We are responsible for communication throughout the school, using intercom systems to call students and efficiently communicate with teachers, professors, or other students. Whether you need help finding a specific person or location within the school, we are here to guide you seamlessly.
In addition to this, receptionists also help to maintain order within the school. We are the first line of defense against disruptions and promptly handle reports of misbehavior or potential conflicts. By collaborating with the School Leadership Team (SLT), we help to enforce school protocols and ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
Our role also extends to handling calls from external entities such as the KPD or other faculty members and acting as a liaison between the school and the broader community. We manage visits from non-student individuals, like KPD officers. In such instances, we issue "KHS Visitor's Passes" and ensure proper documentation for security and accountability.
While maintaining professionalism is important, receptionists also strive to foster a positive and friendly atmosphere within the school. I am looking for a new experience and a fresh perspective within the server, hoping to explore untapped opportunities. After being an active member of the community and a student for a long time, I feel the need for a change and a different point of view.
I am interested in playing the role of a friendly receptionist, similar to the welcoming face one encounters in school every morning. I enjoy creating characters and interacting with others, and I believe joining a faction that aligns with the server's central theme and has a prominent position within its structure would be the best move for me. The School Faction seems to be the most socially and functionally enriching faction, and I genuinely enjoy helping others, so this would be a perfect fit for me. I am committed to this role for the long term, as I find it both respectable and a valuable contribution to the server. For minor injuries, he will assist in resolving the issue by helping students apologize to each other, and for severe injuries, he will accompany the students to the nurse's office and issue the appropriate detention slips.
Óxido remains composed and professional in case of an altercation and promptly intervenes between the students to quell the fight. If physical separation is not enough, he will contact other available faculty members for assistance. Following the cessation of the altercation, he will assess the extent of any injuries and direct severely injured students to the nurse's office. To gather a comprehensive understanding of the situation, my character will interview both parties separately, seek additional perspectives from witnesses, and review CCTV footage if available. Based on the collected information, he will issue detention slips appropriately.
In case of a serious fight, Óxido will react strongly and demand an immediate end to the brawl, making it clear that any further involvement will result in immediate arrest. He will physically divide the students and ask each one of them about what had happened to learn more about the altercation's origin. Backstory
Óxido Gayuni grew up in Madrid, Spain, with a deep appreciation for his country's vibrant culture. However, after turning 18, he decided to leave his community behind and move to Karakura in search of new experiences and challenges.
Adapting to a new language, culture, and way of life in Japan wasn't easy for Óxido. But he remained committed to personal growth. He brought his passions from Madrid, which included music, driving, and physical fitness, with him to Japan. Despite being active in Madrid's lively music scene, he found solace in his guitar in Karakura, where he wrote songs inspired by his experiences in Japan. He also enjoyed driving around Japan's scenic spots while listening to music and followed a strict workout routine to stay in shape.
Óxido was curious about Japanese history and culture, so he spent his free time visiting cultural centers, museums, and historical places. He also tried local cuisine and took Japanese language classes to better communicate with locals and understand their culture.
Apart from music, Óxido had a keen interest in Japanese history, especially the stories of samurais and their code of honor. He incorporated these historical themes into his music, which combined traditional Korean and Japanese influences.
Although Óxido never performed or published his work, he was dedicated to improving his sound and using music as a way to express himself. He believed that his music could connect with others and inspire them on their journeys.
Óxido's creative journey was deeply personal to him. He discussed his compositions with close friends, like Shen, but was hesitant to share his work with the public. For him, music and personal development were inseparable, and his songs served as a means of processing his emotions and finding meaning in life. He had a collection of books on philosophy and spirituality, and regular meditation helped him clear his mind and channel his creative energy.
