School receptionists provide information and answer questions that students may have involving the school. They can also offer assistance to other school staff members, willing to spend their time and skill for those who need it, creating a pleasant working environment for other staff members, as well as an enjoyable learning experience for students.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I've been roleplaying for about 4 years on platforms such as Discord, Minecraft, and Roblox. I've had experience with a variety of roleplays such as animal, fantasy, SCP, school, and more. Over the years, I've developed the ability to adapt to new and different RP scenarios quickly and the ability to be detailed with my actions.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
My character would politely elaborate on how that is very offensive to most people and how there are consequences when someone decides to misbehave. She would give the student a warning and if they were to continue, she would contact another staff member to help with the situation.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
My character would approach them and attempt to break up the fight, and discover the reason to why the fight had started. Then she would explain to them how violence is not an appropriate solution and can lead to injuries and other consequences, try to help them find an alternate solution, and give them a warning. If they were to fight again and/or refuse to cooperate, she would get another staff member to help keep the situation under control and contact the dean or principal.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
My character would approach the employee and inform them that what their doing is inappropriate and dangerous, and try to talk them into not doing it and help them as much as she can. If they refuse to cooperate, she would contact a higher up and inform them of that employee's misbehavior.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
My character would be social, calm, and friendly towards other school staff in the break room currently. Perhaps taking a sip from a mug of hot chocolate and overall relaxing during her break before getting back to hard work.

/me She would smile warmly at the student in front of her as she made eye contact, placing her elbows on the counter and putting her hands together. She'd speak in a calm and soothing tone. "Hi! How may I help you?"
/me She would reach under the desk, grabbing a copy of the school schedule from a pile of books and reached up, handing it to the student in front of her. "Here is the school schedule, make sure not to skip classes and pay attention!" She smiled at the student as she spoke.
/me She'd get in between the two, pushing them in opposite directions and separating them. She'd keep her arms out, prepared to keep them away from each other if necessary, looking back and forth between them. "Everyone, calm down. What's going on here?"

Backstory
As long as I've remembered, I've always just been trying to get by, trying to survive. I was never concerned about what I was going to do with my life, I only wanted to live. Throughout the years, I've watched my friends get themselves into trouble repeatedly, entering an endless cycle of drama and hatred. They want to stay young with no responsibilities, and for a long time I did too. But recently, I started to think about what I want to do with my life. If I really wanted to stay immature and reckless with no responsibilities or if I wanted to actually take the next step into my adulthood, leaving my crazy teen years behind to morph into someone myself and others can be proud of. I've grown a desire to take that step, to actually grow into a person that I can feel happy and satisfied with. I also wanted to become a better example for my baby daughter, Sydney, as she grew up. I felt that it was important for me to become someone that could support and guide her throughout her life, especially with no father and little amount of family members to help, so I decided that it was time to get a job. I browsed through the different jobs that Karakura had to offer! I learnt from my failed attempts at getting a job in the past and confidently decided to apply for an available job at the school that I so fondly know and love, Karakura High school and College. I discovered that spots as a Tutor and Receptionist were open. I felt like I wouldn't be able to properly tutor kids, but I've seen and spoke with school receptionists quite a bit and it seems like something I could do. So I decided to apply, and here I am.Motivation for Joining KHS:
My motivation for becoming an employee at KHS is that so I'll be able to support my family and friends, as well as other personal goals such as becoming a better person and being able to help others. For the longest time, I've been on the side lines watching but now I want to take action, I want to be apart of the team that makes it works. The team that helps mold the next generation into something beautiful and strong, better then the generation we grew up in.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I believe I should be accepted over other applicants because I am capable and determined to do a good job at whatever I am faced with and I am willing to do what it takes to make Karakura a better place and make the school itself a better place. And I will do whatever I can to help motivate and encourage others as well, whether that may be students or fellow staff members. Even when things get tough, I refuse to give up.
