I would rate my activity on the server to be 9/10. I am a very active member of the community, playing at least a minimum of 2-3 hours a day, and could play for many hours more. Most often spending 9 or more hours online. I joined SRP in February of 2022, and have been very active since.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A school nurse is a faculty member that specialises in providing medical attention to the student body. They treat any injuries and illnesses of the students, and make sure to provide them with proper care. While they may not be able to treat major injuries themselves, they can request help from EMS to treat the students. The help they can provide is handing out ice-packs, cleaning and bandaging cuts, properly treating bruises, and being able to help any student with any medical needs they may have in school, be it with their prescription or their medication. Overall, they are meant to care for the wellbeing of all students, and faculty if needed.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
My roleplay experience mostly comes from minecraft roleplays. I used to be in multiple creative servers that hosted a variety of roleplays. I have been roleplaying for years, and even made many friends that I have known for many years. One of these friends reintroduced me to SRP, where I now mainly roleplay. I have also roleplayed elsewhere, being a part of discord roleplays and GTA roleplays, as well as watching many roleplays on youtube. I was a part of the SRP community in 2018, but was banned, but now I have come back to this server full time.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
She would remain calm and keep her signature smile on her face. Letting the student vent out their thoughts and opinions before finally speaking. Making sure to keep a calm and friendly tone as she spoke. Even if she was hurt and offended from the statement, she believed the kid was just misguided. “I understand what you are saying, but I assure you I am not pathetic. You may think of me as a pushover, but I am not. My kindness is not a weakness, but one of my strengths. I come into work happy everyday to make sure you and all of your peers are safe and healthy. I respect all of you, and I expect that to be reciprocated. Now please, do not speak to anyone else like that again. While I would appreciate an apology, I do not want a forced one. Now go head on back to class, and come back after you think about everything.” She would offer a kind smile and send them on their way, hopeful that they rethink their actions.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Upon noticing the students fighting, she would use her radio to call some more staff members for assistance, unsure if she was able to stop it herself. Still, she would run over right after asking for help and put herself between the two students. Telling them to cut it out, and that they are going against the school’s code of conduct, being stern as she spoke. Once they got separated and other staff members arrived, she would make sure the students weren’t injured, tending to any cuts, sc****s, and bruises they may have gotten. Really caring about their well beings, and hoping they learned from this experience.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
She would take some time to approach, making sure she was not mistaking their actions for something else. Once she knew her coworker was doing something inappropriate, she would walk over to them. Kindly and quietly getting their attention. Not wanting to draw more attention to them, she would whisper. “What you are doing is against the code of conduct, so I highly suggest you stop. I do enjoy your company here, and our conversations here, but I cannot let this go on. Please stop what you are doing. I will stay quiet this one time, because I appreciate all you have done for the students, but if I see this happen once again, I will report you to our higher-ups, with evidence. I hope this encounter really changes your mind.” She would then walk away, not wanting any kind of explanation or justification for what they were doing.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
In the breakroom, Irene is very kind to her co-workers, leaving a warm and calming aura around her, making her very approachable. She is oftentimes quiet, sitting off to the side and interacting with anyone who wants to speak to her. Being a people watcher, she would watch her co-workers interact and listen to them, getting a sense of who they are as people. Offering anyone help if they need, and offering any kind of advice she could.

/me would watch as a student ran up to the nurse’s office, holding his nose. She would offer a kind smile. “Good afternoon. How can I help you today?” Waiting to hear their answer, then walking over to the door and opening it for them. She would then guide them to a bed and have them sit. She would then check their nose, discovering it was broken. Taking out her phone, she would phone EMS, calling for someone to help the student properly. Letting the EMS worker in and assisting in any way she could.
/me would pace around the office, taking inventory. First checking if they had enough water for students who may need it. Afterwards, she would walk over to the beds, tidying them. Fluffing the pillows and straightening the blankets. Next, walking over to make sure they had ice-packs, band-aids and other essentials, then checking to make sure the medkits were fully stocked. Putting everything away, now reassured they were prepared for anything. Making her way to the front desk and sitting in her seat, neatly folding her hands in her lap and waiting for any students or faculty to request aid.

Motivation for Joining KHS:
My motivation for joining KHS is to be able to assist in the growth of the future generation. I can see myself working here for the long term, and becoming a person the students can idolize. I treasure the wellbeing and security of the children here, and I will be able to ensure it in a school position, especially as a school nurse. I wish to see them prosper.
Do you have any previous experience working in a school environment? If so, please elaborate (If not, respond with "N/A"):
I have experience working as a tutor during my highschool years, as well as being a note-taker for my college professors while in school. While this is not work experience in a school environment, I have interned at hospitals and learned from those experiences.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I should be accepted over the other applicants due to my drive to better those around me. I will be able to nurture the children and be a positive driving force in their education. I am a team player, and will bring nothing but positive work attitude and success. Being a part of this team will allow me to participate in something larger than myself.

I have 2 previous bans.
1. For ERP. This was back in 2018. I was in a call with a group of friends and was dared to say something inappropriate in game. I thought it would be fine since I was with my friends, but then I was banned at that time. I then logged onto an alt account which was banned for bypassing this ban.
2. For bypassing. I logged onto my banned alt account to try and use it for an animal whitelist. I had forgotten this account was banned. When I logged into the account however, my main account got banned for bypassing on February 27, 2022. I appealed the ban and was unbanned on March 16, 2022.

Irene Toinette was born on September 6, 1992 in Paris, France. She grew up in a stable home, her dad being a school teacher and a stay-at-home mother. Growing up with a teacher for a father, she had a lot of inside information about how schools worked, and the faculty’s duties.
When she was younger, she had no interest in it, rather focusing on spending time with her mother, and eventually helping take care of her younger siblings. Her younger sister was born very unhealthy, and was in and out of the hospital. This did not stop the siblings from growing close, with Irene often staying up at night with his sister to help her sleep, both in the hospital and at home.
It was often the two of them at night, with their mother tending to the home whenever she could, and spending the rest of her time driving her sister back and forth from their home, doctors, and hospital. Realizing her mother’s stress, she took pleasure in helping with her sister’s care, relieving her mother, allowing her to rest. This is where she learned her calling.
She first believed she wanted to work either as a doctor in the hospital, or a local doctor’s office. But once she made it to highschool, she got to know the school nurse. She was a wonderful lady, who quickly learned about her home life, due to her often leaving school early for both stress-related reasons and family reasons.
The nurse, Ms. Allard decided to let Irene know that she could ask for help, or come to the office if she needed to rest, fully excusing her. Of course, letting her know not to exploit this, but if she really needed to, it was allowed. Irene gave a smile and accepted the offer, taking only a handful of days to rest. Ms. Allard opened Irene’s eyes to how much she wanted to work with kids.
At first, she tried to work alongside Ms. Allard in the nurse’s office, but that was not allowed, since she had classes to attend, so she opted to work elsewhere in school. This is when she volunteered as a tutor for the younger kids. She had already had to tutor her sister a majority of the time, so it wasn’t that difficult for her to adapt. She tutored all four of her years in highschool.
However, in the middle of her junior year, her sister passed from her illness. This put a heavy burden on her, but the school nurse helped her get through it, along with her family. She still continued to be a cheerful kid and help kids learn, even through her grief.
She then went to college, majoring in psychology and nursing, as well as minoring in human sciences and biology to work to become a school nurse. Truly wanting to give students the tender care she once got when in highschool. While pursuing her further education, she also helped her professors with note-taking, while also volunteering and interning at a handful of hospitals during college and after.
