From a scale from 1-10 I would rate myself around a 8 to a 8.5. This is due to me being frequently active on SRP, logging on everyday for a at least 4 hours on an average I would say for a week day and for a weekend at least 5-7. Despite being a full time student in education right now im still able to make and manage time for SRP. I am always available from 4pm to 1am on a weekday. Furthermore pushing it from 12pm to 4am on a Weekend GMT time, sometimes later In the summer holidays when the sleep schedule is a little iffy! In conclusion however, If I am accepted I will always be able to make consistent and an enjoyable job as a shopkeeper for all that would interact within my store! whether being a employee or a customer. That means being available whenever needed and opening on a regular basis. Working around things like my volleyball training which is easily able to be worked around!

Why do you want to become a Shopkeeper?:

To begin with, when I first started playing SRP I saw a notification, a short yet effective sentence that stood out among me in the chat feed, I was shocked but also excited. I would scan for the location and there it was at the end of the advertisement that was posted and among that I sprinted and made my way to Sayonara Giftshop! the first ever store I entered. the atmosphere was incredible as I strolled through the store and realised the atmosphere was like nothing I had felt before, leaving me feeling amazed. Wandering through the store, browsing at all the items Sayonara had to offer as I watched people leave with their goodies all smiles on their characters faces after the employee served them with their colourful greetings.

However another thing that impacted me a lot, was the teamwork, a specific group of people consisting of some cashiers and a shopkeeper and It made me want to really become a cashier and a shopkeeper. The ability to be able to host openings and run an establishment within SRP became my utmost desire and ultimately one of my goals within the SRP community and it makes me happy to have the chance to be apart of that. Being able to work among a group of people, being able to contribute to the events that are widely recognised makes me feel happy to be apart of the community.

Another element in becoming a shopkeeper is due to the amount of interaction it holds, I believe that as a role for me personally the shop faction holds the most interaction, being able to have different people work under you in teams, or to work with those people in teams. Along with just interacting with the customers itself to me it stands out as a role that is unique like no other, and I would like to be apart of it the most I can be. The shopkeeper role has always had my highest regards as it has been the role that has fascinated me the most.

Furthermore, after getting into SRP a lot in November, I made some job applications and as a result of this I did get accepted into some stores! this made me feel involved within SRP as the big reason for wanting to own a store. I have always been after more interaction within the community as long as I believe it can be handled which I think I can handle a store, after working in 4 stores and becoming a manager at Sayonara I believe I could handle what it takes to be a shopkeeper, as myself have helped with inventory, understand openings, I've contributed to hiring people within Sayonara and much more therefore feel I want to take this further. I want to take this as far as I can go which is to become a shop keeper! Being allowed to earn such a role would be thrilling for me as a shopkeeper is what I have always aspired to eventually become since joining SRP. Since joining the shops that I have worked at as an employee and a member of the higher up team, helping out on a higher level I truly believe that I possess the abilities to be able to run a store, through the experience I have gained through voluntarily helping out, I believe that I have the leadership capabilities required to run a store along with the sense to think strategically about the actions that will need to take place while owning the store, that could be from the amount of discounts I place to the amount of workers I hire and even how I layout the store. Furthermore I have gained additional leadership qualities through my time within the student council, earning the role of Vice-President in the process, through being a very active member within SRP and increasing my opportunities by always offering to interact with groups I hadn't interacting with before, creating and conducting events with people I had sometimes never even spoke to.

To me, I feel that the shop faction within the community has always had a hard hitting experience, meaning that it is forever stuck in my head due to the endless possibilities but not only that the memories that a store can provide to a person. The unique experience a store can offer is what sets it apart. From this I would like to be able to offer this memorable experience to as many people as I can, giving back to them the memorable experience that we all love. Being able to provide the unique, memorable experience that a store can offer, whether that's from them being a part of our working team! or as a customer. To me offering this experience to players of all varieties, allowing for more engagement within the community is what makes me truly inspired to want to earn this role. To be able to provide and give back a unique one off experience to others, an experience that I can proudly provide to others, an experience that they will never forget, that is the reason why I would like to be given the opportunity own a store.

What do you plan to do with your shop, and what makes it unique?:

Club Umbra is your main club within Karakura! located by the highly renowned beach of Karakura! making it a unique store on its own due to being the only store within SRP that requires a person to be either 20 or above, making it a unique place for adults or college students alike to sit back and enjoy themselves in the warm atmosphere to have a nice and relaxing or energetic evening depending on the people that may perform! which is another unique thing that may differ across other stores as club umbra can host performances mid opening! However it is not only unique for that, Club Umbra is unique to the the fact that not many stores offer you the actual RP as if you were going out for a night to dance and party! therefore offering a unique RP style compared to the rest of the stores along with other areas within SRP making it a truly distinctive store, distinguishing it from the rest.
I plan to keep some of the store how it is however I will have a look at all the space given to me within the store which will decide on if I change the layout etc which overtime I will most definitely do anyways to give it a freshen up, however I will definitely request for a builder or do it myself for a little change once I own the store most likely.
I plan to keep the store regularly updated with reasonable activity checks upon employees to ensure that we are as active as can be! of course opening when possible if suitable and giving players the opportunity to experience not only the night life from a customer perspective but also a employee perspective! allowing people to gain a RP type that I feel you would not be able to obtain within such a store. What makes it unique furthermore is that while there are many diners within karakura like Dear Karakura or La casa Nostra there is no other place like this shop! as it is the only club within Karakura, offering a type of experience like no other that involves dancing, karaoke and other acts that no other stores offer! making it a all time exclusive! Where it is a much more alive environment then your other restaurant stores, such as La Casa Nostra, as you still get the opportunity to sit and have a nice drink, you also get the opportunity where you are able to forget about the past and dance, sing and play a variety of games and activities with your friends! offering a very special type of RP that you would not be able to find within any other store.
However furthermore club umbra is a area that is able to be considered a area where you can unwind, you can invest in just a little drink with your buddies to cool down after a long day of work, or you can on open-mic nights be able to come and sing your heart out! letting the citizens of karakura present hear your wonderful voice! helping one to cool down maybe after stressful college exams or a intense interview for a job!
One thing however I do plan to change is to use some of the space that I believe isn't needed and to make it into karaoke rooms provided im able to utilise enough of the space to have 3-4 karaoke booths, these will be monitored by security however a bartender may occasionally wander in to ask for any refreshments and you can ask to rent them out for up to 15 minutes oocly time, however you can always renew this time period, thinking between 10000 yen for every 15 minutes is a good price. This furthermore makes this specific store Club Umbra more distinctive from the rest as it would be the first store where you can actually rent out parts of it for yourself and do whatever you please. Allowing people to have not only privacy but also a time they can spend with just their friend group meaning they may not have to deal with other people which in some cases people do want to be just with their friends and family.
Furthermore I plan to change some of the downstairs areas so that there is a dance area with a disco ball! (a custom furniture I will purchase) to allow for a more in depth experience and display of a club environment meaning that it will truly a experience that no other could ever match!

which character shall I use for the role?

I plan to use Mala Makulova for my character to run Club Umbra.
Mala makulova is a Czech 27 year old female, during her childhood she would have a very average life in Czech, however due to a new opportunity her family discovered she would move to England during her childhood up until the age of 20. This would mean that Mala would move to the West Midlands of England, within a popular renowned city known as Manchester! However her time in England made an everlasting impact upon her. This was due to the nightlife that central Manchester would offer, never being a dull or boring moment. As she grew up she would always want to go to the club despite not being of age and had to patiently wait till she turned off age and the first club she went in stunned her. The atmosphere the people everything! As the disco-ball shone into her eyes she knew that this was the kind of atmosphere that she wanted to be within, this would inspire her to want her own community in a similar fashion, hence she wanted to take on the burden of owning a club for herself! to be able to offer the feeling she got from being in a club to others.
Now however she has came to Karakura after finishing up in England to find the nightlife is not the same here, she wants to bring it on par with the rest of the world! therefore striving her, giving her the motivation to own and start up her own! giving Karakura the nightlife it's in dire need of!

What will you sell in your shop?:

I will most likely sell all of the previous items that CeruleanRocket sold, hoping to maybe receive a few customs that are fit to the store. Furthermore providing I do earn the store I will purchase my own custom items/consumables for shop usage. Promoting a lot more glass based alcoholic beverages of 200ml to 300ml 7% ****tails so that it promotes more actual bar vibes instead of buying whole bottles, which people can still do but id like to promote selling ****tails more as it would then have a better impact on the environment I believe. Furthermore selling special mocktail drinks (****tails with no alcohol) so that people can have a nice drink without actually getting drunk if they wish! How many employees do you plan to have?:

I aim to have around 26 employees, this is due to needing many roles to be filled in such as performers, bartenders, game hosts and security as a result we need a bigger crew to get through the spread of roles due to needing more people than a usual shop would need for an opening.I believe the bigger the crew we have the more the crew may actually know each other therefore bringing up a more sociable working environment! in addition to that if we have a bigger crew we can also offer more people the opportunity to earn work experience which isn't the easiest thing to earn.
Furthermore, I believe a bigger work force it can make up for issues such as struggling to get a big enough amounts of people online to actually host a opening. therefore having a bigger work force can help resolve issues such as a lack of employees showing up, therefore allowing us to always be able to work at tip top shape!

The owner of the incredible Club Umbra, the one who will take the most responsibility in overall management of the establishment, making sure that growth and a time of honourable and memorable experience is regarded upon the store. furthermore setting up ideas, pre-planning openings to ensure that people can arrive and guiding my shop forward as we go into the near future, along with finally close management of the stores financial state to ensure that we are being as profitable and efficient as possible. This would involve me also planning out restocks and making sure we maintain a path of good activity, meaning we earn earn the respective quota of 12 adverts (6 openings a month) furthermore insuring that our workforce is active and properly trained ensuring that they have a good experience but also the customers that react with them. While having the occasional silly moment, ensuring that I maintain the duties handed to me.

This will be someone who overlooks managers and activity along with myself, making sure that we have active employees and that managers are doing their jobs, a direct employee under the owner, the secretary will not only furthermore help out with openings etc if there is a lack of them but the secretary like any other position can also work as a general employee, however a secretary and manager position will help when it comes to hiring and interviewing people! And will ultimately have an opinion on reviewing applications if I am unsure If I should hire a certain individual. Furthermore a secretary themself will also monitor inventory levels, and if they get to a low point they can also fill out a small form, telling me what I should definitely reorder, what I may need to consider ordering and what will not be needed to be ordered within the next restock.

These are the people that work underneath the secretary, they will sometimes if given the green light by myself and then able to secure advertisements by admins etc and will open up entirely on their own, to ensure the success in the business for if I am not able to open or if they would simply like to for their own enjoyment. they will take on higher and more intense responsibilities than a regular employees too and will also help out in the recruitment of new employees when the time comes. However they will attend shifts as normal employees but will look over their respective employees, making sure they are in tip top shape, informing me on any misconduct!

I will have a inventory manager who will watch over our stock to make sure it is accurate and to notify the owner of when a restock is needed however they will work as a general employee such as a bartender or performer. This is to ensure that we do not accidentally open when we have little to no stock, as this will result in a very disappointing opening for not only our costumers but also our workforce as they will be quite upset with a low turnover in that opening. Furthermore looking over the stock compared to the panel and the physical items we have, monitoring how many products we are selling but not registering under the panel itself. This type of manager would be more alongside the ****yst side of the shop, comparing the figures represented before them! furthermore if numbers stick out in ways they shouldn't writing up a report and sending it off to a secretary or myself to confirm of it.

A simple security manager to overlook the security, they will directly manage a team of 5 employees making sure they are doing what they should when they should. This manager will also be able to work as a security as it will be the first security member to react to an opening notification that get to contribute to the opening. Furthermore the security manager will be in charge of training security through different means compared to the other employees through a handbook and wave of scenarios that may occur, upon passing them all they may proceed to work! The security manager themself however will be trained by the owner as the security manger is the only manager that actually has a set team, meaning that their main responsibility is overlooking the security employees. This can vary from overlooking security activity, their training and also any possibly changes that may regard how they carry themselves, as they are the back bone of our establishment at the front gate.

The media manager who may capture specific moments within the store and put them onto the stores Onrain to highlight specific moments or who may make it aware to the public via Onrain that we are hiring! This will allow for our reputation to rise as we will be increased in our awareness within the community, allowing us to reel in more customers but also potential co-workers in the future. The media manager will be in charge of anything that comes to advertisement and displayment when for example the store is hiring and holding interviews, or maybe even presenting some of our newest products that the store will now be selling in the future, letting the target audience know what they should expect when they look at what we sell! Furthermore presenting when we have discounts or events taking place so that everyone knows the information first hand!

The next manager is regarded as a general manager, this means they oversee a little bit of everything, such as inventory, along with openings and troubles that some people may need answering! like for example if a customer has a IC complaint although it can be sent to any manager or higher up (unless its about a higher up) they would usually be best going off to the general manager as the general manager deals with a variety of things, furthermore those being the handling of employees! Running general checkup around the store making sure that everything is in tip top condition from the cash registers to the stock and even the employees and how they represent themself, as ultimately how the employee represents themself can reflect on the shop! This may make them seen that they don't hold a specific role however this makes them more of an overseeing manager than a manager with specific tasks made for them. However when it is involving a matter that involves dealing with employees they must consult with the owner first before taking action.

Now I have decided that could will be general employees at the start. No employee with a specific role besides security, due to needing performers, game hosts and bartenders, I believe moving forward in the beginning that general employees is a better idea as hiring specifically for performers or game hosts may be challenging Furthermore it gives everyone a chance to be able to experience each of the positions/departments available. How it will work is an employee may turn up and say there's 4 bartender spots, the first 4 to come can choose to be bartenders if they wanted, like first come first serve. However performer positions will have scripts written before hand that the performers will occasionally either /me or /it. In co-ordination to the W2G (watch2gether) However, overtime once I have a more solid and reliable employee roster I will introduce the idea of creating specific roles, this idea will be voted on, not forced upon so that I can hear out employee needs and desires to ensure happiness and comfortability when working here!

The performer will be a set of individuals male or female who will appear throughout an opening to be one of our sources of entertainment to our customer base! through the use of W2G (watch2gether) and in game actions they will provide as a source of entertainment for people to watch or vibe along with as they get groovy through the night, with each opening having a specific genre tailored to it. Furthermore if it is open-mic night they are to supervise the customers using the stage to ensure that it is all carried out professionally while maintaining maximum entertainment! I have make a set of playlists that the performing group may wish to use for W2G and overtime they can make changes or additions to the playlist.

˙‧₊☽bartender☾₊‧˙
A set of talented bartenders/waitresses/servers who will man the bar upstairs or downstairs! providing our target audience with our delicious and exclusive beverages and food, making sure that they receive the best and most pleasurable experience possible while we are open, they will serve customers with their own opinion on if they have bought too much (E.G have bought 10 pride vodkas and want more) therefore being able to decline service if need be. Furthermore providing the people who sit at the bar in a pleasurable conversation no matter the topic, as a sign of how friendly we are as a community. In addition promoting new products along with making suggestions on what items they feel do not sell very well, therefore letting me know what items might need swapping out.

This type of employee will specifically be the type of employee that will monitor the games and conduct them, informing customers on how to play within the games, along with giving advice before playing and how the rules apply to them, furthermore resulting in the games being a second source for entertainment within the establishment. Game hosts present the opportunity to make entertainment while earning money in a respectable way, where nothing weird happens and all the transactions and business is done fairly by a none bias game host.

Security will not be included within the general employees as there will be a separate team that will be able to apply just for security, therefore meaning that security cannot simply be a bartender within the next opening, security is a different role it itself when you apply from the rest.
security is a simple role, they will stand in their respected posts or wander around the store making sure everything is in order how it should be, ensuring customer safety but also an enjoyable, safe and memorable experience. Furthermore upon entry of the store they will make sure that the respected individual is of age to enter, meaning that they check for ID at the entrance to the establishment, choosing whether to deny someone entry on the spot or not. They are essentially the guardian of the store, welcoming those who are applicable to enter and those who aren't however also maintaining order and making sure no violence is taking place. Furthermore removing those from the store if they are not welcomed in, whether it be for conducting violence or for another reason that's suitable for removal.

However, these will possibly change once I have a reliable roster, in Doing so I will therefore change the structure of the employees besides security, we will cast a vote to see if the employees themselves would like for the transfer of going from a general employee into specific roles, as hiring for themselves could be difficult but once with a solid and reliable roster to work with this task would be quite easy to do, ultimately increasing the RP experience available as everyone will be able to do the preferred task that they would like within the store once experiencing each different role. Furthermore If this is voted on, a new edited version of the employee application will be made, where you will be able to select 4 different roles. These would be the security team, bar team, performer team and finally our games team,The restructuring would then result if the employees wish to move to this would result in a bar team, performer team and game host team, to decide who the heads of these departments will be I will send out an additional google doc with just a few questions, almost as if they are applying to be accepted onto the role to ensure fairness and so that I do not just give someone the role. Furthermore showing if they are not only eligible but also capable and are motivated to take it on.

Bar team☾₊‧˙

The bar team will consist of the majority of employees that will help out within the selling of our products behind the bar, furthermore acting as our esteemed servers and waitresses, they have complete control over if they should decide if a person has bought too many bottles or not (if there is a limit that evening due to low stock) therefore the bar team can have security escort them to other areas of the club to enjoy their night. However the servers/waitresses behind the bar will provide our target audience with our highest quality services. Furthermore this will be followed by a Head bartender, someone who will respectively overlook this team to ensure that they are doing their job as presented and in a proper manner suitable for representation within the establishment, the head bartender will make sure to document down any incidents that may lead to outside issues along with helping the bar team with any issues present. The head bartender will almost be a manager of sorts, although not being able to open they would have a higher up role due to taking care of their own team.

The performers of Club Umbra will be a set of male and female participants dressed up in fancy costumes or attire (provided by the club) that matches to show what they are presenting! this could be from dress's that slowly change colour between each individual as if an ombre affect occurred or if it was just a simple matching outfit all together, this team will be in charge of setting the standard for our entertainment! through the usage of w2g (watch2gether) the team will pick a genre of songs to play that evening, along with a script they will be provided to sing the lyrics in game. Of course here we will have a head performer, this individual will gather the performers every month to ask if we should change the songs we play, of course in consultation with me, to decide how to maximise the experience people may receive from them, furthermore helping and giving tips to new learning performers giving them the best tips possible to ensure that they slay on the stage. Some could possibly even refer to them somewhat as cheerleaders, do to the matching performance they will provide!

The game host team will be a small set of individuals as only 2-3 will be needed per opening. The game host team provide a second form of entertainment within the club, from our blackjack and pool services, they will of course monitor the games and will of course as a rule will inform the players of the rules beforehand to ensure they know what they are getting into so that no false accusations can be made later on. There will of course be a head game host who will ensure that for the games specifically training is conducted, making sure that in the discord server in the games section that they have read upon the rules, how to log it on the panel and how they are to be carried out. They will also verify any games that take place, Once a game takes place evidence of payment and the end result is to be taken a picture of and put into the game host section, verifying that the game took place without any error.

Security, a detrimental role within the business, needed to ensure the safety of not only our workforce but also our prized customers! furthermore ensuring that only individuals that are of age are able to enter the establishment. The security are a important role within this store as they will have some in respected posts like the front gate, checking ID's but also wandering ensuring that customers aren't causing trouble due to the use of alcohol. This role however won't be affected by the restructuring process if it occurs as it is already a team on its own and the head of security will be a management position!

what will be your uniform/attire

Our attire within the store for will be a simple dress shirt with suit trousers, they will have a option between rolled down or up sleeves however a red tie is a must, furthermore the female employees will have a dress shirt with a pencil skirt. For the woman what they wear on their legs will be up to them if they decide to wear tights or not they can do whatever they prefer and makes them happiest, they can also wear a pair of heels to show our professionalism and class! Now on the back of the shirt will be the Club Umbra logo, a moon! Where as on the female due to hair covering the back possibly we added a white moon on the skirt.

what will be the hiring process/progression system?

Once gaining the shopkeeper role, I will wait for all my permissions to be given to me not only in Karakura Town but also within SRP itself, once I have retrieved my commands and given store access. I will then prepare the Club Umbra discord server, having all the sections made that we need, not having so many sections to the point its inefficient but just enough so that things are separated and easy to navigate through. This will help just prevent tons of channels that will either get used once or never get used. Once that is fully prepped and ready to go I will have my application form made! featuring a range of OOC and IC questions to be answered by the applicants through a google doc that is going to be published within the application section of the Club Umbra server. The application form will be left open for a certain amount of time before they get closed and reviewed, ultimately by me due to having no secretary/managers to go over the applications with however it shouldn't be a problem. Once everything is prepped and ready for the applicants I will log onto SRP and make 2 adverts running a 30 minute difference each to get a broader audience. This will happen twice at least within the period that applications are opened. Within that advert it will specifically say that we are hiring and to pop on down just to see the store in its glory again if they wish! however we would not be serving. If an anyone has any issues while filing out the form they can simply @ me in the help section of the server or through dms for any questions about it. From here we will introduce the chosen employees as trial employees, over the next month or so we will open focused towards the trial employees. Of course being trained first before any openings occur for them to ensure that they do not make any mistakes, which is okay but of course It is best to avoid them whenever possible but we all make mistakes at some point.

From here they will attend openings and once I think they have understood the swing of things after 3 openings or more I will promote them to a offical employee! welcoming them to our wonderful work place. Furthermore checking their activity for who is attending and who isn't so that we can give others a chance to participate within the activities we conduct within the Karakura's greatest club! When in a period of hiring and taking in applicants while opening once the store is up and going the applications being open for new employees will simply be mentioned in a small section of an opening advert! letting people know that we are open for them to come and have a enjoyable and unforgettable night however also to know that we are looking for new valuable staff members to join our elite roster.

Once we have a roster of employees that can help out, I will also conduct interviews on the side of applications, doing 2 separate interview sessions where 4 of my employees, will come and help me to conduct the interviews as doing it by myself is doable however will take a very long time, some interviews alone take 2+ hours with employees from what I have experienced. Therefore I believe once we have an employee roster in the next wave we can conduct interviews with formatted questions (of course if the employee would prefer changing it up to match their character's speech style they can do) from why would you like to work here, to asking how they would handle certain scenarios to see who is really cut out for the opportunities we are offering towards them. Once the hiring period closes if a person makes both an interview and a application they will both be considered, however you don't have to do both, simply one or the other but doing both allows you for a bigger chance of gaining that opportunity to work within our one of a kind establishment.

Now for progression, how progression will work following an employee -> higher up position such as manager or a head of department, usually this will be done when im looking for a vacant position to be filled or if a new post is made that needs to be claimed, along with if a current manager steps down or quits srp, along with if an old manager was demoted. How promotion from an employee role would work is, I will make a google doc application again and submit it to the relevant employees and if they would like to apply for the position they can do! I won't simply force it upon someone to become a higher up. From here the deadline may be in 5 days and after the 5 days I would review the applications like any other, considering not only their application but also their contributions and efforts to the store as a whole. Therefore after selecting who I would believe is the best candidate I would give them a new type of training, such as how the new sections of the panel would work such as stock and shifts, furthermore telling them if they wanted to how to open for if they wanted to open the shop one day giving them the necessary advice and perhaps giving physical ICLY training to ensure that they are not only fully prepared for the new role but also so that they get the RP experience of being trained to be a higher up within the establishment.

What will the training possibly feature/look like?

How training will work is, once our employees are ready and situated, I will make an announcement the day beforehand saying I will conduct training at for example 9PM GMT time on the next day (I would insert a discord universal time stamp so that people don't get confused with comparing time zones) From here everyone would join a voice chat. The employees can mute if they prefer, from here I would show them how the panel works, along with some simple things to make note of when using it. Once the panel training is done I would then like to perform IC training, where we go in each of the posts, known as Bartender, performer, security and Games host. From here I would ask for volunteers and I will ask them to serve me as if I was a customer, after they finish serving me I would either tell them how they could improve or if their attempt was perfect. I would do this for each of the roles that people can work within so that they are well situated, I would like to also do the IC training as I don't believe many places conduct IC training therefore it would be a nice experience for everyone and could possibly work well because some people are visual learners and will not learn as easy from just being told, therefore I feel that IC training and presenting scenarios to them might help better and be effective! After finishing each stage I would ask for any questions along the way and answer them with the best possible answer I can give so that the employee gets the best understanding possible to ensure that they are able to remember it better. Once I have finished I will ask if anyone has any questions regarding the training, and if they do not wish to speak up about it in VC they can always DM me and I can explain it to them there, ensuring that everyone is happy and wouldn't feel as nervous for their first opening, hopefully making them more confident for their first opening.

shop aesthetic/how it will look

The main look for club umbra is a warm atmosphere where customers and workers alike can come and experience a carefree evening or a professional evening here at club umbra to get away from work or college with a drink or two and some impeccable food! allowing for someone to enter the club and immediately feel a different vibe compared to anywhere else. One that reassures the person and allows them to sit back, relax despite being a high end area it will still hold a chill and easygoing persona. Letting a person almost forget where they are, as if they have nothing to fear as they can enjoy the night with the variety of activities available to them! Upstairs posses's the gender neutral bathrooms for those to use if they need to! however as you walk in there is a little welcome mat and seating area for groups of 2-4 people to have a simple leisurely hangout if they don't want to party, however if you follow up there is the main bar for those who just want to chill out and have a more calmer evening with plenty of seating along with a VIP room for those who want a little privacy or are feeling perhaps a little deluxe that evening! Downstairs however will not only present a secondary bar for those who ill be downstairs that opening with the game host team to support them with their activities that they will conduct However I will implement a little more colour into the store and I feel like making it a little more purple will help secure that look of a vibrant club, especially in the karaoke rooms. The downstairs area will be split into 3 sections, the bar and games area for the 2 teams to work almost together as the bartender passes out drinks and food to the customers however in conjunction with the game hosts that are moderating and conducting games of blackjack and cards for our customers that wanted to seek other means of entertainment. However following from that will be the karaoke rooms! where people can sing their hearts away with their group of friends! Giving them the opportunity to have the time of their life without having to perform in front of a huge audience, possibly even acting as a therapy some may think due to being able to let your heart out! Finally this is followed by the office/employee area that will be able to be used for mild breaks along with meeting and furthermore 1 on 1 meetings to possibly talk about a employees progression or even possibly an employees termination. Furthermore within the office will lay a laptop filled with all of the stores statistics and data for the higher up team to use to their best in order to provide that we are always ready to take on new things.

The interior within club umbra consists of a constant warm theme throughout, providing a comforting appeal to the consumer in efficient manner, along with some areas being a little more vibrant such as the stage to catch the attention of the viewer easily, however throughout the bottom floor it posses's many tables and games that a consumer can spend away on while they are within the club to their hearts content! Allowing for someone to get a unique experience like no other as they spend their time within the unique location. However if I do get to own the store I will remove some of the rooms downstairs to create a karaoke section! This will be a good add on as personally I have never seen/heard of karaoke within SRP therefore I feel like this would draw a good amount of attention. However as a whole I do plan to make club umbra slightly more vibrant to match more party vibes, furthermore adding a dance floor with a disco ball for customers to dance their hearts out!

Club Umbra's exterior is simple yet effective with our gate at the front that our security will have locked down, making sure that anyone who enters isn't either blacklisted or wearing a mask so that we can provide a evening that is as safe yet pleasurable for everyone. If we move across further right however we do see a small outside sitting area for those wishing to experience the night summer draft in the summer time when It is scorching hot, perfect for a drink right! The exterior creates a nice setting before you enter the club as it looks very welcoming to all people that wish to enter! However if possibly id like to add more outdoor seating like some coffee stores do, with chairs and a table and umbrellas for those who wish to have a leisurely drink on a Friday afternoon after work to destress and sit down for a pleasurable drink with their close friends.

what events do I possibly have planned?

For my first event thing I have possibly planned well it isn't more of an event but a thing I'd like to add onto the store as a thing ongoing throughout the year. This will be the private opening of the store for certain individuals e.g business meetings or private hangouts, possibly even an area that can be booked for an after party of a wedding! This means that students after their hard exam period (if of age) can come and enjoy themselves for the night with a microphone to themselves and some booze to unwind enjoying the moment with friends and family. Furthermore business parties can be privately hosted here for example if a lot of promotions were handed out a business owner or a individual within it could book a slot (a time available for me and a portion of the employeess) for the store to privately open to accommodate them! for a general pricing idea I have listed it below. Another few reasons people may book the club out privately may just be for a college team bonding session! allowing for them to have a nice evening out together or to celebrate even winning the the tournaments! proving themselves and wanting a pleasant evening to bond together as a team.
0-5 people --> 50k
6-10 people --> 100k
11-15+ people --> 150k
(this comes out to 10-25k per person)
In these events I plan to depending on how many people are coming to the evening/event I will ask employees in the employee chat who would be available and would like to work within it with saying that it may last for a long time etc and has no set time as to when it could end. I would only need to take around 2 employees max as I would also need to bring myself.

Another possible event idea is the collaboration with other stores, for example for a couple openings every blue moon we turn the store into a theme of that store, for example if it were a collaboration with umisachi we will turn the store into a ocean themed club umbra! having its own small area dedicated to selling Umisachi products with workers from Umisachi (provided with planning and permission of the owner of the store and the shop faction lead) having changed the club's music to a more ocean like theme to match the temporary interior!

In addition, another event I would like to add is that in times like winter, Halloween, easter and many more times/events within the year I would like to have our employees wearing fitting outfits. In the Christmas period we could have a security member as the grinch while the other employees can range from elves to deers, lifting the Christmas spirit into action within Club Umbra, furthermore having a Santa as another one of our highly valued higher ups! For halloween this can differ with jack-o-lanterns present within the store, chains placed around with eerie lanterns and much more to give off a more eerie feeling within that month. The staff having halloween costumes such as Frankenstein or a mad scientist to further enhance that affect! However in the Christmas period we will have the Santa giving out the occasional gift, which could be a larger bottle of alcohol to a group of people or however if I start gathering fits early enough we could do a opening near Christmas or maybe even on it of giving away items (however I understand my employees would also have Christmas so I would leave it a day or two)

I would also like to host mini games throughout they year, which can be in the form of flipping a coin to a bartender (rolling 2, 1 being heads and then 2 being tales) and if you get the side the bartender choices you get 5 percent off. Furthermore throughout the year I would like to randomly throughout the year place a sign secretly within the store that has a secret code! then if anyone finds it and whispers it to a bartender they will be able to receive 5 percent off! however this will only occur once every 4 months to make sure that we aren't offering discounts all the time.

Another event I would like to carry out on a bigger scale, which would need permission of staff and my faction lead, this would be for Club Umbra to be able to host a performance every 6-12 months with use of the Stadium behind the pier. Therefore making this a larger scale event, meaning the stadium would be built to suit the needs of my employees and the people coming to the venue. How it would work is a large scale W2G would be prepared with a specific genre based on what the theme would be for that specific performance. This would be followed by having outfits tailored specifically for this event, however I will ask the employees what kind of things/references they would like the outfits to be based on so that the employees get a input with what the outfits they will be wearing come out like! Once the W2G is created I will send it off to my faction lead to get their approval on the songs used so that we can prepare for the performance upon the stage with actions and speech! Furthermore this wouldn't be exclusive to just performers but anyone on the employee roster can participate! as we will perform multiple times with different songs during this event. Furthermore if need be we will make a public announcement within the Club umbra discord server asking for people to volunteer to help out for the event (they would all be rewarded for participation after) Furthermore we will have a big bar/sitting area towards the back of the stage/stadium where people can come and get some delicious nutrition along with a beverage to enjoy the night with! This would require Staff permission, along with the build team and possible event team conjunction in order for it to work. Therefore I would like to class this as a bigger event. Giving everyone an opportunity on the fun and providing events for the community to interact within!

Will my store have any discounts?

I plan for my store to have discounts however I wouldn't class them as a separate event in itself. How they will work is, whenever KPD, EMS and all the other factions accept new people on I will offer a 8 percent discount among those new members! furthermore throughout the year I will run discounts related to the factions again, to show appreciation to the teachers, professors and other factions to allow those that were a member of the factions before I owned the store. Therefore unable to get the discount of being a new member! this could be in the form of EMS receiving a 8 percent off discount for all members to use twice from February to say April to allow them to have many opportunities to use them! Once a discount is used it will be logged not only on the shop panel but in a section of my discord server to keep track. Furthermore throughout the year when it is Christmas time or halloween I will offer up an additional holiday discount! this is to contribute to the halloween/Christmas spirit. These discounts here will run every year throughout the store unlike the mini game ideas above they will be permanent where the mini games temporary one off ideas. These will all get announced ICLY of course through advertisements however also through announcements in the discord server for those who were not online at the time that were not able to see the message.

I will also at the top of the rules in the public section of the server for customers only since the employee code of conduct will be in the private area of the Club Umbra discord server as only employees need to see it I will also link SRP's rules and guidelines just incase for those that may need to go over them.

1 - No masks, like any other store anyone with a mask will not be served and will be challenged by security to remove it. This ensures the protection of both every other customer present along with the staff!
2- No violence of the sort, as a restaurant/bar things may tend to happen due to drunk customers however security will help to resolve that as things will occasionally happen. However if it is a repeated occurrence during a opening the customer will be asked to leave and will be escorted by security.
3 - No bribing, trying to bribe security to let you in may just result in you being put on a do not allow list.
4 - No stealing, this is a simple rule anyone should understand.
5 - Security checks - upon entry to the store security will ask for a Government issued Proof of age, such as an ID to make sure you are of 20+. Upon not showing one or being below 20 you will be politely rejected from entry.

1 - Stealing once again, is not to happen.
2 - Turning up to work not in uniform, this will result in you not being allowed to work unless dire due to needing to be able to tell apart employees from customers.
3 - Respect must be upheld between employees and customers alike to keep a good reputation but also to keep a good bond between employees and customers, creating a nice perspective upon us as a store.
4 - No giving away items to friends etc without payment or discounts unless said so by the shopkeeper.
5 - To ensure fairness for who gets to work you cannot work 2 shifts in a row! this allows for other employees to have a chance to work (can however if given permission)
6 - Do not serve anyone with masks, notify security if someone attempts to..
7 - In certain cases such as low stock an item limit will be introduced e.g only 2 pride vodkas per person. This will ensure that if we are low on an opening and restock is delayed etc that we will still be able to open and provide to our target audience.
8 - Arrested characters will be fired depending on how heavy/extreme the case is e.g if its for assault on a government official or murder. This is to maintain store reputation.
9 - Purchases made by employees must be done through another employee and not themselves, furthermore you must be of age to buy one of our products you don't get special treatment as a worker.
10 - If an order Is made wrong due to your error you will be responsible for paying the amount lost unless it was through a glitch or something out of your control then I will cover the costs. (if done while a trial employee it will be excused, as you are still learning)
11 - As a game host you must inform the participants of the rules beforehand, due to possibly being misled, if this occurs and a customer files a complaint a warning will be received.
13 - Going into the shop without permission when an opening is not being conducted is not allowed, however certain scenarios it will be allowed, such as taking photos of employees for Onrain or for manager activities (e.g inventory checking)

Employee warning/strike system

Hoping we never have to tell an employee off however it will happen at some point, I will use a 3 point system, such as if a people receives three strikes they will be effectively removed from the store. After 2 month if the worker has gained no more strike points they will loose all of their current ones! and at 2 strikes a person will receive a personal meeting with the owner to remind them of the guidelines the store abides by. Possibly resulting in representations of what they were perhaps doing within the store, and then showing them a more appropriate way of doing it, giving them a clear example so that it is easier to remember and also to understand. Furthermore a warning will not equal a strike for something minor however if you get 3 warnings then it will become a strike, this ensures not only that you are getting enough opportunities to fix those mistakes but also so that you aren't fired from one simple mistake.​

Additional notes about your application:

For like backstory a little I do understand how stores work mostly, I have helped/conducted inventory control, helped with events, managed things on the panel and across have worked at 4 stores, with 1 being me as a member of the higher up team for a very well regarded store. Furthermore working in 3 other stores as a cashier too! So I do understand what is required for the majority. I have also further helped out with the hiring process at one of the 4 stores I worked at. Furthermore giving me experience and understanding of a store for the store I am a higher up of. I have helped out with every interview session hosted since being hired allowing me to get a understanding for that experience, furthermore helping with forms and application marking allowing for me to earn that experience of employee applications, providing a understanding of what they entail.
