So we have the city, yes? Yes. I wish for lore to be written about the other major areas of the map! Like Tsubasa, or the Yagi Groves (Yagi mention). Since the island is more than just Karakura, why not expand from just the city we roam around?

I AGREE! We do have a modern day lore document (linked here) but some expansion might be good!

there is, it is in the History of Karakura where foreigners began to increase in an era called 'Westernization'. Karakura is considered an important and special administrative district of Tokyo that is the most diverse place in all of Japan

Some kind of coastal landmark? Specifically something along the lines of a shipwreck or maybe even an oceanic cave. The beaches of karakura feel strangely empty for such a large stretch of land, maybe even a sandbar located in the middle of the ocean would be even a bit beneficial. I don't think there could be much complaints about pirates or haunted fisherman tales somewhere either
