On my main, I have been banned for major OOC toxicity, which I have reflected on ever since it happened.
However, for my second and my third I’ve never been banned or given a warning, hoping to keep it that way.
Describe your activity on the server:
I would say I’m relatively active on the server, It just really depends whether my schedule is packed and if my wifi isn’t as bad as usual. But, once I’m able to get on I play for around 5-10 hours most. I get off early if I have school the next day.

Of course.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
Well, if applied onto SRP usually you would see one to three at the front desk.
They would usually answer and help students who have problems or questions regarding the perimeter inside the School. They are also known to remind the students who loiter around the halls to behave well since most students have classes and prefer for the halls to be silent.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I would say I’m a bit above average roleplaying, I have recently improved my DetailRPing, my RomanceRPing, and my SeriousRPing, as I do want my reputation to stay the same as it’s always been. I usually enjoy expressing myself when it comes to roleplaying as I have an actor side per se in me, and I dislike some people who don't like SeriousRP sometimes.

Situations

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
I would calmly ask the student why he would be saying such vulgar words, I then address/remind him that there are other students who can hear him. Further asking the Student to calm down and politely ask him again to refrain from saying words to myself and to others. But if he refuses to comply he would calmly ask for another School Staff to call the School’s principal, just to report there is a student here who is being quite disrespectful and escort him to the Principal’s office.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
If there is a crowd surrounding the two individuals, I would ask them to step away from the students, I then attempt to stop the fight whilst having another School Staff with me, we both escort both students to the Vice Principal and ask them questions on why it started and what was the outcome of having a quarrel.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
I would courageously ask the staff what they’re doing and why they’re doing it, I then remind them that this is very dangerous and that you are bound to get fired, if they realize what they’ve done I shall escort them to the Staffroom and call for our boss, for both to have a talk with each other in regards they would be fired or not, it sometimes depends on the situation and why they’re doing it.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?:
Mycroft would be his calm, collected self, he would use his free time to catch up with his son, Kaiser. He would call him on his free periods, but if he’s busy with being a jock he would just have a short 5-minute break and go back to the front and read a novel while waiting for his break to be over.

/me would slide the chair out as he sat comfortably on it, scooting further in slightly. He then looks under his current desk as he scoots back out, rearranging the books that are under his desk. Making sure they are well arranged and are in order. He then straightens up as he crisscrosses his legs under the desk and folded his hands in place.
(A student passing by.)
/me He then gave a smile and a slight wave to the student’s who greeted him at the front, averting his gaze back onto the doors as he patiently waited for a student to approach him.
(A group of teenagers causing a ruckus.)
/me He would slightly raise his voice in order to catch the crowd’s attention, letting them know to not be too loud and run along somewhere else than the hallways, he then gives them a polite farewell as he sat back down, re-crossing his legs as he paid attention to his watch as the time ticks.

Backstory
Mycroft Beckermann II was born on December 24th, 1955. He is divorced and currently taking care of his children.

When Mycroft was in Karlsruhe, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, with his other children, he would be looking for part-time jobs that he could do overtime as well as still being there to financially support his kids.
Once Mycroft was able to settle in a job at a classic restaurant, he would work the morning shifts and night shifts, by the time flew by he was already reaching his elderly midpoint. But despite this, he continued to work, making him one of the staff that worked hard, everyone loved him at that Restaurant.
But the time had come too quickly, his time was up, it was time to move countries. Kaiser had wanted to enroll at a Foreign school, somewhere in Asia. Mycroft agreed and had booked plane tickets for all of them to go there.

Mycroft said his farewells to his children as they finally settled in Karakura, Japan. Mycroft in advance enrolled them already in one of the schools there, he heard it had a good reputation and was affordable. Now, it was time for him to find a job. He had roamed around Karakura while his children were at school, he found flyers for restaurants, government applications, and school employees.
Instead of going for the same job, he wanted to try a different job, so he went back to the school that his children were in, and had asked for an application form.
He then filled it out and waited several weeks before getting a call. He got in. He was overjoyed, he then started preparing and of course, told his kids that he will be working in the school. He told them to behave more as he was going to see them more often.
This leads to where he is now, currently at the front desk, working as an Office-Secretary.

The motivation for Joining KHS:
I personally think that my motivation for joining the school’s staff department is because I want to support both my kids and the school itself. I don’t know a whole lot about Japan, but I would gladly love to know every part of it. Kaiser and my other kids seem to be enjoying himself here, so I would like to support him. While of course, supporting myself.
If anything, I would like to contribute my dedication and my hard work to the school as well, if anything were to happen to the school I shall try my very best to fix it and solve it for everyone else in order for them to be unharmed.

Yes.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
Because I believe I have what it takes to prove I have the potential for this chosen job of mine. I am quite a hard-worker when it comes to my job, to financially and sufficiently support my children.
