What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: My motivation for being a teacher on school role-play is because I would love to see and watch students grow to become the best versions of themselves they could be. My goal is to one day see those students become adults that do well in the day to day life.
I also believe school shouldn't be based off grades and be more focused on who they are as a person, since not everyone is the same and have different strengths and weaknesses. I would like to help encourage students to do the right thing when put into any situation. Another thing I would like to do is give students more time to think about answers for questions that may be asked in class.
As a Teacher it is your responsibility to make sure every student you come across to grow and be successful in life, it could mean for a future job. Being a Teacher means being the best role model you could be for the students around you that you see day to day.
I would also like to say, I feel like it would be a great thing for me to try out and add this to my role-play experience. I enjoy learning new ways to role-play and how to handle a situation I haven't faced yet.
The teacher role I would like to apply for is being a History Teacher. I feel like this would be a great opportunity for me as I have always found history interesting.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: I have a decent amount of experience in role-playing. I have gotten online when I had spare time / free time. I have role-played in a couple of different types of role-plays. I do prefer as close to "normal" and "realistic" type of role-plays though.
Have you read the Faculty Handbook?: Yes, I have read through the Faulty Handbook and made sure I understood it to my best ability, however I will be making sure to have it saved to go through it at any moment in time just in case it is needed. Just to make sure I am doing what is allowed before it is done.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: The Classroom logs are important because it keeps track of each and every class you teach during that month. It is to make sure you are paid the right amount of money from that month, along with any other teacher that puts logs in. The classroom logs is a place for teachers to write down and log what classes they have held throughout that day. They also help make sure you do not teach the exact same or similar class as someone else.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: First I would plan ahead of time, about a week or so, maybe two weeks. If I were to plan a field trip I would make sure to be fully if not more prepared to handle whatever situations that may occur when not on school grounds.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. The use of phones are prohibited during class time, you may only use outside of class.
If a student uses a phone during class you should give them around 3 warnings before taking the phone away. If a student gets over two verbal warnings they should be reported to the Vice Principal or Principal.
2. You should always be respectful of anyone within the walls of the classroom, this does not just mean Teacher or Teaching Assistant. Showing respect to adults within the school shows you are mature and they will respect you back.
3. You should not eat or drink anything during a class as it can be distracting to other students within the class.
4. Profanity of any type is strictly prohibited during a class and just on school grounds. This goes for any type of violence or bullying.
5. Try to keep to yourself if it is not your turn to talk, always remember to put your hand up before speaking as it is not fair to another student if you just shout it out.
6. If you need to use the restroom please make sure to raise your hand and wait patiently to be called on, if the teacher allows you to go please try to be quick to the restroom and back.
7. Always remember to come to class prepared as you never know what is going to happen during that class, you may not always need a pencil or notebook but it is always best to come ready for any activity that may happen.
8. Remember to do the best you can and if you are having a hard time keeping up or not understanding to raise your hand. You will get help as soon as possible.
9. Before leaving when class has ended make sure you clean up your work area if it is dirty.

My experience with role-playing has been good for the most part. I have always had fun when role-playing and made tons of friends as well as learning new ways to make it thrilling and fun. With the bad experiences I believe are good to have as it teaches you how to move past something you may not like. My overall experience on SchoolRP has been great, barely ever any bad experiences as I do not count someone else's behavior as a bad experience.

- HD: This stands for 'Head of Department'. As the head you are considered highly skilled with teaching. They also oversee the lower ranks of teachers to make sure they are doing their job correctly.
- QTLS: This stands for 'Qualified Teacher of Learning Skills'. These are certified skillful teachers of the subject they teach. They are able to teach a full class with little as no help at all.
- NQT: This stands for 'Newly Qualified Teacher'. These people are new teachers, and are new to teaching. They may seek advice from time to time from HD ( Head of Department ) as they will be watched closely by them to make sure they are doing their job correctly.

Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general: Teachers out-of-game and in-game are very similar but not completely the same. They both plan lessons ahead of time, prepare for the class they have that day or throughout the week. They both wait for students to walk in and be seated before they start a lesson. When Teachers are on break they tend to go over and mark work they might have been given after a class by students. Teachers in-game and out-of-game like to make sure everyone is on the same page and understand what is happening in class. Both in-game and out-of-game Teachers teach the following: English, Math, Science, History, Art, Technology, and Drama. In-game teachers get paid depending on how many classes they host during the month, they normally make 300k for every 15 classes with an add on of 50k for any extra classes they teach after the first 15.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: Teachers are very important to SchoolRP as it is a school, teachers are needed to make a school system work. Without teachers we wouldn't be much of a School role-play server. Teachers are also a great for role models for the students, keep them going and maybe give them the idea to become a teacher one day.

Adrian Finn Ernst would be a German male that stood at the height of Six foot three inches. He spoke with a strong German accent. His hair would be a dark wavy brown colour that made his eyes stand out more. Adrian is a caring and kind individual as he respects everyone he meets. He will stand up for those in need and make sure everyone is being treated as fair as possible. Adrian believes respect goes both ways but will show someone respect first. He would and never will judge anyone for what they have or are going through in life. Adrian believes students should be given the best shot they can get at becoming the best adult version of themselves and will do anything to make sure that happens. He treats other teachers with as much respect as he shows to anyone else be crosses paths with, he knows and thinks they are a big part in shaping the kids of the future and deserve as much respect as possible. He does not have a full plan set in stone just yet as he is only 32 year old, he does wish to keep helping students grow throughout the years.
Scenarios
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: If I saw a group of kids misbehaving the first thing I would do is get a full story on what was happening and what was going on, after that I would run through how to handle the situation in my head before taking action. By thinking of ways to calm the situation down it helps with out comes and the best possible way to stop it. Next I would make sure they weren't harming any other students before I would take action on the swearing and foul language, I would remind them that they are not to swear or use any type of profanity when on the school grounds. As for that it would be their first verbal warning, I would remain calm as it might help the students calm down. My next move would be to take note of everything said during the situation and make a report for the Vice Principle or Principle if the behavior does not stop.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I would calmly ask for everyone to stay seated and to quiet down and be ready for class to continue, if this does not happen I would give them a verbal warning that if they do not stop they would receive detention after class or after school depending on what period I was teaching.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: Within the teacher's lounge Adrian would be quiet and respectful of any other possible teachers that may be in the room. He would keep to himself unless someone were to start a converation, even so he would ask to speak away from who ever is in the room as well to make sure he does not disrupt them. If he were in there alone he would get his paper work out to grade students work or plan for his next class he will have.

/me would stand at the doorway, placing his hand on his hips before placing them back down by his sides as he walked forward towards his desk.
/me would turn around, picking up a stack of papers that were behind him. He held them in one arm and handed them out one by one with the other hand.
/me would quietly walk up and down between the desks making sure the students were doing their work as well as checking if anyone needed help.
/me would walk around the classroom, desk by desk collecting papers from the students as they were finished.
/me would pace back and forth in front of his desk as he spoke to the classroom full of students.
Backstory
Adrian Finn Ernst was born on December 8, 1988
Adrian Ernst was born in Germany, to be more specific he was born in Berlin. Adrian has one older brother who had past away by the age of 8 years old.
Adrian grew up in a house with a single father, when his brother past it was very hard on the family as it was a huge loss. Adrian was only 3 years old when it happened so he didn't fully understand what it meant when his father said his brother won't be coming back home.
By the time Adrian was 10 years old he was already ahead of everyone else in school, because of this he always came home with extra work to do and with the highest grades in his class. Adrian's father had lots of respect for him as he believed he would become something amazing one day.
As Adrian got older and moved on into middle and high school, he started taking more interest in the History of not only Germany but everywhere else within the world. He ended up taking it up as his own little hobby when he finished his homework or had free time. He soon began to realize how much he loved History, he started planning to go to University to become a High school History teacher. Once Adrian graduated he decided he would travel for half a year, this was how he ended up in Karakura, Japan. Once he got there he figured it was time to get a job, not just a job his dream job.
