I'm on every day for several hours a day always in an RP scenario. I have just started to as well OOCLY but still make several hours to play when I come home, especially during the school day and being a high-school basketball player. To put a rating on it I'd say a 9 - 10 on a good day. I usually play with some family over some time and like to show them as well as tell them about the server and what I do and how I play. I show them how I make money, and who my friends are, as well as showing them how to roleplay, what I get at is even with my family over I still play and still RP heavily as well as going into deep detail.
Have you ever been banned (If yes, when and why?):
I've been banned several times one being ERP from when I just started the sever as a green tag doing a stupid joke as well as a Perma ban for breaching health and safety guidelines and two avoidrp from kicking a cord out of my wall and family. After my Perma ban, I would refuse to apply simply because I wanted a break even if I could've, I took a 6-month break to where I finally applied and was accepted and came back. I hope to look past these as they were all dating to 2021 and this is a new year and I'm hoping to make some new friends and meet my old ones.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A Nurse is a school faculty job for the Karakura school. They have the major responsibility of monitoring the health and safety of students during the day. They deal with students that have gotten into fights or other mishaps that may need minor medical care. A school Nurse should know how to deal with illnesses and injuries because that is mostly what they are going to deal with on a day to day. A Nurse may find her or himself dealing with a student that had just got hit in the face and received a major bruise, what the Nurse should do is give the individual an ice pack and allow them to rest for a bit before sending them off back to class as well as making sure they're okay and asking some questions to get the individual that hit them to give them detention. Nurses do health screenings as well as report infections.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I've had years of roleplay experience, not only from SRP but also from other servers as well as fivem. In other roleplay servers, I've been an EMT/Paramedic responding to on-site calls to administer minors' medical aid before picking up my patient and running them to the hospital where they receive real treatment. I also use to gangrp a lot and did minor medical on my friends where I would help with nose bleeds, slight bruising, and sometimes makeshift splints where they would be steady enough to make it to the hospital for a real sort of medical aid. Fivem RP is not exactly detailed roleplay and instead uses a microphone but when speaking you do go over the things that you are doing, say that my patient has suffered several bullet wounds, an IV drip would be administered and I would proceed to give pain medication before my operations. If my person is bleeding a tourniquet would be applied to stop that. Besides Fivem and gangrp I joined the basketball team close to 2 months ago where I have become an active player of jockrp. I know how to p2l fight from gangrp which I would not use on a child as a nurse but instead I would use my medical knowledge to help them

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Okawa being the chill mellow man he is would say how that is not mature for their age and that they should stop. If he did not stop all Okawa would do is simply work throughout his day checking on his students and continuing to help and take care of them helping with their injuries. If he wanted to keep going after being ignored and told to stop which may be very unlikely Okawa would go over to his blinds closing them and would ask him or her to politely leave the area so he is able to check on his students and do his job properly instead of handing out any detentions or warnings. A good way to maybe take care of this situation without being hit or given detention would be to ask him to come in and talk to me privately, see why the student is lashing out and what Okawa may have done to have the student so mad at him. Okawa would listen to what the student would have to say and give them a stress ball to squeeze while doing so to avoid being hit and instead later on try to change his actions for the better of the students.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Okawa is a big guy and rather has a bodyguard look to him with wide shoulders and a very lean, mesomorph build. He would simply stand straight and tall and walk over telling them to immediately stop and would radio in for other people to where they would be able to hear. The reason for doing so is that it would seem as if he may not give them detention right away but others might which would spark their brain to hopefully stop. The detentions would not come from him and instead would try to separate the two by walking one of them away and standing tall in front of them blocking any eye contact with the other person and would get the reasoning for the situation and as well as would take the student that may be injured to the nurse's room to apply medical aid to their bruises or cuts. While doing so he would ask about their day, what had happened, and what lead to the fight. If all the info he was given was true and it was a simple attack from one of them the other would receive detention without the need for fearrp if it was both they would both receive a detention to help correct themselves and better their actions.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
If I was to see another school employee acting inappropriately on the job and being dangerous and putting others at risk I would not radio in as it would immediately tell them and instead I'd have a student or another employee to please head over and get an SLT to come down here and discuss this matter while I tried my best to distract the employee to make them stop while keeping my safety on the line. Once they were distracted or told to stop I would wait for the SLT to arrive and have them sit there for me as I discussed the situation with the SLT and had some eye witnesses with me to go over what I saw and would let the SLT then deal with the correct punishment the employee may receive.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Okawa in the break room would seem rather relaxed and mellow as he usually is. Maybe he would be drinking a warm cup of tea and eating his lunch for the day or resting his head back and doing a few stretches to help himself relax even more than he usually is to help get himself ready for when he has to leave the break room. If people were with Okawa in the break room he would spark up some conversation talking about the kids or what wild things have happened today as well as talking to the other faculty members and asking them what interesting things have gone on and how their day has been and what students are behaving that day. Maybe Okawa would be helping them or offering to stop by and get them something from the cafeteria for his last few minutes of break so they can spend the rest of the time with a snack or drink to help calm them down and get them ready for the end of the day just how he is.

/me Okawa would head over to the sink washing his hands before putting on some disposable gloves from his pockets in case of infection before he walked back over and returned to the student. "So what happened?" He asked as he pulled up a stool and took a seat looking at the student's injuries visually before getting his answer. He would fluff up the pillow on the cot as well as adjust the cot for the student to lay on better and more comfortably, he would pull out a small, soft, and bright plushie from his jacket and hand it to the student as he crossed his hands and laid his foot onto his knee and waited until his answer was finally received to continue.
/me Okawa would sit down with his leg on his knee and his hands cupped in a friendly manner as he made eye contact with the student. Before getting up he'd seat the chair back from where he had found it and would go over and get some ice placing it in a bag and wrapping it in a paper towel before placing it on the back of his hand to make sure it was good before helping lay the student back and moving their hair from their forehead to then lay the ice back down onto the bruise that they had received earlier on to help from making it any worse.
/me Okawa would rise from his seat walking over to his desk grabbing small first-aid kit before coming back and sitting. He would proceed to lay the first-aid kit on his lap and open it taking out bandages before speaking to the student "Please prop your arm here." He would say as he laid a pillow down onto his kneed close to the student. Once the student had done so he would take the bandages laying them down before grabbing a cotton ball and peroxide, he would place peroxide onto the cottonball cleaning the wound before wrapping the students cut up and placing a small piece of tape to keep it there before putting everything back and closing the first-aid kit once again.

Backstory
Early life.
Being born in Madrid Spain with his mother, his family seemed rather wealthy living in a nice area with very well-lit streets and little crime to be seen except on the few occasions where they go into the city. He took school at an early age having almost amazing grades and being one to impress many around him to where it became an original occurrence for his mother to get a call about his wonderful academic scores. His mother Sonoda was always so proud of him for his amazing scores quickly skipping grades but he always stayed humbled. Okawa was bullied at a young age for his abnormal height and was always towering over lots of other kids and always was stronger when playing games having to watch his strength. He took an elementary class with his mother scoring perfectly. Okawa stayed in Madrid Spain with his mother for the first 8 years of his life and yet his classes were easy most struggled and he was always put with a test because of his teaching mother, she expected the best and that's what he wanted to give her, he listened, behaved, and most importantly stayed kind making several friends a long the way.
Middle life.
His mother Sonoda would teach for the next few years helping Okawa grow in his studies before seeing his perfect learning abilities and looking at new places to go to help not only her find a wonderful new place and job, but also help her son reach his full potentials. Okawa disagreeing with the situation saying his studies were perfect and the place they were at was amazing and nothing could be better, let alone Okawa was scared, he had made a lot of friends but had a difficult time because of his height. Soon enough Sonoda moved him to Karakura Japan where he took a home school for 2 more years until he reached the age of 13, once Okawa had turned 13 he and his mother both got into Karakura High-school, she started working as a teacher where he would take her classes and make new friends. Okawa seemed to of overthink the situation he was getting himself into, he thought it would be terrible, a place where he'd be bullied but rather the fact he made several friends and his mother always pushed him for his best. Okawa was taking a CP (College Prep) Health class and a CP Physical Science where he was learning about the human body, how people react, and other types which inspired him. Several years had passed and Okawa was 15, he was loving the sight of nursing and understanding the human body to where he thought that it would be perfect for him to try it in college. He had told his mother and she was very supportive how she always was and pushed him to try his hardest even on his worse days. Soon enough Okawa was getting older and getting invitations to certain colleges as well as getting an offer to stay home with his mother and take college classes at Karakura High-School. He thought long and hard and thought about his mother deciding this was the right choice for him.
Late life.
Okawa started his first day of college where he'd check his schedule and saw all the classes he wanted, he saw Nursing and Science two of the main things he needed and wanted that he applied for. Okawa still started to live on his own during college, he made a salary by drawing and writing online as well as working at a local shop where he was able to afford his rent for his brand new apartment. He had a few cats and always loved the view of the soccer fields and beaches that were close by near him. He took his bag slightly running late on the first day and would go over to his first day of college, Okawa was excited about his classes and his mother was excited for him. He told her all about it, telling her he got the classes he wanted and finally made it in and got accepted everything pretty much paid off for him thanks to his mother and teaching him well. Okawa would have his troubles, taking off days led him to run behind on work that he stayed up all night completing. Okawa stopped hanging out with friends and instead put his nose to the grind with his studies, he lost a lot of friends, they all called him dumb yet he was soon enough going to be nursing their children he thought. After finishing college he sat down and took a break, only for a few months he stopped his break and instead started looking at different schools for his requirements and where he grew up and where his mother worked.. it was perfect for him, he got to see his supportive mother and the person that taught him everything. He decided to apply to be a nurse where he came in and gave the letter to his mother asking her to please turn it in to where it needed to go and he waited.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
My motivation for joining Karakura High-school is that I've had a lot of job experience, working for a small shop as well as loving science and health as well as taking nursing in college it just felt perfect for me. Throughout college I took mostly college prep classes of health and science where the job became perfect for me, as well as I loved to help take care of people and it just felt right for me. I took care of my siblings while my mother worked and also had cooked for a lot of people and the satisfaction of people being happy made my day. My mother works here and has always been there for me and I wouldn't want to move away from her especially because she was the lovely women that started this all and I'd love to as well see her day to day and grow my bond more with her, but as well as I've made several good friends with the faculty members and learning the environment and living here for so long, I feel it would be wrong to move after such time. I came here for high-school as well as I came here for college and graduated and now I feel after my break it was time for me to finally work a job I know I'll love and meet and help new kids.

Though never having any working experience during school I was a teachers aid for my mother helping her grade papers and as well as taking kids to the nurse's office after finishing my assignments and waiting for them to be done as I watched and studied what the nurse would do and how they moved and treated a student before they rested and I went back to my class. It inspired me a lot but I would always sit with my mother and help grade papers as well as I'd tutor kids on the side and help them with questions they would not know or understand as well as pronunciation.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I've grown up here for most of my life as well as I would hate to move because of this. But I took high-school here as well as I took college here and graduated all in Karakura. My mother works as a teacher and she's always inspired me so getting closer and bonding with her more day by day or getting to see her here and there instead of losing that bond would be a rather dream come true. I would also like to be finally put into a work experience, use the things I've studied for so long and finally use them in the real world to help people like I've always wanted to do. I\ve loved helping kids, yes I'm mellow but I have a large heart and soft spot for helping people and taking care of them just like I once did for my younger siblings.

Okawa seemed to of overthink the situation he was getting himself into, he thought it would be terrible, a place where he'd be bullied but rather the fact he made several friends and his mother always pushed him for his best. Okawa was taking a CP (College Prep) Health class and a CP Physical Science where he was learning about the human body, how people react, and other types which inspired him. Several years had passed and Okawa was 15, he was loving the sight of nursing and understanding the human body to where he thought that it would be perfect for him to try it in college. He had told his mother and she was very supportive how she always was and pushed him to try his hardest even on his worse days. Soon enough Okawa was getting older and getting invitations to certain colleges as well as getting an offer to stay home with his mother and take college classes at Karakura High-School. He thought long and hard and thought about his mother deciding this was the right choice for him.
Late life.
Okawa started his first day of college where he'd check his schedule and saw all the classes he wanted, he saw Nursing and Science two of the main things he needed and wanted that he applied for. Okawa still started to live on his own during college, he made a salary by drawing and writing online as well as working at a local shop where he was able to afford his rent for his brand new apartment. He had a few cats and always loved the view of the soccer fields and beaches that were close by near him. He took his bag slightly running late on the first day and would go over to his first day of college, Okawa was excited about his classes and his mother was excited for him. He told her all about it, telling her he got the classes he wanted and finally made it in and got accepted everything pretty much paid off for him thanks to his mother and teaching him well. Okawa would have his troubles, taking off days led him to run behind on work that he stayed up all night completing. Okawa stopped hanging out with friends and instead put his nose to the grind with his studies, he lost a lot of friends, they all called him dumb yet he was soon enough going to be nursing their children he thought. After finishing college he sat down and took a break, only for a few months he stopped his break and instead started looking at different schools for his requirements and where he grew up and where his mother worked.. it was perfect for him, he got to see his supportive mother and the person that taught him everything. He decided to apply to be a nurse where he came in and gave the letter to his mother asking her to please turn it in to where it needed to go and he waited.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
My motivation for joining Karakura High-school is that I've had a lot of job experience, working for a small shop as well as loving science and health as well as taking nursing in college it just felt perfect for me. Throughout college I took mostly college prep classes of health and science where the job became perfect for me, as well as I loved to help take care of people and it just felt right for me. I took care of my siblings while my mother worked and also had cooked for a lot of people and the satisfaction of people being happy made my day. My mother works here and has always been there for me and I wouldn't want to move away from her especially because she was the lovely women that started this all and I'd love to as well see her day to day and grow my bond more with her, but as well as I've made several good friends with the faculty members and learning the environment and living here for so long, I feel it would be wrong to move after such time. I came here for high-school as well as I came here for college and graduated and now I feel after my break it was time for me to finally work a job I know I'll love and meet and help new kids.

Though never having any working experience during school I was a teachers aid for my mother helping her grade papers and as well as taking kids to the nurse's office after finishing my assignments and waiting for them to be done as I watched and studied what the nurse would do and how they moved and treated a student before they rested and I went back to my class. It inspired me a lot but I would always sit with my mother and help grade papers as well as I'd tutor kids on the side and help them with questions they would not know or understand as well as pronunciation.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I've grown up here for most of my life as well as I would hate to move because of this. But I took high-school here as well as I took college here and graduated all in Karakura. My mother works as a teacher and she's always inspired me so getting closer and bonding with her more day by day or getting to see her here and there instead of losing that bond would be a rather dream come true. I would also like to be finally put into a work experience, use the things I've studied for so long and finally use them in the real world to help people like I've always wanted to do. I\ve loved helping kids, yes I'm mellow but I have a large heart and soft spot for helping people and taking care of them just like I once did for my younger siblings.
