Hey, thanks for the reply! I get where you're coming from, but don't you think that people will spam '/help' faster when they get no reply? As HighlightedTwin mentioned above, I think staff will pause their situation for a couple of seconds to help others, since it's their job to answer...

I can understand that. I've been in some situations with the same as this, people changed appearance, but it worked out completely fine for me.
