I was also banned for RDM, but the situation was handled and I understand why I was banned and I am deeply sorry for the acts I’ve committed in the past. I’ve begun to mature from those previous times and don’t intend to do the same things again as I know what I did was wrong and how I hurt many people in the process.

Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?:
Recently, I haven’t been occupied as much as I used to be, so now I am usually on SchoolRP. Most of the time, I am dealing with In Character situations that usually lead to something much bigger. Though, It’s not automatic as one situation leads to another which takes time. On the server, I am a college student and currently lost all my alts so I am usually just doing things a college student can do without having to wait for someone or something school related when school is not going on. I only recently just got my college role back as I used to be an adult, but due to the fact that I didn't find it enjoyable, I had re-enrolled into Karakura College. I do have all my roles and such.
I have been occupying myself with any situation I believe to be interesting so I can interact with more people instead of just sitting there. Most of the time, I try my best to stay out of situations that may get toxic or result in staff needing to resolve the situation due to toxicity. I try my best to stay as mature as possible in each situation due to the fact that toxicity is not what I hope for.
Recently, I have been checking the forums more often so I could glance at more options in RP or create something on the forums such as an application for a job or a character’s biography. Before, I hadn’t been checking the forums much, because I didn’t think that there was much to do on the forums other than apply for things.
Though, now I am on the forums more often, looking at ways to entertain the people who are looking at the forums or make something on the forums so people can get to know my character more in depth.

What is the student council?:
The student council is a team of students hand picked by the high staff of the School who are believed to be the representatives of the students to create an environment so that they may have a safe, and enjoyable experience. The council is here to assist in school activities, opportunities for their fellow students, and to help students gain an idea of a leadership role.
The student council has different positions that need to be fulfilled so that the students of the school are able to have a steady experience in the school without having to worry about the school’s wellbeing as they know that the student council and the staff members of the school have it handled as that is part of the council’s job.
Who or what brought you to applying for the student council? (e.g. a friend, colleague, etc):
A friend of mine had brought up the idea of the student council when we both decided that we would like to apply as we have seen what the student council can do for the school along with the students. Although, being a part of the council comes with a responsibility, because the students depend on you to help them when in need along with helping the school in It’s activities and coming up with more ideas the school can use to benefit the students.
What does the school council of Karakura do?:
From what I have seen, the Student Council of Karakura are there to keep a balance in the school along with bringing up many ideas so that the students don’t have to be bored in the school all the time along with having to go to class for the whole day and not have any enjoyable experiences while in the school or in class. I know that the student council maintains a steady environment for the students so they do not have to worry about a situation that comes up that they are not prepared to handle.
How would you describe your work ethic?:
To describe my work ethic, I believe once I’ve set my mind to the situation I’m in or the thing I am doing, I believe that I can work my best when I have interested myself in the objection. Though, I do As a student council member, you are expected to have a strong work ethic. I believe this to be so, because work ethic is sort of like a drive to continue to do something that you believe is beneficial. A student council’s work ethic is extremely beneficial, because their decisions can affect the way the students go on about their day in the school.
What interests you the most about the student council?:
What interested me the most about the student council was how well they are committed to their job and how well they care for the students. I had a run in with a student council member when I was still in highschool and I didn't know where to go or what to do as I was a bit lost due to the fact that I hadn’t been knowledgeable on where everything in the school was.
The council member took the time out of their day even though they were extremely busy heading somewhere, they stopped at where I was and had directed me to the place I was going. They asked if I was clueless on anything else and helped clear up my confusion about the school and such.
Do you have past experience in roleplaying (if so, summarize your experience)?:
I do have past experience in roleplay as I’ve been roleplaying for a while now. I joined the SchoolRP server back in 2015 and began to learn more about roleplay since then. I’ve experienced many different types of RP’s on this server, such as CombatRP, SchoolRP of course, and many more. I’ve tried my best to extend my reach in different types of RP’s that the server offers and I’ve RPed on many other games that consisted of that.
SCENARIOS
You are on the student council and a member submits an awful idea. What do you do?:
The character I’m applying, which is my main, doesn't really sugarcode things when it comes to situations like this, but I believe that character to be a polite person. Before speaking, I’d stand up in a respectful manner, eyeing the fellow council member who’d stated the idea. I’d then state my opinion on the idea and come out with a way to counter the idea so that the students would be happy with the idea along with the other council members.
You submit an idea - everyone hates it. How do you deal with the situation?:
If I submit an idea that everyone dislikes/disagrees with, I’d rethink the stated idea and what made them dislike the idea. I’d ask my fellow student council what had made the idea so dislikeable, and once told, I’d try to discard the idea and come up with a way to create an idea so that everyone would agree with it and find it a well thought out idea that they can go with.
There is a split decision on an idea. The councillors begin to debate if the idea should be accepted. As time goes on, the debate turns into an argument! How do you handle the situation?:
If a debate had turned into an argument, depending on the situation and we were all sat down, I’d stand up clearing my voice as I looked down on the table with my hands slammed down on the desk of it. I’d move my head up glaring at the council members who had begun to argue and stated the situation they have just placed themselves into and how this situation has changed so quickly. I’d ask that the argument was discarded and we had gone back to the debate in a peaceful and respectable manner, hoping to end the argument and continue with the debate.
A councillor is stirring up problems and abusing their position on school grounds! What would you do?:
I’d approach the council member as they abused their position, tapping them on the shoulder as I began to state what they have just done, depending on the situation, I’d call for an extra student council to come over and take a glance at what this council member is doing. I’d ask them why they were abusing a power bestowed to them by the staff members who have entrusted them to create a safe and fun environment for the school. As the conversation goes on, I’d ask to speak to the whole student council or a high staff member of the school, explaining the matter at hand and see what leads from there.
The council president says something you completely disagree with, how would you combat this?:
I’d ask if I could speak on the matter as the president brought it up. Depending on what he said, I’d restate the idea asking what made this idea come to be and how he was planning on defending it. I’d then state my opinion on the matter, coming out with a counter idea that would completely throw away their idea hoping for a change in it, because of what I thought of it to be. Though, It does depend on what the president says, but I’d try my best to come up with an idea that they would be able to understand where I was coming from and how my idea came to be as to countering theirs.
There’s a staggering amount of tension/drama between two councillors. It’s beginning to affect their work ethic; how would you try to help?:
At first, I’d try to keep a distance from the drama as it first upstarts as I do not know whether this is a friendly tension or something that can affect the student’s experience. As it goes on, I’d speak to them individually to ask what was going on between them, because from what I have seen, It is affecting their work ethic and how well they are corresponding with each other which would affect the council as well. I’d ask that they come to an agreement in this decision and that they could drop the drama and get back to being their normal selves for the sake of the council and the students.

Kol is a relaxed man. He tends to overthink things at times, but he always looks as if he was too lazy to do something. Kol keeps a blank expression on his face as if he had no emotion, though when getting to know him, the expression seemingly disappears and his personality around you changes for the better.
Kol is one of the oldest children of the Seukishima household and because of that, he is very overprotective of his siblings, whether It’s an emotional feat or physical, he’s always there for them even when times are tough. Kol looks to be a “scary” man, but actually is a softy and doesn’t like drama or any sort of tension.

Kol has light blue eyes and his hair is a split of blonde and black. He’d always be seen wearing black ripped jeans. He'd have a small rose tattoo on his arm and he'd carry a blank expression on his face.
What separates you from other applicants seeking your position?:
I believe what separates me from the other applicants is my dedication and work ethic to the job as I’ve thought about this job for a while and the responsibility that comes with being a part of the council. I believe this position would help me gain a sense of leadership in the school and help me mature myself as a person as I’ve always believed that if I can come up with something that can help my fellow students, why not try it out.
