Describe your activity on the server: I'm on a regular day for about 10~14 hours everyday in the server, Because of the corona time I had more free time and it made me be more active because I have only online school. In the forums I'm looking everyday too and attempting to be active there.
Do you have any previous bans?: Yes I do, I got banned in November for player disrespect, I believe that I already learned my lesson and I said sorry for the player I was toxic toward. This mistake won't happen again.

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: I have a few reasons for applying again for becoming a teacher, But my main reason is that I already have been a teacher for around 5 months and with the time who passed I started to miss that, with the teacher position I can help a lot of players and particularly new players. I believe that the teacher is the most important thing in SRP and because of that, I want to back to teaching. My second reason is with my help, I’ll have the option to guide new players and with that to make a wonderful community. Also, in the IC part, it will fit my character as Maya dreamed to be a teacher for a while as she was a basketball player and learned to be a teacher and be with students. Although I’m still in the school faculty the teacher position will help me to improve my roleplay and meet new teachers that I didn’t meet or speak with them.
What are the teacher class logs and why are they important?: The teacher class logs are a channel in the discord that there you will need to take screenshots of every time you host a class, it’s important because without that the SLT can’t know if you hosted class or not. Also, without that, the teachers will not be able to get their money. In the teacher class logs, you will find the IGN of the teacher, the subject of the teaching, and the date.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: If I will want to start a school field trip, first I’ll plan it and check what I want to teach. After that, I will go to my Head of Department and make sure the subject and the place will be fine. After I will get his/her agreement I’ll go to one of the SLT and ask for their agreement. If they will give me to host the school field trip I’ll first go to the place of the field trip and see where the students will be able to sit in comforatable and work or do the task that given to them. For the field trip, I'll ask for help from some tutor who will be able to help me.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
-No phones or music. If a student will be found with a phone or any electronic device(unless the teacher will say another something) it will take until the end of the lesson
-No screaming or talking, if you want to talk you need to raise your hand
-Do not get up during class.
-Do not disturb, if something is disturbing you tell the teacher.
-Be respectful to everyone, a student who will not do it will be kicked from the class.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: As I said before that, I already have experience as a teacher but I left before a few months. The teaching was the first important thing I applied in SRP and it directed me to be the roleplayer I’m today. While I was a teacher I met a lot of players and improved my roleplay. I have also experience because I’m in the basketball team and I was in the college basketball team(and left in November) and a bit from the swim team. I’m more than in 1 year in SRP and I had a lot of roleplay as I believe it’s a part of my experience too. Currently, I’m also a school nurse that there I need more detailRP and it improved my roleplay too.

↳ Description: This is the badge of professionalism for teachers. This badge you get after you finish the NQT. which is different from NQT, they have more hours from NQT and they can intervene in discipline cases. They also can teach the subjects that NQT teachers cant to teach. They have the abilities because they passed the training.

↳ Description: is a teacher who only got the QTS (Qualified Teacher Status), First of all, the NQT takes 1 full academic year to move to be QT. Although, The NQT has another schedule to give them time to have other induction activities. With that, QT can’t ask NQT teachers to have non-teaching responsibilities(For example, music) unless some QT or teacher with them.

The purpose do teachers serve is in general teaching, but it’s not only this. Teachers are supposed to educate children, teach them what is good and what is not good. The teachers are with students most of the days and the students see how the teachers acting, and learn from them. Teachers are supposed to teach because without that the students won’t have a future and will cant to have a college or whatever. When I’m saying teaching I’m not talking about Math, English, or any subject. The teachers need to show their students how to act in the real life, not in school or whatever. For example, they supposed to show the students about tolerance, equality, and more. In-game, teachers earn a total of 450,000 yen for completing 15 classes, after that, if they will have more 10 extra and get a bonus of 50,000 yen. The salary the teachers get in real life depends on their rank: The NQT gets 22,237£~32,515£, The QT gets 49,065£~ 70,540£ and the HD get 54,223£~ 121,749£ (All of the things writing about UK.)
When teachers are not in school, they acting like normal people. If it’s eating, buying things or whatever. although Teachers are acting like normal people, All the teachers know that they are supposed to have things that they not doing, for example, violence. I believe that the teachers when they not in school they want to be with their family and rest so I don’t see something special that they doing. they spend their time reading, enriching and deepening their understanding of the world and their knowledge base. They would also be working hard to keep their physical and mental well-being as its extremely crucial for teachers to be healthy no matter mentally or physically, They could spend time on working out, going on a run and having a chat with mates which is a really good way to relax from their intense mental pressure on a daily basis. As I said before that, the teachers first need to teach the subject they learned as in my character case is physical education. teachers need to make sure everyone understands what he/she teaching and make sure they also alright outside of the class. Teachers are one of the people that students need to trust because without that, the teachers and the students won’t have a connection and it will be hard for both of them. I believe that the teachers need to move between the friendly line and the stay professional line, which means they need to make their students to trust them and make sure the students are feeling comfortable with them while they make sure they’re their teachers and not friends.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: In general, teachers are obviously an important factor of SchoolRP for without them, it would not be a complete “School Role-Play”. The teachers have the most important job to sustain the server with entertainment by making classes and staying on school grounds to keep an eye out for students. I see the teachers are the most important thing because the teacher is the first thing new players see and with the teachers, they will learn how to roleplay. The teachers keep the activity inside the school and with them, a lot of people can to roleplay.

Maya would stand on 5’5 with eyes of empty shades of grey and dyed black hair. Maya would look a little too skinny and she’d have scars on her hands. Also, Maya would have makeup on her eyes and when you look at her, you see something sticking on her hand. it will be a little tattoo of a little star shape. When Maya would have freckles on her cheeks and when she’s smiling, would be dimples too. Maya would look a bit flying while you talking with her and sometimes would be bags under her eyes. The thing that makes Maya unique and different is the fact that she has ADHD and even when sometimes it’s bothering her she succeeded and became a teacher. Maya believes that everyone deserves the same opportunity even with some disorders. Maya prefers to put people before her, she will help them before she will help to her self and this is the most thing that makes her unique. Maya wants to show to everyone, how from a girl with depression she moved to be a teacher and to give inspiration to the all students she teaching.
Although Maya was on the basketball team when she was in high school, she will act to all students in the same way, if they are young or not, in a team or whatever it doesn’t matter for her and she will try her maximum to educate and make all its students succeed even if a little difficult for them, as a teacher Maya will look at the students that P.E is a little hard for them and help them to succeed in their way, she knows that success it’s something that changes and even with that, she will make all her students get as good as they can. She will not judge her students and make them feel comfortable with her. Even with that, Maya will stay professional as she can. With the teachers, she will act a bit differently. Maya will try to stay very professional with them, They going to be the people who are going to work with her everyday and she thinks that if she will try to be close to one of them, it will hurt her. Maya will respect everyone in the school faculty and try to make sure everyone are will be in a good relationship with her.
Maya is an introverted person, her happiness derives from being slightly distanced from the world around her. she likes to feel detached from her immediate surrounding, although she's not indifferent to them. Maya loves to observe the world around her without feeling totally immersed in it, but sometimes she turning into a passive and attempt to stay away from her life. In the future Maya wants to make a family, She wants to get marry and of course, have children. Although, Maya thinks that right now it will be bad to marry because it’s can to hurt her career. Maya thinks that if she won’t get marry she anyway will adopt a child because it’s important to her to everyone to have a family. Even with that, Maya prefers to not think about her future because she knows that it will be changed a lot of times. Before Maya will try to get marry or having children she want to make sure that she will have enough money for her future children.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: Firstly, I will politely ask them to stop cursing and swearing, I believe that people deserve to be spoken at ‘their height’. that means I will talk with them in a way that not like a teacher and students, as humans. If they won’t listen to start to do it again, I will change my tone and tell them to stop in a harsh manner. If they will continue with the foolish act after I told them to stop, I will send them to detention. if it won’t help I will irredeemably send them to the VP or the Principal, depending on the availability.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: To make sure they will listen to what I’m saying, I will higher up my voice and tell the class to start listening and stay silent. If that doesn’t seem to be effective, I will intimidate them by clapping my hands together or knock them on the board. To make sure these acts will not happen again, I will ask different questions regarding the topic that I’ll teach in the specific class by calling their names out randomly. If it will be necessary I will need to kick one of the students who the focus for the talking.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: When my character will be in the teacher’s lounge, she will stay quiet and continue to do what she doing, if it’s to check students’ work or whatever. Although this, she will stay nice to the teachers inside and talk with them if she will be needed. Maya prefers to stay silent because she loses her concentration fast. I believe that the teachers’ lounge is an important place for her and this where she can to not be aware of everything that’s going around her, it’s important for the whole teachers to take a little break.

Backstory
Maya Fridman grew up with 3 of her siblings, she was the oldest sister. They were born in Israel and a city with the name Tel Aviv. She started to learn them in school and spoke Hebrew with her family. Because their family was Japanese she and her brothers, Liron and Isaiah moved to Japan when they were 16 years old and Maya was 25 years old. When Maya was young, she was in depression and couldn’t do so much. Because of that , When she was in Israel she stopped going to school when she was 16 years old. it was hard for her but when she was 18 years old she came out and started to learn again, it took time but like everyone, she started to learn in a normal college when she was 19 years old. Maya saw her depression as a thing she wanted to learn from that and decided to be a teacher. When Maya started to learn, her grades were bad but she didnt give up. When Maya was 23 years old she finished her B. A and started to learn for a master’s degree. When Maya was 27 years old she finished that too and her family was proud. She waited for that all her life and proved to everyone that if she wants something, she will get this. Her master’s degree she already did in Tokyo when her family moved there. While she and her brothers were in Tokyo, they were living with her grandpa but a tragedy happened and he died. Because of that, they moved to Karakura and her little brothers started to learn inside the school there. When they moved, Maya already was 28 years old and wanted to be a teacher in Karakura too. Maya decided to make an application to be a teacher in Karakura.

I believe that the teachers’ lounge is an important place for her and this where she can to not be aware of everything that’s going around her, it’s important for the whole teachers to take a little break.

Backstory
Maya Fridman grew up with 3 of her siblings, she was the oldest sister. They were born in Israel and a city with the name Tel Aviv. She started to learn them in school and spoke Hebrew with her family. Because their family was Japanese she and her brothers, Liron and Isaiah moved to Japan when they were 16 years old and Maya was 25 years old. When Maya was young, she was in depression and couldn’t do so much. Because of that , When she was in Israel she stopped going to school when she was 16 years old. it was hard for her but when she was 18 years old she came out and started to learn again, it took time but like everyone, she started to learn in a normal college when she was 19 years old. Maya saw her depression as a thing she wanted to learn from that and decided to be a teacher. When Maya started to learn, her grades were bad but she didnt give up. When Maya was 23 years old she finished her B. A and started to learn for a master’s degree. When Maya was 27 years old she finished that too and her family was proud. She waited for that all her life and proved to everyone that if she wants something, she will get this. Her master’s degree she already did in Tokyo when her family moved there. While she and her brothers were in Tokyo, they were living with her grandpa but a tragedy happened and he died. Because of that, they moved to Karakura and her little brothers started to learn inside the school there. When they moved, Maya already was 28 years old and wanted to be a teacher in Karakura too. Maya decided to make an application to be a teacher in Karakura.
