we should just have a staff member come /property reverse the criminal's apartment in situations where someone has boxed themselves into concrete
tho i do like sledgehammers, imo it should be usable in combat too, send those mfs flying
i would +1 for cool tool but also -1 for giving people "permission" to box themselves in since there would be a tool specifically to combat it
