I am applying for tutor, which means tutors are basically like private teachers, they help students who may need extra help on learning a subject or even extra help in homework. Even if they have a learning disability or not tutors are there to always do extra help no matter what. In karakura high school they also make sure the tutor room is clean and that kids are behaving, there are also tutors that come to your property from a home call and they can help you there too.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have a good amount of school roleplay experience, I've payed attention to how professors, teachers and especially tutors act and teach, I love how they do their jobs properly and even make it a fun experience rather than boring so people would roleplay properly and have fun.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
I would tell them to calm down and that I can give them detention and also bring them up to an SLT, and explain to them what they're doing is wrong and if they need help in something that could be frustrating them, as normally students shouldn't be swearing at any school faculty worker.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
I'd quickly radio in for a SLT or anyone there that could help, there is already CCTV cameras to capture all the proof since it would be in the hallway for evidence of who started the fight. I would also try pulling them off eachother since it would get really bad and students can get injured, there's no security in the school who can pull them off.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
I would secretly record with my phone for proof unless there is a camera there to prove my point, I would bring them up to the vice-dean as they control over the school faculty members.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
My character acts respectful, always greeting other students and especially other school faculty members, in a break room or out. In a break room he always stands in his char properly with good posture, my character loves to start conversations with other workers especially about their day and how they are enjoying it. He always maintains good eye contact when speaking and knows what to do to brighten up someones mood.

/me would stand properly asking the student if they needed any help, in good posture crossing his arms making sure if the student really needs help or not, he'd have a relaxing tone in his voice raising his left eyebrow slightly proving that he really means the question and wants to help out this student.

/me would be looking at the window for a few seconds viewing the beautiful day and watching the other students play soccer for a bit, before looking back at the student helping them with their work, correcting their mistakes and explaining what they need to do multiple times in a calm manner until the student finally can understand and do their homework the right way, as some students need it to be explained to them multiple times.

/me would snap his fingers for the student to pay attention instead of arguing or talking with the other student catching their attention, telling them to sit down and to explain what they need help with so that I can start teaching them many examples and methods to solve the problem in his homework, giving him another assignment to make sure if they learned properly.

Backstory:
My character Ryuk started as being born in a decently healthy family in Karakura, Japan. his mom was a Teacher while his dad was a College professor, they were both really intelligent people and highly educated. They always Ryuk's back no matter what, Ryuk at age 10 was receiving academic awards, he studied really hard and got honor rolls almost every year to impress his friends, family, and most importantly his own parents since his dad was a college professor and his mom was a teacher. He also had a tutor help him to make sure he was doing all of his work properly because he wanted to have a really good future so he understood that he has to take school seriously from a young age. Ryuk at the age of 15 was getting into Karakura high school, he realized theres a lot of violence and crime in the school and most importantly outside of the school, he decided to join the football team and try to avoid as much crime and drama as possible. He had a good relation ship with his tutor, the tutor helped him when ever his mom and dad was too busy doing their own jobs. The tutor inspired Ryuk to be as good as he can be and Ryuk started to work a part time job in order to pay for his education. He saved up to the point where he was playing his loans for college as he grew up to 18 graduating high school with honors and joining many clubs making new friends. Ryuk eventually graduated college after a couple years of a good amount of stress but hard work but always had his parents by his side. He eventually became a tutor, ever since he was a kid he always finished his homework faster without rushing but making sure it's well done, and always went to go help his friends with their work and volunteered to help in communities to help younger kids with their homework or work as well, as if he had a co-op placement as a student teacher. Ryuk now enjoys his life getting paid actual money for something he's good at and loves to do, being a tutor providing as much help as needed.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
My motivation for joining KHS is that I want to help out the students of Karakura, as they are our future and without the new generation getting educated normally, we'd be doomed. I feel as the students of karakura are too scared or embarassed to ask for help in the middle of a classroom because they think other students will begin to laugh at them or that the teacher will get angry and scold them. In the tutor room you can always bring your homework or anything to study for some upcoming quiz, etc. In here you can have your own tutor and no one can pick on you, if they do a tutor could always stand up for you and escort the bullying students out. A teacher does the same but they can't always notice due to how big a classroom is, in a tutor room a student feels more secure and there is less people, it is more quiet and theres a lot of pros compared to the cons as they can focus more and there is less distractions, since I'd be tutoring them as much as I can.

N/A, but I feel like I can understand what to do as I've played enough to view the tutor's point of view and how they deal with every scenario possible and how it ends up dealt with.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
Because I am not attempting to be a Tutor just to have the glory of the "Tutor tag". I actually want to enjoy the roleplay as that I would love to be part of a community and get more involved into the school RP community, It would be fun tutoring people and I feel that it is enjoyable and it would help me make new friends as well!, I want to be as active as I can and always be there on time, to be there for eventful days, normal days, any types of days I will always keep my behavior well mannered and act as professional as I can, trying my best to tutor who ever needs help and keeping everyone stable when it comes to tutoring people and students coming to the tutor room for anything they may need.
