Yes I do agree that the Caretakers are rather inactive for most of the player base when the server is most active. But there’s three factors of why I also disagree for adding more slots.
First- What Panda said, faction leads have limited amount of spots they can have so they have to decide where those slots are used. I’m guessing if sun was to add more caretaker spots, spots from other roles would be removed.
Second- As I said before, they are inactive to most of the player base. I say this as those who are active (enough to get said quota) are not on durning when the server is the busiest. Or they are simply inactive. This cannot be exactly fully controlled, as it’s up to the player themselves how often they play. There is also life outside of games.
Third- Caretakers really have no active use. They are simply just there left to deal with misbehaving children if they do wish and rp out random things to do on the job such as cleaning the cafeteria floors after breakfast or lunch. And this gets rather boring for most players, which results in inactive players within that role.
