She was made for the Karakura School Uniform, and looks like the strait-laced type. She doesn't express much with her outfit, except for a pristine manicure, and an expensive silver clip that tames the bangs of her asymmetrical bob.
Outside of School:
Her fashion sense is a little out there... or maybe she just got bored halfway through getting dressed? Her hair could use a comb. But she didn't neglect to throw rings and jewelry on. They match her silver bridge piercing. It's hard to tell if she's rocking a smokey eye, or if her eyeliner is just smudged.

Scarlet is a quiet, typically stoic young woman. Speaking had never gotten her very far growing up, and being heard had only gotten her into trouble. In rebellion of these experiences, she refuses to make any attempts at tactfulness, though she may exhibit some amount of social grace as a means to an end. Scarlet values her free time, and would go to great lengths to preserve it.
Despite her affinity for laziness, it's not unusual to see Scarlet working hard at something other than her hobbies. She's been known to pass her classes, despite her lack of attendance. But since coming to Karakura, she's been surprisingly dedicated to her studies. However, she still seemingly has no interest in her own future. Her number one priority is whatever interests her in the here and now.

Since junior high school, Scarlet has experienced compulsions towards tidying, noting down information and obsessions surrounding the number 5.
Her most noticeable obsessive compulsive behaviors proved somewhat useful towards school work and productivity, rather than inhibiting. So it went unnoticed until high school. Scarlet herself hardly noticed until it limited the execution of her free time. She now factors in extra time to accommodate time consuming tics.
It's occurred to Scarlet that her stress relieving gaming hobby may be another compulsion, but she's found that she doesn't care.
Academic Excellence
Since her arrival in Karakura, Scarlet has been uncharacteristically devoted to her studies. Maybe she just likes this school better than her old one?

Scarlet was born and raised in Nagoya City by her parents, Rupert and Sophia Blake. Or rather, she was raised in the same house as her parents. The Blakes are new to wealth, but have held high expectations of their own for generations. Scarlet's upbringing has been no exception. With no siblings to compete against, Scarlet was taught to measure success by authoritative approval. However, her parents seemed to think their approval was their only responsibility, hiring others to secure Scarlet's education and rearing in their place.

Scarlet once saw her nanny and tutors as wardens, enforcing a prison sentence each day. But as she entered her teenage years, she learned lessons in business that her expensive education could barely be credited for: Authority figures are people who can be made into peers and business partners. Nannies can be bribed, tutors can be fooled. And success is measured by the end product, no matter the means. In other words, so long as Scarlet produced the grades and public behavior that would appease her parents, she could have more free time and money to spend as she pleased.
