal decides to either step out of their place, or log off for the day. Besides, police departments in real life do have this tool for their special-units team.

There is a growing issue with 'trap apartments' in gangrp or 'unrealistic apartments', this gives the server a chance to balance that issue instead of falling into a stalemate and one of the parties going "hey its late i gotta go"

Limiting it to only a few officers as well makes it so this will not be an item that can be used all the time as not all will have it!

This is not necessary, the idea of trap apartments are already unrealistic and go against the rules provided by SchoolRP. If anything, crime roleplayers should be prevented from making these layouts in the first place and punished for doing so in that regard instead of implementing a new item.
