I’ve just returned after 4–5 years away, during which I believed I’d been permanently banned. Coming back and seeing the servers' changes has pulled me right back into the intensity of roleplay from a few years ago. Many people still know me as Shu, and I was genuinely happy to be recognized after so long. That recognition eased my younger self's worry that I’d left with a tainted reputation and ruined my roleplay legacy.
What is your motivation for applying?:
A few years ago I spent some time on the KPD, and lately I've been missing that sense of justice. It might sound silly, but I'm curious to see how much School RP has changed over the years. I truly believe this is a great opportunity to find out.
What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
If I'm being honest, I've forgotten Karakura's police work—I apologize. After looking over other people's applications, it seems the system hasn't changed much.
They patrol the neighborhood regularly. Monitoring whether or not there have been many incidents in the area. Constantly watching out for anyone wearing masks, a gang costume, or a large crowd in preparation for a conflict. Due to Karakura being such a hazardous place, officers are frequently forced to pat people down, particularly those wearing suspect masks or costumes. If this individual was using an unauthorized item, it would be thoroughly cleaned with luminol.
I'd love to dive back into this line of work and relearn everything from the beginning. Police training is maintained every other day to keep the Cadets sharp; there is no slacking within Police perimeters, as everything is thoroughly investigated and even regularly monitored. They are always on high alert since there is at least one commotion every day. As a result, police officers are by far the scariest and most powerful people in society. It is up to each officer to make the decision that day, but once done, it leaves a reason behind.
Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
Just as police are essential in the real world for maintaining order, peace, and balance, a town can't function properly without an established police department. Individuals who hate injustice and serve their town out of devotion play a vital role in society. Having known that Karakura has the highest crime rate, walking around in a public area is just as dangerous. As a result, we have the Police Department; Honorable people who dedicate their time to right the wrongdoings of injustice. Not only are the lives of others important, but their own lives also carry just as much importance. That is why individuals like them are honored, respected, and unfortunately, often discriminated against because they are seen as "killjoys." Just because they're doing their job.
The fact that the people of School Roleplay can rely on these honorable and dignified people just to live a decent and peaceful life.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are needed to attend or you will be punished?

Fiona charms those around her with light blonde hair and brownish-greenish eyes that make a cool, quiet impression. However, after conversing with her, she becomes awkward and quietly serious: She used to be a French tutor in Tokyo, and her personality revolves around curiosity; her subtle actions speak for themselves. She has a silver ring that she fidgets with and has a subtle bergamot and green tea scent. She sometimes pauses before speaking, which is a teaching habit turned quirk. She was raised to become perceptive and morally upright.
How does your character act in a professional/casual situation?
Fiona grew up composed and methodical. She listens first and pauses before speaking. She keeps her emotions disciplined to further focus on being fair. She would rather take notes neatly and follow up after with brief, polite messages during meetings. When she is entrusted with something important, she becomes professional and does her duty with the full goal of doing her best at the end of the day.
When comfortable enough, she becomes like a big cat. She becomes someone warm, relaxing to talk to. And sometimes, twisting her silver ring while listening, it means she's listening attentively. When she is conversing, she's deep in connecting with that person and having her attention. She listens attentively. Fiona prefers a quieter crowd than loud and large crowds, having been raised where there were only a few people around in her life.
What is their outlook on the idea of co-workers & teamwork?
Fiona values coworkers and teamwork but approaches them with pragmatic caution: she builds trust slowly and expects consistency before fully investing in colleagues. Clear roles and fair division of labor matter to her, and she prefers concise, measured communication—often pausing before she speaks to choose precise words. She’ll quietly take the lead when standards or fairness are threatened, helping and mentoring others without fanfare, but she doesn’t enjoy small talk or forced socializing. Once she commits to a team, her loyalty is steady and protective; she’ll cover for teammates and push for practical solutions because principle matters more to her than appearances.

Fiona Blackburn was born into the Blackburn family, a family known for its influence, wealth, significantly iconic reputation during the years. Her parents, despite being "Blackburn", they chose to raise her in as quietly as they could. They hated dragging her into family-political drama, knowing the consequences. They kept her away from social spotlight that often involved other influential families in Karakura. Their home was disciplined but it was affectionate, they raised her with manners that were honest, valued, and had kindness above all. Fiona never lacked affection from her parents growing up, but she grew up sheltered from reality, that others may have learned naturally.
As a child, Fiona was more quiet and became observant than that of a normal child. While other children were curious and bombarded others with questions, she on the other hand, was curious to a minimal extent. With even a tilting head and a questioning look. Concepts that were "common-sense" naturally, became simple facts to her without much thought. Her nature made her become kind-hearted, yet naïve. She loved reading when she was younger, she loved going out to pick flowers, she loved studying unlike most children. Though, above all she is undeniably beautiful, having the genetics of Blackburns could have given her more potential. But instead, she never realized her effect on people with her appearance and personality, giving them a shrugged shoulder from compliments and an awkward smile.
Fiona's upbringing was respectful, compassionate, and graceful to an extent. It was to protect her, keep her life away from all the "bad" things of society. But, she knew that there were things out that were difficult, hard, and harsh. Sometimes, overwhelmed her with the continuous situations that involved society.
She pursued Social Work, due to her genuine and willingness to help others. Her years at university slowly transformed her. Different walks of life, listened to those who had a more hardship life than her, and began understanding the world beyond what she initially knew, behind Blackburn. While she remained as soft and as reserved, she became confident gradually. Kindness and strength coexist, she thought. And that compassion comes with a more harsher truth.
The day that Fiona spoke to her parents after graduating, they told her how much they love her, how long they have been watching over her all this time.
They saw their only daughter finally spreading her wings. To them, she became indeed, an amazing woman. They were proud to be her parents. She became an elegant bird who could finally fly on her own. Fiona entered adulthood determined to make an impact on the lives of others, despite the fact that she was still as awkward as a steel bar. believing that everyone was deserving of compassion, respect, and another opportunity.
As she entered her professional life, Fiona quickly realized that compassion lacked in those situations alone. The people she met, all had sacrifices, scars that were deep enough that reading textbooks weren't enough. Every day, moral issues that questioned her entire upbringing put her innocence to the test. She didn't give up in spite of everything. Instead, every difficulty, was a lesson. Encountered several lessons, and she still had strength to work harder. She remained disciplined all while being empathetic, keeping herself in check in the process.
Though still being awkward at times, sometimes too trusting, Fiona slowly recognized her worth, her stand to her ground, proving that true strength comes from within, A leader cannot lead if they do not know what to do with leading themselves. Mere influence or power does not hold anything in the real-world, it has an opposite effect too. She paused before she spoke.. "Eyepatches, bandages, melatonin, paracetamol, and cough syrup. None require a prescription." This she had confidence in as she researched this very well. She was proud of herself.
If you see your co-workers physically abusing an inmate, what should you do?
"Separate them if it's safe, call a supervisor, ensure everything is documented, get the inmate medical attention if needed, and report the incident." She said with a stern voice.. trying to calm herself down as she spoke. She gestured to her chest area, "Making sure that the body camera is also turned on." Acting as if there was a bodycam on her.
What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?
"Call for assistance immediately, intervene if it's safe, protect my co-worker, and ensure they receive medical attention if needed. Then document and report the incident."
Similar to the last question, she answered with seriousness. Lifting a strand of her hair behind her ear.
What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?
She would think for a moment. "I would not immediately confront them about their crime. We have to squeeze out as much information from both parties as much as we can." "Then, I would report the co-worker through the proper chain of command or Internal Affairs, and preserve any evidence that I may have gathered." Pausing for a moment.. before speaking. "In hopes of catching both the organization and the corrupted co-worker." That was a rather trick question.. Hopefully she answered well enough. She gave a big sigh.
How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you?
"I'd refuse it without hesitation, report the bribery attempt through the proper channels, and document everything accurately." She said as she let out a sigh. "Because they compromise honest decision-making, encourage corruption, and erode the public's trust in law enforcement." Hoping she said those words correctly. She read them over and over when she was looking through her notes.. "If they just wanted to bribe me out of nowhere, with no context, I would ask for one form of identification, keeping in mind the Fine for Bribery. Afterwards, informing my higher-ups about the criminal, in hopes of further monitoring if they attempt to do it again." She spoke firmly. Her perceptiveness is definitely one of her key traits.
