Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers play an important role within SchoolRP for many reasons! The biggest one being that it is the most popular type of roleplay on the server. Most new players begin their SRP journey at the school, where they receive assistance from Teachers, School Employees, and Professors, both ICLY (In-Character) and OOCLY (Out of Character). Personally, when I first joined SchoolRP, I joined during school hours. My roleplay name was the same as my in-game name, and I didn’t know anything about how the server worked. Back then, there was a starter tutorial, but it didn’t explain that much. That’s when a Teacher approached me and took the time to explain everything I needed to know. They also encouraged me to start attending classes, which is something I did. That’s actually how I made my very first friends on SRP. Teachers don’t only guide new players and old players. In addition, they organise and host classes. While these classes might seem simple, they often teach valuable lessons, both in real life and in-game. For example, I once attended a history class where I learned more about Karakura’s lore, and I genuinely enjoyed it. I also attended a few drama class' that helped me improve my roleplay skills. Teachers carry a lot of responsibility, they can’t just host any class they want. They need to make their lessons engaging and enjoyable, or else students wouldn’t benefit from them. Teachers also ensure that everyone gets the chance to roleplay during classes. Some players may be shy or unsure about joining in, but once they step into a class, teachers always try to get everyone involved, most of the time, they even offer reward tokens as encouragement. Teachers fabricate a huge amount of opportunities to roleplay, whether its with students or co-workers.

What's your character's full name?:
"My name is Valentina Hatake."
What is your character's nationality?:
"I am spanish, japanese and american."
What is your preferred subject to teach?:
"I would like to teach Physical Education"
Describe your character:
Valentina Hatake | Stood infront of you a stunning four foot eight tiny warrior woman. Her features would be full of beauty and her muscles would show anyone who challenged her that she deserves to be a PE teacher, she heavily works out. Her piercing green eyes would stare through any disruptive kid who would try to cause trouble during her lesson. Her hair would flow down her shoulders, light radiating off of them. Her skin would be of a porcelain colour.
What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:
"I adore children. When I was i my teenage years, I took on so many babysitting jobs because I have always loved children. Then when I became twenty I worked in a small middle school on the outskirts of Madrid. Then I decided to get my teaching degree to teach children, so that I would be able to offer something of value to the children and stay close to them. Obviously I have always respected my co-workers, everyone has worked hard to get to the position they are at. Whether it's simply school employees, teachers or professors. I will always interact with each and every one of my co-workers and always offer assistance whenever I can."
What is your character's motivation for teaching?:
"Well, my parents are both teachers, so I have always wanted to become one. In addition to this, as stated previously I absolutely adore children and want to be as close to them as I can. This is why I feel like being a teacher is like the most perfect job for me ever. I also once saw a poor school in Madrid where the school was way too broke to afford good workers, so all the kids were barely educated, seeing this, made me want to become a teacher. My heart was mourning and was absolutely shattered thinking that some children get horrible education. I also love sports, I've participated in multiple marathons and I have run for many different charities to get money. I also think that it is incredibly important for children to be in good shape. All these reasons are why I wish to become a Physical Education Teacher!"

A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
Valentina would approach the student and kindly re-explain the activity or concept. She would offer to go over it in more detail after class to avoid disrupting the flow of the lesson or making the student feel embarrassed.
Valentina approached the student. She kneeled slightly so her knees stayed just above the gym floor. Her tone was calm and full of reassurance. She met the student’s gaze. “I can see that you are having some trouble understanding today's lesson.” she announced firmly but soothingly. “That’s okay! How about you let me explain it again.” She smiled softly then gestured at the rest of the class, his peers were warming up. “We’re currently learning about the different types of physical training. Such as jumping jacks. Did you know that jumping jacks actually improve stamina. Or did you know that anaerobic exercises, such as sprinting or push-ups, focus on short bursts of energy. there are also flexibility training, which helps with fluid movement, muscle recovery and strength training, which builds up your endurance and muscle mass. Lastly, there is the coordination and balance training, this improves control over our own bodies and stability during our movements.” Valentina spoke with clarity and with precision, using hand gestures to help illustrate each point. When she finished, she offered the student an encouraging nod. “If you’re still unsure, you can come up to me after class and we'll go about it together once more, step by step!”
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
Valentina would remain composed and professional. She would first give the student a polite verbal reminder to stop being disruptive. If the behavior continues, she would issue two further warnings before ultimately removing the student from class. Valentina prefers to resolve issues respectfully rather than through punishment.
Valentina walked towards the student and pressed her hand on his shoulder. "Hey, could you please stop disrupting my lesson? I would really appreciate if you would put your phone away and just listen to me." A frown clouded her face. "Or you can whisper with your peers, but do not disrupt those who actually want to learn." He tone was gentle yet firm, making sure that each and every one of her words would sink into him. Valentina would resume explaining a certain physical exercise when this student makes another unfunny loud joke. She marches up to him. "Okay this is your second warning, if you disrupt my lesson one more time, you will be removed from my class." She explained, her voice serious, stern but her words carried a certain softness, as if she feared to hurt her students. This showed how much she truly loves each and every one of them. The newly hired teacher would start explaining the pose once more when the student talks out of turn. Valentina sees fire. "Get out." She spoke, this time the softness was gone. She watched the student leave the room.

The Game;
Valentina directed her students towards the dodgeball court. Her whistle wrapped around her neck and her outfit ready to play. "Okay today we'll be doing Dodgeball competitions!" She explained, a smile plastered onto her face. Her tone would be joyful and soft. The Teacher pointed at four students. "You four will be the captains of each colour; blue, red, green and yellow. One by one, you will pick peers into your groups and you will all participate in a match of dodgeball. If anyone is not interested in participating, you are excused from this lesson." Valentina watches as the four captains carefully picked students into their teams. Once every student was in a team, she directed them towards two courts and blew her whistle. "Team blue will be up against team red and team green will be against team yellow. In position!" She yelled in a soft manner, just loud enough for all her students to hear her properly. She watches are the students of each team scramble into position. Valentina raised her whistle to her lips and blew into it. She watched the game begin. Once that game ended, team blue and team green won, so she paired both of them to play against each other in a finale. She blew her whistle and watched them play, students being hit by balls left and right, a dodgeball member of the green team threw a ball towards the last player of the blue team eliminating him. She grouped all the players together then handed reward stickers to anyone who played particularly well.
The work out;
Valentina gathered all her students into a circle and picked one randomly. "I would like you to demonstrate for us three workouts that we will all be doing. Make sure to explain each and every one of them." She instructed softly. She observed as the student introduced; jumping jacks, arm circles and high knees into their workout. Valentina nodded as the student explained, clearly impressed at their knowledge. "That was very good." She praised, once the student finished. "I would now like for everyone to repeat exactly what your peer did." She whistled softly and the students begun, she felt a surge of proudness as she saw them work very well. One student raised their hand and asked if they too can introduce at least one workout. Valentina nodded. The student went into the middle of the circle and performed fifteen leg swings. The volunteer then explained why this exercise was important. "Very very good." Valentina muttered under her breath. At the end of the lesson she walked up to both students and handed them each a reward sticker. "Good job you two." She praised them.
