Raise the Drunk Percentage in which Slurring Begins

Are we gonna speak about how people drink full bottles of vodka and are perfectly fine?

The drunk plugin is awful, to the point where i just detailrp drinking for the first few minutes, not actually sipping, and only after rping a lot of sips, i actually sip the item to begin slurring.
In real life you can drink whole bottles and not be drunk, how does it make sense to be slurring after a sip or two?

- We'll up the minimum for these effects to around 20% to allow players to have a drink or two before they begin to kick in.​
