My activity on SchoolRp is more than the average player. I play almost 8 hours a day.
Monday-Friday | 12pm-10pm
Saturday-Sunday | 11am-12am
Describe your roleplay experience with SchoolRP and other roleplay networks in general:
I began my journey on SchoolRp late 2023. Learning and experiencing the server, and all that it can give. I then found the genre GangRP. I started joining various gangs, learning from veteran players on how to detail and simply roleplay to the best of my abilities. Doing this strategy, I began learning and becoming an experienced player myself. I became Higher-Ups in multiple gangs, even being co-leads. The one gang that stands itself from the rest was Valhalla. I was a co-lead of that verified gang and it taught me leadership and how to help others. Now, I find myself as a leader of a Unverified gang, Sinnerous.
But that wasn’t my only experience inside SchoolRp. I also enjoyed being around the teachers and being on school grounds. I enjoyed Rping with Jocks and causing trouble around the School. One of my favorite activities to do on school grounds was attend classes. I enjoyed doing the various tasks and sometimes winning prizes within the classes. Using my OOC knowledge to help myself better within the set variety of classes. This, transpired my motivation for becoming a professor.

What is your motivation for becoming a professor?:
My motivation on becoming a professor I have to say is the ability to be with the SchoolRp Community in another way than GangRp. Ever since I began SchoolRp, I always enjoyed attending classes and having fun with the educators and fellow classmates. But, ever since I began my journey of GangRp, I’ve been more focused on that than anything else. But, a month ago, I recently explored back into the classes and followed my old routes, reigniting my passion in becoming a professor.
Now, why world history? In my OOC life, I studied and loved world history. Every day of school, I would always look forward to attending my history class, and learning more about the world's past. I wanted to show my learning to others, hoping to ignite a following passion for world history like it did with me.
Work out two interactive classes you will host if accepted:
Playing Candidate:
In this class, my character would select two people to go against each other in a presidential debate. They will try to convince the other classmates to vote for them instead of the other. The reason for this is because, back in history, leaders/presidents stand up for their country and try to convince the people to vote for him, trying to bring better into the country. This is to get into the mindset of my class and with the candidates, giving them a feel of what it’s like to be someone of such structure.
Making Peace:
In this class, I would assign the class to split sides of the room, with equal classmates on each side. Then, they will decide on their own to pick a country to represent. After getting everything set up, parties on both sides will select a representative to represent the country. These representatives will go to the middle of the classroom, declaring a peace treaty. This seems easy, BUT they both need to make a mutual agreement for ending off a war. This will teach them how they felt back then when trying to end wars, and this will get them to use their head and use strategy.

Shrine Visit!
Faction Involved: Shrine
In this Field Trip, my character would be taking her class to the Shrine to learn about the History behind the Shrine, During this visit it would possibly include a tour of the Shrine with the Maidens / Priest’s giving a backstory about the Shrine and facts about it, The student’s would also be able to ask questions about the Shrine, They would also be able to visit the Hot Springs while at the shrine so they can see the different land parts in Karakura as well. This would be a fun and interactive Field trip for the students to learn about the Backstory of the shrine and information about it in case they want to be a maiden one day.
SCENARIO SECTION
Your character would encounter a group of college jocks surrounding a bobcat jock, what would your character do?
Konda would walk up to the group with his radio out in case he needs to call anyone, she would ask the students to separate, then proceed on to ask why they are surrounding the bobcat. Once hearing their sides of the story he would radio for some help as there are so many students there once the other faculty workers get there she would look around if there is any CCTV around, if she found CCTV, she would radio a caretaker telling them the location asking them to look at the CCTV to find out what really happened once he got word back from the caretaker he would warn the college jocks for surrounding the bobcat as well as saying if she sees them near them again they will be getting a detention.
Your character would be supervising detention, one of the students constantly disturbs by
asking stupid questions, what would your character do?
Konda would walk over to the student's desk, telling him to stay respectful and maintain in order as there are other people in the detention room, he would answer the student's question before telling him to stop talking and get back to his task if the student kept going with his questions Konda would tell him to stop talking and give him a SLT report as the student was given a warning already. If the student kept going with his questions, Konda would walk back over to him, telling him that SLT will be contacted with a report about the student's behavior as it is disrespectful to the other students as they are trying to do their tasks and get out of detention.
Your character would be hosting a class, and a group of cheerleaders keeps on playing songs on the phone and calling out other students in the class, what would your character do?
In the beginning of class, Konda would announce the rules of the class, letting this be their first warning before going into the lecture. While teaching, Konda would hear the cheerleaders' phones disrupting the lecture in the classroom environment. She would simply walk over, demanding for their phone to be shut off and tucked away. Konda would then hand them a detention slip since they were previously warned in the beginning of class.
Your character would be walking on the school perimeter and encounter a fight between a couple of students, your character tried to break it up but it didn't help, what would your character do?
My character would proceed to verbally tell them to break it up, while watching the situation trying to gain more information about who started it, and why it started, if it didn’t help then Konda would physically step in between the individuals fighting, after he broke the fight he would ask them about what was going on and why the fight was started, After he figured out what happened, She would hand those involved with the situation and who was fighting a Detention Slip for the reason “Assault on School Grounds”

When Konda Katashi teaches, she often references her own past experiences, making connections with the material she teaches. She knows this allows the students to stay engaged during class, while incorporating her love for storytelling. Konda is a very social person and usually views her students as friends rather than pesky annoyances! However, she is willing to overstep the boundaries to protect her students from other teachers, students, or even parents. Although she loves to gossip, she seldom speaks poorly of her coworkers as she views them as close friends despite rarely meeting them. Konda knows they're the ones to mostly relate to her in a classroom setting and wants to befriend every single one of them. Konda's main goal in life is to experience anything and everything. She is daring and a risk-taker that'll do anything to try something new. She is friendly, sociable, and generally a fun person to be around.
Describe how your character ended up becoming a teacher and their previous life. It is optional to include earlier life but recommended.

Konda Katashi started his life in a small town called Mitaka on the west side of Tokyo, Japan. While growing up she lived with his mother and father as well as a younger brother called Rin, As he grew up she found out a love for history, although she didn't look too much into as she was in middle school as she had to look after her brother for his parents because they were sick, once she reached the state of high school and her brother could look after himself. She started going into his studies of history, she fell in love with it instantly, for the rest of her years in school she stayed in his history classes learning a lot about the past, she quickly picked up on stuff and helped the teacher. After finishing school, she moved into Koto for college where she started to study world history, after 2 years of being in college she finally left having a major in economics and a minor's in global history, she went back home to her family to find out that her mother has sadly passed away after hearing the news he decided to move away to a small town called Karakura. Once she got there she found a friend group who saw her love for history and told her that the school was looking for new history professor's, Konda instantly jumped at the idea quickly applying with the hope she will get the position.
