Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?:
Yes, I have been banned previously a few months ago. My first ban was for RDM which was a misunderstanding. The situation was explained and sorted out in my ban appeal which will be listed. I understand my mistakes and I haven’t involved myself in such since then.
My second ban was also a few months ago, as I was being stupid and glitched into the hospital. I stole items from the storage and I understand my mistakes. I was completely in the wrong and what I did was terrible. I’ve apologized since then and I’m sorry to all the EMS I caused trouble during those times. Since then, I have not involved myself in any situations like that since.

Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?:
When I am on the forums, I am usually applying for something that will help with character development. If I am not on the forums looking to apply for anything, I'd usually just look around to see if anything new had popped up. At times I am on the forums more often, looking at ways to entertain the people who are looking at the forums or make something on the forums so people can get to know my character more in depth.
Most of the time though, I am usually creating a thread such as an age request or a biography for the designated character it is based on.
Most of the time, I am dealing with In Character situations that usually lead to something much bigger. Though, It’s not automatic as one situation leads to another which takes time. On the server, I am an adult and currently lost all my alts so I am usually just doing things an adult can do without having to wait for someone or something school related.
I have been occupying myself with any situation I believe to be interesting so I can interact with more people instead of just sitting there. Most of the time, I try my best to stay out of situations that may get toxic or result in staff needing to resolve the situation due to toxicity. I try my best to stay as mature as possible in each situation due to the fact that toxicity is not what I hope for.
School Employee Role you are Applying For:
I am applying for the Assistant Nurse role.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
The Assistant Nurse’s job is to aid the children / students of Karakura Highschool in any health defects or injuries they have gained. A nurse’s job is to care for the students to the best of their abilities. This means that the job comes with a huge responsibility and knowledge of medical situations. Depending on the situation / injury, the nurse can deal with the problem in many different ways, although this does not mean just to give them an ice pack or something. They are expected to use their knowledge to quickly and precisely help the student heal from their sickness or wound.
Do you recognize that you can be ICly fired?:
I understand that I may be fired based on my actions or my lack of effort at my Job. Although, I believe that if I am given the opportunity, I can help the KHS Nurse team. I’d like to be given the chance to showcase my character’s medical skill. I understand that this job is just as important as any other, and I believe that I can take up that responsibility.
Do you understand how to seriously roleplay?:
I do understand how to seriously roleplay, and I do understand that with this job, serious roleplay is needed. As stated and previously seen, an Assistant Nurse really needs to understand how their job works and when to be serious in the field. I believe that I am capable of serious roleplay that is fitted for this job / role.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
In general, I’ve been roleplaying for a while now. I joined the SchoolRP server around 2015, and that’s when I first started to get interested in roleplay. Over the years, I’ve played different role-playing games and become more experienced with the concept. While I’ve played SRP, I’ve roleplayed as a student, a teacher, and a news reporter. I’ve found these experiences to create a fun time for me while I played on the server.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
If a student had begun to curse at me or became disrespectful towards me in any way, I’d directly confront them about it, with a serious tone so the student would understand that I was not playing around. I’d then explain to them how disrespectful they were acting towards me and the consequences he or she was going to face. Due to the students actions, I’d punish them depending on the situation.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
I’d respectfully nod, as I accepted the job. I understand that with my job, there are many roles I must fulfill. If the instructions for the job weren’t already explained to me, I’d ask for the instructions and the basic understanding of what I had to do. Once it was all explained to me, I’d get to working on the job as soon as possible. I’d gather all the necessary supplies for the job. When I was ready, I’d follow each procedure so I wouldn’t be hurt in the process.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
If I had seen another school employee acting out, or doing something extremely dangerous, I’d first confront the employee about what they were doing. I’d explain to them that their actions are very immature, and they are causing a scene in the school. Depending on the situation, I’d report this to a H.U of the school, and explain what had happened. After I’d reported the incident, I’d let the H.U handle it from there.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Akiyama would usually take a seat in the break room, relaxing himself after the work he had done. He’d grab a cup of coffee as he then grabbed a spoon and swirled it around in the cup of coffee. He wouldn’t drink the coffee though, he’d just begin thinking of random things, or stuff he had done in the past until he dozed off completely.
Provide us with at least 3 detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
/me He’d approach the individual as he examined their injuries. He’d make a motion, marking the area in which they were injured. As he did, he’d walk over to the storage area where the health items were held, as he took the designated items and walked back over to the patient. He’d then safely place the health items as they were supposed to be administered and carefully treated them.
/me He’d walk into the storage area as he began to take out the medicine bottles. He’d hold two in his hand as he used his other to carefully make a spread to which he could place the bottles. He’d slide the bottles in their designated section as he took category.
/me He’d stroll through the Nurse’s office as he looked around the room. As he did that, he’d take a seat, ready to begin working for the day. He’d grab the essentials for work as he set them to the side on the desk before scooting the seat up a bit more, and setting his arms on the desk.

Backstory
Yoshikazu Alstrom was raised in a secluded area in Japan. He was raised in a traditional Japanese house. Yoshikazu was born into a financially well family, but they did not enjoy living in big cities or around people. Yoshikazu’s father had always thought that the family should be able to fend for themselves. So, he had begun to teach Yoshikazu how to fight anytime he could. Yoshikazu hated the defense and offensive training, but he was forced to endure them either way. Yoshikazu exercised and physically readied his body for the training and such.
He attended school in Tokyo, Japan and that’s where he spent most of his time when not home. As Yoshikazu grew, he became more distant and his attitude became serious and slightly angry. This attitude would continue as he grew older and into middle school. He rarely spoke to people, and focused more of his time on schoolwork and his grades. He never seemed to have time for anything other than work. At a young age, his parents had decided he would become a doctor / nurse. He didn’t object, cause he didn’t think much of it and ever since he’s been working on his medical studies.
As Yoshikazu enrolled in High School, his family moved to Karakura, Japan. He studied medical care for a while, and usually stressed himself out with all of the work. As he was in High School, he didn't really do extracurricular activities. Once he enrolled in college, he majored in nursing where he continued his medical career from there on, and had been working on his medical skills and knowledge since he had enrolled. He worked hard all throughout college, and once he had graduated, he took some time off to take care of his children. After that, Yoshikazu had decided he was going to put his knowledge to use, and applied for a job as a nurse in KHS.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
I’d like to join KHS so I could further my career. In my life I’ve done many things, but I believe that joining KHS would be a huge step in my life. I’ve never done anything like this, so this would be my first time. Though, if I were given the chance I’d like to showcase my medical skills by helping the students of KHS.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I believe I should be accepted over the other applicants, due to my medical skills and my medical knowledge. I’ve been studying in the medical field since I had enrolled in college. I understand the other applicants have much knowledge of the medical field, but I believe that if I were given the chance, I could be much more helpful than the rest of the applicants.
