I'll try to update it every few weeks or months and keep it somewhat up to date. (These is my item and furniture list. Phone Tunes and Vehicles are not included.)

TO BE ANNOUNCED / (TBA) --> Is still being in conceptual development or part of a project that has not been revealed yet.
