Although I will say, I have not personally been on this specific account recently, if accepted I will be. The reason for that is because I haven't had much of a need to get online and roleplay using the grade 12.

What is your motivation for applying?:
Like most people, of course part of my motivation for applying is the experience and roleplay aspect of being an officer. I want to learn the other side nonetheless and get more involved with how they deal with situations. Though this is all part of my motivation, I would also like to add that I believe KPD would offer me more and can give me more than EMS ever can. From lots of experience as an EMS I get some inside view of the KPD and they make it seem very enjoyable. Understanding that getting accepted would mean I am in both factions, my plan is to get accepted and find a good time to leave EMS. I know if I join KPD I won't be ‘leaving’ EMS completely as I still will have situations with them. Not only still being able to contact them and have a good bond with some.
Furthermore, I really find teamwork beyond KPD very interesting. Everyone seems to all enjoy each other's company and no one makes any feel left out. This is what makes me want to be in the faction even more because I know and already get along with half the members. I want to be a part of a good working team.

I do understand the Japanese laws and basic conduct, although I do not have all memorized and I am willing to work on memorizing all.

Police Commissioner:
The commissioner is the head of the KPD. They enforce all rules and make the final decision.

Head Lieutenant:
The head lieutenant is the highest ranking under the commissioner. They help make a lot of decisions. They are second in command.

Vice-Head Lieutenant:
The Vice-Head Lieutenant is below the head. They help with decisions and fill in for the head if they are unable to themselves.

The lieutenant role is here to overlook all the other officers. They are one of the higher ranks in the system.

The sergeant is the role of watching over the corporals and below doing training. They may also be there to answer any questions the ranks below do not know/understand.

What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
Although I feel as if I know a big chunk of police work I know I don't know it all, nor on the back of my hand. Police carry out a large range of tasks in both SchoolRP and in real life. Behind all of the SchoolRP situations, there is a lot of communication between the officers Via VC. This is where they do a lot of strategy talk on how they are going to handle or move in a situation. I also know some of the basic rules that are for both emergency factions.
Even with understanding what the faction does itself and how they run, I understand the technical aspect of it. These are the five priorities, color codes, and police radio codes. You will frequently use different ‘codes’ amongst the radios and in RP that are key to understanding.
Furthermore, along with the technicality portion of KPD, there is the physical. You do different things amongst the map like patrols, man hunts, raids and more. They make sure to give full protection to our citizens of Karakura
Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
In SchoolRP there needs to be a balance between the different types of aspects when it comes to roleplaying. One of those being gangrp and coprp. Gangrp is very popular, especially amongst players who are not in things like school teams or other school related roles. This is where police come into play. If we didn't have a balance of cops in the mix of gangrp, the schoolRP community would get out of hand. It would just become an overpowering playing field of crime at a constant pace. Police help balance that making it so we have some sort of protection. They are almost what you can say the ‘core’ of SchoolRP because let alone they keep it in place. Without them we would be everywhere.
In addition, other than keeping the gangrp side of SchoolRP in line, they help with the roleplay aspect. Police also stop and control situations like underage drinking, J-walking, and other minor things that you would see IRL on a regular basis.

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Tell us about your character, how they look, what makes them unique?
Posie Kodama would stand at 5’7 with the weight of 139 LBS. At glance, she would have a more slim + muscular figure with broadened shoulders. Her hair would be an unnatural color for herself. The hair would be of a brown shade with a red tint. From the front, you would be able to notice a very light blonde almost white chunk of hair. This would be her natural hair color she still wanted to show. The eyes on the female are a light blue. You could almost describe them as icicles or a clear ocean. Naturally, she would have a stern face, this would make her look as if she was mean or strict but deep down she has a kind heart.
Unlike others Posie does CrossFit on a daily basis. This is almost her way of letting out anger or anything that's on her mind. She also puts others ahead of herself. Posie is not one to ‘toot her own horn’ or make sure she is okay. She values the lives of others more than herself.
What they're like on and off the job?
On Duty
Like most on duty, Posie tries to play her best self. Keeping an eye out for those around her and making sure everything looks to be normal. She has a workers mindset which for sure plays a big role in being in the police force. A very alert stance would be applied. A serious nature would also be put forth. In Posie’s mind, work first then fun.
Off Duty
Off duty, Posie is still very alert but has a different side to her that many do not see often. You could catch her with her family that she dears most. When with her family, she has a gentle tone to her. That serious and tough figure she plays is left at the door of the KPD. She also likes to crack a few jokes off duty and mess around with different sold accessories. Posie is just a big child at heart but never shows it.
Outlook on their co-workers? Plans for the future?
When looking at her fellow co-workers she looks at them as they have a big part of her heart. Posie is one to never look down on anyone, especially people she looks up to or genuinely holds a spot for. Other than the respect Posie gives to the co-workers, she looks at them all equally.
Posie is not one to plan ahead. She likes to go with the flow and tends to tell people that she will cross that bridge when it comes. Although the one thing she loves in life is her family. She wants her future to always be there with her family when she achieves new goals. Posie doesn't like to think about what happens when she retires. Posie just always wants to be helping others and making sure everyone and everything around her is in good shape.
BACKSTORY

Posie Kodama, a female born in Ebeltoft Denmark. This was a small town known for its old town cobble stoned streets. Posie being the first born out of herself and her younger sister Paola, they grew together very close. Throughout the span of the years living in Ebeltoft it was very simple and almost repetitive. Lots of family time and outdoors. Because of living in such a small town with a close community, nature and family was just a part of her. She never really had ‘friends’ growing up. A part of this was because Posie was homeschooled. Not by choice but by her parents not believing in real school.
The Kodama parents were there most of their lives giving them a proper childhood. Soon enough, they grew of age and passed away when the two daughters were ages 20 and 19.
After the death of the parents, both the females went and moved to a place called Karakura. This place Karakura was located in Japan. Here is where they started up college to learn about different career choices. Posie went into the police force, while her sister went medical. During their college years in Karakura this is when they started to experience the ‘real world’. She made friends and met new people. Not only was she so bent on her family but she had friends she looked up to as well.
After schooling Paola was the first to get a job as an EMS in Karakura. She soon later adopted two kids. One named Emiko who is 16 years of age, while the other named Adanna is 19. A little after the adoption, Posie got to meet both of them. Posie has never been more than a sister and daughter. Now she is playing the role of an aunt and wanted to be the best aunt for the two young girls. She was always checking up on them and making sure they had everything they needed for everyday life. Posie finally finishing school, she would go to apply for the Karakura Police force. Soon to be, she is now waiting checking her computer everyday to see the results. Posie knows whatever happens her family would be proud of how far she has come.
