server offline

Why is the server offline? Every time i go on its either offline or only online for a bit until it goes offline again. Can someone explain please?!

An official statement so far:
There are some issues with our node so we are not able to bring the server back up for a while after crashes. Our server provider is working on fixing this, so please be as patient as possible until the server comes up again. It will be announced on our Discord.
