Alone player here! well.... kind of?

If you joined alone, are you proud of the people you met along the way?
So, when I first joined SRP was back in like... the Yandere high school map with the school pool being inside the school. like the building itself and not outside like our current map is. I, at that time, joined with a friend around October as she was playing it. I wasn't on the server long and soon left.

When I rejoined in the Karakura time, I joined alone as I was looking for a new roleplay server to be a part of, since my previous one closed down due to money issues/moving to Discord (The discord for that RP server is still up!) I have made AMAZING friends on the server and eventually got to where I am today!

The girl I first joined SRP with went MIA and hasn't reached out to any one of us she used to talk to :( I hope they are doing alright...

I joined alone! Discovered it by accident while i was looking for roleplay servers! I used to role[play in HYPIXEL housing, and eventually that began to die out ! :((

Absolutely!!I I met so many amazing people !! SHOUTOUTTO ALL MY AMAZING FRIENDS!!!
Their absolutely wonderful people who helped shield me against the bad people that can be around ! especially on discord !

Well, I didn't join in a group! but two people from when I first joined, around three years ago, are still my besties to this day! It's super fun looking back at the chaotic times in SRP around late-2020 and early 2021.

If you joined alone, are you proud of the people you met along the way? Well, not all of them, but they have taught me a lot along the way! Whether for the best or for the worst, many of the defining traits I have are from groups that I was a part of!

If you joined in a group, are they still playing? Are you all still close friends: I didn't have a group, but back when I joined there was this silly thing that used to be done! Not sure if any of the older players remember it, but:
Basically, you'd join the server and directly at spawn, right in front of the school gates, where the guy who gave you your allowance was, often older players, would wait! They'd ask you if you'd want to hang out and then show you around, explaining commands, rules, and the map. (Something I really miss nowadays). I stayed with the group for a tiny bit till I branched out on my own, I sadly don't even remember their IGNs, nor do I know if they even still play, but I do appreciate them making my first experience with SRP a positive one :D

I personally joined alone as I found it interesting and a fun server, I am proud of a few people I met along the way like @MidKapis or @StaticRealityalt as they have been my friends for awhile.

1. i joined srp by myself. it was a quiet winter afternoon and it was gen like i was just wanting some school related mc server. i stumbled across this late 2022 and have been around since.
2. im proud of the fact i met people whether i uphold my love for them, is debateable. but i dont regret the people i met, more the way that it ended. i love my current friends, cus theyve proven they actuslly like me for me

i joined with a friend, back in.. 2021....... (ive only been playing actively/seriously for 10 months)
walter white sold 8 stacks of crack cocaine to me and i witnessed a man getting his leg getting cut off in a park- this isnt even like, satire, its what i actually experienced. the friend got me in to troll, and that we did. i logged off after 20 minutes or so because i was lik 11 lmao im not gonna play minecraft without minecraft mechanics. that friend has ceased frequenting the internet completely now, or atleast i think.. he might just be ignoring me

am i proud of the people ive met? a lot, no, but even more, yes.
im still friends with around 40-50% of the people i met b4 2024 in my earlier months of srp

I joined with KingJudgeMan or Honoka Tomohiro-Ayame, we both joined in late April of 2023 when our previous roleplay server was shutting down and we were looking to explore a new one. After a tiny bit of research we discovered SRP and we loved it. We didn't immediately dive into it, just explored and interacted to get a hang of things. We wouldn't constantly play, but we would get on every few days just to hang around and interact and it was fun. I didn't dive well into things until I met and interacted more with DarkEclipic, and truly that is where my SRP story begins.

Completely alone, I was literally bored and looked up Minecraft Roleplay on some Minecraft server finder back in 2020.

If you joined alone, are you proud of the people you met along the way?
In a way… I’ve seen a lot of people change and just generally new people I didn’t anticipate seeing so quick in time compared when I was fairly new. The only people I’d consider meeting were some other little fellow role players who weren’t really well-known, which was completely fine by me. I joined somewhere late 2020 - early 21 and kinda just gave up on the server for a few months because I couldn’t really find any roleplay at the time, I didn’t really get to know almost any of the people. When I came back late 21 and finally got interested in the discord servers and the forums I was finally interested in finding new people. I have managed to find a lot more newer players and some returning ones so overall I think I’m satisfied with the people I met, whether I remember them a single bit or not.

I was in some Discord servers and little groups when I played in 22 before quitting around June or July. Unfortunately I think almost every last one of them have quit SRP entirely or barely play on it anymore. (my /f list got lonely with constant offlines pretty quick)
Upon coming back in March of this year, though, I have got myself in some IC families and did make some friends, I can’t wait to make some more upon my return on SRP. :)
