Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?:
I have been fairly active on the forums, but I plan onto return into SchoolRP due to the fact of I have nothing other to do with Minecraft. I personally do want to count myself back in and put extreme levels of dedication into the server. I plan to be on 2-6 hours on the server per day, or atleast be active 4 days of a week. If I don't put this limit it will most likely be 2-3 hours per day. I have been lately been present on the game server getting active again.

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?:
I want to become more active with the SchoolRP Community, alongside I want to return with my friends. Populi, Mity, ETC I want to come back with roleplaying again.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?:
Yes, I've roleplayed as Teachers, Adults, Bartenders, Security Guards. I also was the leader of the Karakura Protest. I've had the hand on experience with teaching because I've worked myself up from NQT to HD of History.
Have you read the Faculty Handbook?:
Yes I have.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?:
The Classroom logs are when you log a completed class and it's important to show a teacher's activity and keep logs to complete a rank up from NQT to QTLS then to HD.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?:
I would fill out the field trip application with the format required and then would send it to the Principal or Vice Principal a day before., then I would request/ask an assistant teacher to come along, I'd also notify the parents/guardians of those teenagers of the date we will be attending and requirements for what to bring.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
  • No consuming food or drinking while in class.
  • Turn off all cellular devices and keep them in your backpack/pockets.
  • Do not disrupt others or lesson while taking place.
  • The usage of profane words will not be tolerated at any given point.
  • No Violence/fighting in the classroom.
  • No sleeping or dosing off into space.
  • Treat others with respect along with yourself.
  • Have all proper materials ready before class time.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP):
With holding my previous teaching experiences have been exciting, and cheerful. Alongside with my adult RP. I've also withholding the rank of College student on the old map. At some points I have corrupted my roleplay experiences but I've fixed my ways. I'm way mature then before, and I'm willing to put that to the test.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
Head Department;
- HD: You are the Head of Department. You will be going over lesson planning and consulting the QTLS, and NQT about them. You're also in-charge of training/preparing the NQT's. You will consult/teach them and be their instructor.

Qualifed Teacher of Learning Skills;
- QTLS: You've achieved of passing NQT. You are able to host classes alone, and be able to freely teach but will be over watched by the HD. You will also consult the NQT, and if needed to help out frequently to do so of the NQT.

Newly Qualified Teacher;
- NQT: You've been recently entered into Teaching with the Karakura School system. You have to complete a total of 25 classes to become a QTLS. You also achieve to run a class during school hours, although you will need to be assisted by the Head Department.


Teacher Knowledge

Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
Teachers provide education for teenagers and everyday the students learn important education, and historical facts. Students with education from teaching will be able to make a job. Student's maturity from those teachers that are role models will most likely to turn out educated, and be the young adult they wish to be. Teachers educate, and they have wisdom and knowledge about the everyday life. Teachers guide the youth and make the young-adult. Teachers play a important role in most youth and teenage lives. Teachers will spare time will be busy, or be helping someone. They respect others, and shape them in their lives. Teachers will stay after school to complete/finish need-to-be graded assignments, and prepare themselves for the next day.Teachers make 200,000 - 260,000 Yen monthly, and wisely use their money in what they require, and desire.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Having teachers in the SchoolRP community are very important because it's a based School Roleplay. Teachers are also their to provide education to most users that don't know. Teachers also organize important events that provide roleplay for the School ROLEPLAY server.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
The Lesson Planning System works on MoSCo, must have, should have, could have.

Character Knowledge

Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does he look like? What makes him unique and different? What is his outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is his personality like? What is his plan for the future?
Adam Bell is one of the kind, unique and different. Adam was birthed in Iceland but moved to Japan while he was Five. Adam's parents took their ways while he was Eight. Adam Bell always dresses in suit, and playing a role model for his student's. Adam is always bar-buddies with other teachers/friends. Mr. Bell is known for achieving the "Teacher of the Year award" while teaching in Tokyo West International School.
Mr. Bell is very mature, alongside helpful in situations that involve physical abuse/violence, and in emotional situations. His plan for the future is to retire from shaping kids into smart, mature, young adults. He wishes to bring in impact on the Karakura High School system, and education.

Scenarios

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
Mr. Bell would walk up formally dressed in his suit, and discuss the fact of abusive word usage to the delinquents. Mr. Bell would discuss with the delinquents of not to use the abusive words, and tell them to clean their mouths before walking back into class, or walking to other classes. If they kept on, and disrespect Mr. Bell he would report them to the Vice Principal or the Principal.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
Mr. Bell would start to "AHEM". If no one caught his attention, Mr. Bell would start to slightly hit his podem to start grabbing the classes attention. If no one caught that seeking attention, Mr. Bell would raise his voice to say "FOCUS YOUR ATTENTION TO ME, NOT YOUR PEERS."
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
Mr. Bell withholding the privilege of having that section would keep it tidy, and clean once he's done his usage. He would always clean up after himself. He would remain formal, and keep on with his day. He would also begin conversations with others in the Lounge to know his colleges.

Backstory
Adam was born in Iceland along with aside his brother Adrik, as once he become to the age 5 he moved to Japan. Growing up Adam's parents cared for their his future so they made him read books almost everyday along to add and subtract at a young age, hoping that Adam would be ahead of the other kids in their grade school years. Adam started Middle School at the age of Ten. As Adam was promoted up in the grades he found good friends he still hangs out with today. Adam passed his classes and graduated from Middle School, but his parents had decided that instead of staying in together, they would break apart from each other. Adam was sent to Miyake High School for their High School year. Adam's brother Adrik was invited to a gang in Tokyo that he happily accepted not knowing what he would be getting into, after a few months of fitting into the High School, his brother dropped out and left home to show his loyalty to the gang. Ada, didn't know what to do so he began to focus less which caused his grades to fall a bit low, but after some time he understood his brothers choice and accepted it instead of trying to make him come home. Adam inevitably graduated from Miyake High School as Class of 2010, after his graduation he began to apply to possible University's within Tokyo, though he was accepted to four of them he made the choice to go to Waseda University. During Adam's freshman year at Waseda University he picked classes that he knew he enjoyed and hoped to major in them, one of them being History and the other being Science. Adam studied at Waseda University for two years and gained his Bachelor’s Degree, he knew that he wanted to do something with his life so he moved out. Before Adam moved out, his also got his Master's degree. Adam went on to become a History Teacher of Karakura High school. Adam will achieves his best performance so kids will look up to him, he also want's his grand kids to look after him from the past he left once he perishes from natural causes one day.
