I'm consistently on the server probably on for 5 hours on weekdays and probably 6-7 hours on weekends playing on the server. I'm on the server almost everyday, unless something comes up.
Have you ever been banned (If yes, when and why?):
I have not been banned on the server, and I hope I don't do anything I will regret in the future to get myself banned from the server. And for this reason alone I'll be more careful of what I say and do within the server, so that I won't get banned for doing dumb things like saying things when I'm not supposed to and/or do things that I would regret which would lead to a ban.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
Yes! I agree and understand the terms of being inactive withim the server and of course my work, that I will get demoted from the position that I would be in.

The school employee role that I will be applying for is the Tutor role.
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
As the school's tutor it will allow me to help students with any questions they have for the classes their taking and/or the work they have for those classes. And I would gladly help any teacher that needs help with their classes, for that I'll help students within that classes with any work that they have for that class.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have experience of working with detailrp, I practice in my free time. I have also learned gangrp over my time of playing SRP. I’ve been playing srp for a few years now and applying for this job will let me get better with my Roleplaying as a player and as a Tutor.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
On the first warn my character would tell the student to kindly sit down and tone down their attitude, if the student wishes to continue to misbehave I would simply tell them that they would be in detention. If necessary, she would get a school higher-up, as an example the VP to handle the situation.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
My character would walk up to the students fighting, and would walk in between the two of the students and simply separating the two apart from each other, and would give them both detention, in worst case scenario I'll have to contact the VP about the situation.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
My character would ask the employee to stop depending on the situation, She would offer help if needed and do her best to decrease the dangerous behavior. If the situation got out of control, the VP will immediately be notified and order to catch the employee.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
When my character is in the employee break room, my character will act pleasantly around other employees. If she were alone in the room, she would retrieve her paper work for possible book work coming in, silently marking off any needed papers that needed to be worked on. In the employee break room, she can be herself and take a break.

She'd pull several textbooks as well as binders onto the table, sorting the materials into piles. Each subject would have it's own area to make it easier for the students to study.

would walk over to a table, gesturing for the student to sit down, then sitting down next to the student; taking out her supplies and neatly placing them on the table and looks to the student with a warm smile

Backstory
Amelia Anne Cartier was born on May 28th, 1993 in Stockholm, Sweden. Amelia had grown up in a middle class neighbourhood. Amelia would be the eldest sibling out 3 sisters, her and her sister grew up very close. Amelia and her family would've moved to France when she was 12 years old, while living in France Amelia would have been in a bad accident which almost took her life. When Amelia had fully recovered from her injuries, her parents paid more attention and were very caring and gentle towards her. When Amelia was 20 years old she would move to the United States for college, which made it hard for her parents and sister because they were in a whole different country and of course seeing the eldest kid leave. When she was finishing up her bachelor's degree, an offer had popped up in her email coming from a school in Karakura, Japan basically stating that they were hiring people that fit the school's criteria. Amelia didn't take the offer the first time because the reason being she was still in college and she wanted to stick to that. When Amelia had graduated another offer had come up coming from the same school, and she thought it was a perfect time to get it because they were paying good and the fact that she was very into Japanese culture. So when Amelia was 27 years old, she had moved to japan and went to go get an interview with the school, she was so excited to get the interview. She went to the interview, they had asked her to be the school's tutor and of course she said yes. The reason why she said yes so fast is because she liked helping people and she knew that she could help students get their education. After the interview Amelia would have had a smile on her face, but nervous because she doesn't know if she will get in or not.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
Ever since I was young I always liked reading and helping people, it always made me feel safe when I didn't feel it. I believe that I could be a good asset for this team because I could help those students who need help learning their materials. I feel like I could help these students get the education that they need.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I believe that I qualify as a good member of the school staff and a good ethical worker. I can guarantee the fact that I can work hard enough, in order to satisfy all the rest of the school employees in the KHS. I'll try to build a bond with the students so if they ever need help again, they can come to me without hesitation.
