Teaching assistant
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
A teaching assistant's role is to ensure that all classes are being smoothly run by the teacher. As it recalls in the name, they assist the teachers in hosting classes. In high school, the classes can be quite chaotic at times especially since it mostly concludes with newer players exploring how to play the server. I know this because I have been a teacher in the past as well as a professor. Teaching assistants can be very helpful when it comes to keeping the class in an orderly fashion, which also means they have a big role to play. Not only do they ease the teachers, but they keep the school functioning.
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?:
Yes I understand I can be fired Icly for not following my set rules to this job.
Do you understand how to seriously roleplay?:
Yes I do know how to seriously roleplay
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have a significant amount of experience in roleplay ranging from GangRP, CookingRP (When the Sous Chef role was still prominent). Experience in school nursing, and general MedicalRP. I even roleplayed as a house maid! In general I have basic overall knowledge of roleplay terminology, and proper behaviour when Roleplaying a job.

I also was a assistant nurse but due to the fact that the sous chef role was replaced it was just given to me by staff I did not apply

- Situations -
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
I would politely ask him to stop and try to get him to calm down, if he doesn't stop, I would tell him that it is not okay to act like this, especially on school grounds. If he doesn't stop, I would escort him to a Vice Principal
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
I would do my best to complete my job to the best of my abilities as well as making sure everyone around me is safe. I would attempt to offer different solutions to the issue in case there was a way to avoid the dangerous task. If there was not, I would make sure anyone else involved knew the risks and what to do if things went wrong. While I will always do what I am asked of it's important to make sure no one would get hurt if it could be avoided.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
I would politely ask them to stop what they are doing, and would try to talk them out of it, reminding them that we are in our work area and that it is very dangerous and inappropriate. If my employee doesn't stop, I will then tell them that they aren't being a good role model and would report their misbehavior to the principal, vice principal, or to anyone that I would think would take care of the situation. If I find an employee that is acting out of order, I would step them aside and remind them that it isn't appropriate for them to be acting that way, because it'll encourage some students to act out as well. If their behavior doesn't stop I would have to report their misbehavior to the principal or vice, and if I couldn't get to them at the moment, I'll be sure to take note of it, to tell them later on.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
/me. She’d carefully take the papers from (teachers name) and would begin placing them on the students desks
/me She’d watch the students come in with a smile on her face.
/me She’d carefully escort the student out of the room for misbehaving

Backstory
Shimizu was born in Barcelona, Spain in 1994. Her family wasn’t the richest but they had enough money to stay stable. At the age of 14 her parents pressured her into studying so she could join the field of medicine. They wanted her to follow in their footsteps. She didn’t want to follow in their footsteps though, she wanted something else but she didn’t know what yet. So over the next 4 years she was still practicing on how to become a doctor but then, one day she thought about many other jobs that she could do like working as a police officer, but she didn’t really think it was fit for her. So for the next week she was thinking about the possible jobs that she could have. After a week of thinking she finally had thought of it, she wanted to become a teaching assistant, as she had always loved watching teaching shows, and loved that she could help someone. Once, she had made up her mind she had told her parents.They still wanted her to become a doctor and said that as long as she is under their roof she would have to do as they said, so she decided to move out of Spain to escape her parents control. She then moved on to Karakura, Japan to become a Teaching assistant.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
I want to be a role model to the students attending KHS, as well as provide them with anything they need, such as: food, utensils, advice, or assistance. I want the students attending KHS to become successful young adults, and adults further on in life. By doing my job successfully and efficiently, I will be able to achieve such things, as well as increase my skills as a role model, and teaching assistant.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I should be accepted as a teaching assistant so that I can fulfill my duty as a role model to the young students attending KHS. I am a dedicated, determined worker. I want to successfully do my duties as a provider for students, as well as efficiently. During the job, I will be staying on task, as it has my full attention. I also want to keep the students' needs in mind, as they should be given equal opportunity to do well in school. Many students at home do not have an adult to help them with school work or just advice in general and I want to be able to be that person for them. I also want the future generations of Karakura to become successful, healthy, and intelligent. I will be doing my part, as to helping them get help that they need to be successful in college and a job of their own. Once more, I will be staying on task, as I am not distracted easily and I am determined to do my job.
