Describe your activity on the server:
I've been on the server since around 2018, and have phases of being very active when I have some freetime. I used to log on everyday, and have had a few IC jobs and made a lot of friends. Recently, I've started logging on more and more so I thought I could enjoy my time as a School Nurse.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
Yes. I don't think it'll be much of an issue though, because during the weekends I have a lot of freetime to log on. If I have an interruption in schedule such as for school exams or connection issues I will always make sure to tell someone beforehand. I can certainly complete the required OOC working time of 10 hours a month.

School Nurse
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:

A school nurse should also have effective communication skills, teaching skills and the ability to deal with various problems properly.

I feel quite strongly in my roleplaying ability. Considering I have been on the server since 2018, I have seen many different types of players and have developed my character and roleplaying skills for a long time. Considering the fact I have also had many IC jobs related to the school, (Janitor, Teachers Assistant, Music Teacher and Lunchtime Monitor) I feel I can take it seriously and do the job comfortably.

What are your current role(s) on the server? (If you're college, specify your degree level):
I do not have any special roles on the server, all my accounts are either just unemployed adults or high school students. This is another reason I'd love to get back into it and occupy my time with being a school nurse, so that I can have something to do and I can have an incentive to be active on the server again.
Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
The first thing I would do is try to speak to them in a calm but firm manner to try and make them understand why they cannot say such things to a School Employee, and teach them their words and the things they say will have consequences. After if I speak to them they are still misbehaving, I would get a teacher involved who has more authority to handle the situation in way that can give them a punishment such as detention.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
My character would react with a quick reaction of trying to resolve the conflict and break it up and deal with further issues arising from the fight such as possible injuries and figuring out the reason of the fight, but they would also ask for help from fellow staff to try and take them to a place where they can speak about the issues that caused the fight without people gawking and so we can solve the issues privately.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
He would clearly remind them what they are doing is inappropriate and dangerous along with trying to console them to stop engaging in such activity. If some issues extend past work hours and are very deeply rooted, He would try to speak to them personally and recommend them to get psychological help and if all else fails in helping them fix their behaviour, He would report them for their actions.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
He would continuously make attempts to foster dialogues with his fellow employees to ensure close relationships to enhance good communication. He takes his job quite seriously and would make sure to always work to better himself and listen to the criticisms of his coworkers. When spoken to, he would be sure to listen well and take his higher-ups' word seriously. When not chatting with people, he would likely read or pass time on his phone. Occasionally, he would listen to some music on his phone like The Smiths or something quite old-fashioned.
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
/me Xiang stops filling out work-related papers at his desk and looks up with a grin spread across his face, ready to assist the student.
/me Xiang lodges himself inbetween the two fighting students, extending his arms out on each of their shoulders to hold them apart from eachother.
/me Xiang extends his hand for a handshake with a warm, friendly smile as he politely asks for the man's name.

Motivation for Joining KHS:
I had worked for KHS before as a Lunchtime Monitor in my early 20s and had made friends with many of the employees. I had been praised for being a very kind and generous man who always kept his patience, and dealt with misbehaving students properly. I had quit because he wanted to pursue employment elsewhere. Consequently, I had returned to China on and off for a few years to fulfil work in small hospitals but had decided to return to Japan because of my friends and a sense of belonging there. I had liked KHS because of the diversity of workers and students and had enjoyed his time there, so I have decided to return.
Do you have any previous experience working in a school environment? If so, please elaborate (If not, respond with "N/A"):
Yes. I have worked in KHS before, and had made friends with many teachers and employees of KHS who I had continued my friendships with after my ceased employment. I had also tutored academically in my teenage years, and had built a good relationship with the teachers for my logical and hardworking personality.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
Being an immigrant from China, I had always been taught the values of hard work and the importance listening to your higher-ups. I am not one to slack off, and if I join KHS I feel I can very strongly fulfil my duties and do nothing but 110%. I very much enjoyed my time working here in my early 20s, and I have a strong understanding of how the school works along with the students who attend this school. I would be more than happy to return.
