To describe my activity on the server, I'll list some different aspects below.
SRP activity general.
I have been playing SRP since 2018. I started like everyone else and quickly began discovering the game and community, and I quickly started to see this as a hobby. Of course, after playing for so long, I have had some breaks on SRP, but I have always come back. For my activity, I have been playing every day for a year now, if possible, for 4 to 5 hours a day. I am also very active on Discord and can respond to messages here almost all day long. This can be useful for possible store collaborations or if there are problems in the faction or in the store that I can solve as soon as possible.
Roleplaying activities.
On SRP, I am mainly busy with roleplaying in various aspects. For example, I have always been busy with roleplaying in various sports teams. For example, I was in the volleyball, basketball, cheer, swim, and track team and always had a lot of fun with it. Recently, I also got the chance to adult roleplay, which gave me a different perspective on SRP as it is much more serious. This opened up other paths, such as FamilyRP, which has become a big passion of mine at the moment.
Shop faction activities.
For a long time now the shop faction has played a big role in my SRP activities. For example, I am always busy with different stores. Since the past few years this has changed from working to managing stores. For example, I have had the unique opportunity to manage Hanakotoba, Yona-Yona and Henki-Do. Now you might wonder why I am so obsessed with the shop faction? Well, I really like how the interactions are going to be shopsand players. Shops have the most interaction with players. I love meeting new people and creating a space where they can connect with each other.

Why do you want to become a Shopkeeper?
The shop faction has been a big part of my SRP experience For a long time. Ive always been busy with working in different stores and lately I went from working to managing stores. I had the great opportunity to manage for Hanakotoba, Yona-Yona, and Henki-Do. This gave me even more pleasure in the shop faction. It also gave me some experience of what it is like to run a shop. This motivated me more and more to become a Shopkeeper.
What also motivated me is the interaction that shops and players have. Shops are a place where people can meet each other. Whether it is to buy or to meet new people. This is exactly what i want to create a place where people can meet each other, share their ideas or buy new stuff that can help them in their daily life. Seeing stores that are the talking point of the city is something i really enjoyed and hope to create myself, this time as a Shop Keeper.
Managing these stores has shown me how important it is to give new things to people. This can be new items, a new theme or a new experience through events. As a shopkeeper I get the chance to create this too, something I find super exciting and see as an extremely fun challenge.
However, it can also be difficult to be a shopkeeper. You have the responsibility to make the store run smoothly. This is often by getting new items, creating new experiences and actively opening. However, I am ready for this challenge with the experience I have built up over the past years and the tricks I have learned from other shopkeepers I think I am ready to start my own Shop.

I want to create a unique convenience store with a Royal fantasy theme. The inside of the store will look fancy and magical with beautiful decorations. There will be maids and butlers who will walk around the store to greet customers, showcase products and give advice that really suits the customer.
Tsukihana will sell everyday items such as drinks, snacks, and ingredients. In addition we will offer royal and fun items such as plushies, bags, and jewelry. All magically displayed in an original display counters that will catch the customer's attention. The maids and butlers will help you find your unique items.
To make the store even more exciting I plan to place a small to go bakery in it. This will have a place in the shop where you can score fresh baked goods, these can be things like muffins, pastries, sweet rolls, croissants and baguettes. To give it our own twist we will also be selling things like "crown cupcakes" or "Royale Berry Tarts" These are products that you can't find anywhere else and set us apart! To make our to go bakery stand out the maids and butlers will be handing out free samples throughout the store.
Even though Tsukihana offers many different and unique products we do not want to lose sight of what a true convenience store is. Our main focus remains on giving you items that you will need on a daily basis think of food ,drinks, ingredients, and other convenient items. The extra touches that Tsukihana offers like the themed products, simply add a bit of magic to the experience that we want to provide.
Events
To become even more unique, events are a big part to distinguish yourself. With my experience as a manager, I have already organized several events myself, these are Lucky machine, Mystery box, And Santa event. These will not be suitable events for a convenience store, so I will list a few ideas below
1. Ingredient of the day
Sometimes I will give a big discount on an ingredient that we sell in the store. The discount can vary between 25-60%. This encourages people to make that specific ingredient and gives them the chance to improve their cooking skills at home!
2. Seasonal events
Santa's gifts During the holiday season I host a Santa event where Santa Claus walks through the store and gives away free items. Of course this has a limit to a certain number of items.
Easter egg hunt, for Easter I want to hide discount codes throughout the store by placing signs with different codes on them these codes also vary with discount so one code can give 5 percent discount and the other 15 this encourages people to search for the highest possible discount!
3. Cute Rush
Now that my shop has a Royale and Cutesy vibe I want to introduce the Cute Rush this will be on items such as bags necklaces and plushies the things that are seen as cute. This will be a temporary discount during the Cute rush!!
4. Customer Appreciation Day
Every few months I want to have a customer appreciation day where customers receive a discount, small gifts or a buy one get one for free deal. This event is to thank the community of the store
5. Art competition,
This event is held in the discord, an Art event where a voucher of 250-400k shop credit can be won. With the art we receive we can make our logo banner or any forum/Onrain post suitable.
What will you sell in your shop?
Tsukihana will mainly focus on providing daily necessities such as food, drinks, ingredients, and convenient items such as oven mittens. While our store has a unique Royal Fantasy theme, we still want to stay true to the purpose of a convenience store offering everyday items that are useful to people.
To match our theme we will also sell fashion accessories, and entertainment products. These items are there to enhance the magical style of Tsukihana. These items are not there to take away from the true function of the store. Think of them as themed bonuses not as main focus
Some of these items will come from our partnership with Henki-Do who want to donate their items to Tsukihana. However, not all of them fit into our theme, so we will check these items carefully to see if they fit us!
May 30th I will get 10/15 new customs that I also want to use for this theme !With these customs I will make things like the "Royal cupcake" so that we can really distinguish ourselves please note that this list can change and that this is just a sketch.

Each category gets its own letter for example food & drinks a1, a2, and a3. Home & living b1 b2 b3 this will continue until everything is processed in the storage. I will also make it clear with signs where everything is.
What will my shop look like?
How a store looks is very important it has to be eye catching and fit the theme! as exterior i built an example of how it could look. please note that this is an example and can still change if i am accepted. For the interior I would like to make it feel as magical as possible with chic accents, I will show examples of both the exterior and the interior.

In Tsukihana the employees will wear uniforms this is to stand out as much as possible and have a neat appearance. It is also easier for customers to recognize our employees. Below are the cashier uniforms, the maid and butler uniforms are still in progress.

In order to manage a shop properly, several employees are needed. I will list these roles below.
Shopkeeper: I will have this role once. As a shopkeeper, my job is to run the shop. For example, it is my responsibility to hire people to help manage the shop. It is also the shopkeeper's job to keep an eye on the stock, open the shop, and provide order and structure in the store.
Manager: 1-2x The manager is a trusted employee who knows how the store works and can take the initiative. The manager also needs to know how to open the store if I am unable to do so.
Cashiers: 14x A cashier must be able to welcome a customer, preferably as originally as possible. To become a cashier, one must complete the application and attend a personal interview. If successful, they will officially become a cashier. The cashiers will keep 20-30% of their earnings at the end of their shift. The amount they make depends on how the business is doing. At the end of their shift, they give the rest of the money to the manager or shopkeeper.
Maids/Butlers: 8: The Maids and Butlers have a very important role. They are the face of the store. Their job is to greet customers, give advice on something that really suits the customer. and give samples of our bakery and other snacks. Finally, they can help customers if they would like to see a product better.
Security: 5x This role ensures safety within the store and ensures that our house rules are followed. Security personnel will mainly stand at the front of the shop or walk through the store. If there is a problem or undesirable behavior, the security staff will inform me and provide a report at the end of their shift. The security personnel receive a paycheck between 30,000 and 50,000 yen, depending on how much they did and how many issues they encountered.
How will you hire new employees?
For the hiring process, I have several steps that I will explain. To start, my store first needs attention. I will do this by means of an advert ICLY, which ensures that people can come to the store, and I can hand out books with the Discord link containing the application form. After this, I will choose the best candidates and conduct interviews in game with them. If they are suitable, they will become trial employees. After attending three shifts, they will become employees and have a position in my store.

You are allowed to have 80 items that fit your shop. These can be items that can be used for all shops, as well as exclusive customs that can be bought from players or your own customs.
What’s the minimum required amount of openings per month?
The minimum number of openings is 12. If you don't reach this, you may receive a strike. If you have a good reason, you can always make an inactivity log. If it is approved, you won't have to reach the quota of 12.
How many openings are you allowed to log per (OOC) day?
The maximum number of openings you can do per OOC day is two.
Can you edit your shop’s interior with edit mode?
You can change the interior of your shop. However, it is important that you do not change your shop theme, as this is the main theme of your shop.
How would you add new custom items to your restock list?
To add new customs to my store, I would have to follow this process. After acquiring a new custom, I would make a ticket in the town Discord. The ticket must state that I bought the custom from the person. It is important that the person who owns the custom indicates that they sold it to my store and specifies which custom item was sold. After this, my ticket will be reviewed and processed.
What’s the maximum allowed (in-game) price to obtain the ownership of a private custom item?
The maximum amount to spend on customs is 400,000 yen.
How many ownerships are you allowed to buy from one player?
You can buy up to four customs from a player. However, you may receive as many customs for free from players as you want.
