Shop wanted: Shop 4 (CHEX)
Why do you want to own a shop?:
The CHEX hasn't been open in a while, and I believe it could use a new owner. Owning shops and selling products and merchandise to customers brings realism to roleplay. I want to possess a shop that has the ability to open frequently. I would enjoy having customers order drinks or food without any trouble. Each buyer deserves the right to be served with acceptable service and behavior. The employees should understand that they should value the customer. All in all, I want everyone to experience and have a good time while dining at the newly owned CHEX.
What do you plan to do with the shop?:
I mostly intend to enhance the working environment for the employees, and not to mention the environment for the customers as a whole. I would like to give the CHEX a new name as the shop itself will be under new ownership. Planning small enjoyable events for customers could boost the popularity and community's outlook on the shop. I am most likely going to consider the idea each of my employees wearing a formal uniform as it creates a favorable, yet positive viewpoint on the employees. Nobody wants to see their waiters or waitresses wearing sloppy attire.
How will your shop be unique?:
The newly owned CHEX will be unique due to the small changes it will experience. Of course, the shop will consist of hardworking employees, but also joyful environment. As I've mentioned before, each customer deserves to be valued by the employees. The CHEX will be transfigured into an Italian Restaurant and Bar. This means that the menu will consist of foods such as Pepperoni Pizza, Margarita Pizza, Vegetarian Pizza, etc. The name "CHEX" may also be changed. All in all, the CHEX will be reorganized.
How many employees are you planning to have?:
I plan on having at least 8-10 employees. Having a large amount of employees will boost the outlook on the shop's service through the customer's perspective. Though not many people may dine at the CHEX, it is still exceptional to manage the shop with at least 8 employees.
