Describe your activity on the server:
As of right now, I currently hold a shopkeeper position, running Tsuki no Umi. I have hit every quota since I've joined the faction and am having a blast. As of right now, I'm on every couple of days for my shop or if I'm doing anything for the family I currently run, Asōgi, as well as touching my toes in the water of gangRP with immertreu, all while balancing my personal life and SRP. I typically work Friday, Sunday, and Monday every week, it varies, and I will likely not come on those days unless necessary after work! On the days I am off, and I am free of plans, I am available for anyone if anyone needs me for any reason.
What is your timezone?:
EST.
List your current and past applications:
List your current roles on the server:
Shopkeeper - Ito Tachitsu
Adult - Mon Asōgi, Osyth Kaseya and Hanashobu Kumochūi
Student - Myles Edgeworth and Noémi Montague
What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
I have been playing SRP since 2016, and with those years, come many opportunities to try something new. I’ve been a private tutor, priest, judge, psychiatrist, and now, a shopkeeper, all packed tightly under my belt. With these roles, come many roleplay opportunities and thus, adds to my experience. Not only the factions, but the people I meet along the way, these factions and people building my skills in writing and roleplay, only making my writing and detail greater as time goes on. Not only in SRP, but I also occasionally discord roleplay which opens up another world of roleplay opportunities.
What is your motivation for applying?
When I first became a psychiatrist, I joined at the wrong time, school was just starting and I was trying to squeeze in everything before I graduated, but now, it’s been a few months since I graduated, and a little over a year since I was psychiatrist, and with only being a part-time worker, I have days I can spend however I please, and although brief, my time in EMS was something I truly enjoyed, I enjoyed the roleplay it brought me, the people it brought me closer to, not only the few patients I took, one becoming a regular, but the other people in the faction. Being able to help those who need it is something I love doing, making those connections. After seeing that applications were open once more, I had to jump at the opportunity to join again, and now that I am in a better stance mentally and with my open schedule to learn and do more than I did last time, I would like to try again.
Which role are you applying for?
(Doctor or Psychiatrist)
I will be applying for psychiatrist once more.
What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
(This is to gauge at your current understanding of the faction prior to acceptance)
Upon being accepted into the faction, you will typically go through training, 2 weeks at most, carrying the trainee position, you will sit in class or call and take notes on the position you got accepted into and then quizzed after those two weeks, there it will be determined if you are qualified or not to take on your official role as Doctor or Psychiatrist.
Once you have your official role, comes the quota, you will have to hit 20 quota each month to receive your paycheck of 200,000 yen, if you don't hit your quota, typically, one will receive a warning, and if it carries on, their roles will be removed. Different ways to receive quota could vary on your position, but if I remember clearly, for psychiatrists, there's desk work, counseling or therapy sessions (provide notes of the session), logging requests for psychiatrists, helping with small wounds such as cuts, and visitations... For doctors, to take a gander, desk work, surgery, visitations, and likely more I don't remember or know about. Quota could vary depending on your position in the department.
Since the last time, roles have changed, if I am correct, there is generally just two or three main departments, and then their individual roles below that. These are the general run down, no matter the position. I know there are different positions that fall under these departments such as leading psychiatrist or doctor, or attending psychiatrist or doctor, but I'm unsure on how their quota varies or if it's about the same.
Psychiatrist:
Psychiatrists take care of generally, mental problems the patients may have, learning to diagnose people from how they describe their symptoms and prescribing medicine for these diagnoses, be it from depression or anxiety or just needing someone to talk to, taking on one on one or group therapy session, they were there to help. We are to ensure that we remain professional and don't bring any personal feelings into the therapy session at all - on that note, we can't take family members as patients.
Doctor:
Doctors are there for any physical injuries you may have, be it a concussion, needing surgery or stitching or needing a prosthetic, they are there to make sure you don't die, also prescribing medicine for those injuries or simply refilling previous prescriptions.
Paramedic:
Paramedic is a position you can ask to be transferred to only after you become a doctor or psychiatrist, running the EMS vehicle, being the first responders, the first ones on a scene, bringing those dead or alive back to the hospital for treatment or morgue work.
Some commands you would use as EMS:
Radio:
/r or /radio /rw (whisper) /ry (yelling); hospital ratio only
/rdg or /radiog; talk with KPD
Identify:
/identify [IGN] (Don’t have ID - can identify name, age, blood type, and occupation)
Taxpay:
/taxpay hospital [amount] - 20% from the pharmacy
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished?
I understand and will make sure nothing of the sorts happens, I will attend all the trainings so long as I can get online.

- The Black Swan -
Introduction
On a mountain laced with snow, the wind screaming sounds of terror in the night as Kasyea's black swan was born. A stark contrast to her siblings, gorgeous and pale like snow, but this young Kaseya was not as gorgeous as the snow, but as the rising sun, brown features adorned her, hair and eyes. Raised on the far end side of Karakura where this woman was grown into luxury. The life of absolute perfection, but is this truly what the woman wants? Loneliness?
The Lioness and Her Pray
No matter if treasured or forgotten, this young girl was always alone, her older siblings too grown to be around. Perhaps it was her snarky tongue, the fear she caused the other kids, or even her guardian's arms wrapped tightly around her, perhaps sheltered, too scared of the snow, but none the less, the fate of being alone was something this young Kaseya couldn't avoid. A sad fate for a young girl, but the young Kaseya didn't seem to entirely mind, finding it normal to live like this, even if it wasn't. Osyth, of course, was only just a cub at the time of this vital learning stage, mingling among the other lion cubs, deemed an outcast but through her years, she grew stronger, going up in the pack of her pray, people she would soon look down upon and turned her back into as she entered college, following in her sibling's footsteps.
--
The young woman, about in her early teens, glanced around the room of the people she knew, listening, staring, she knew everything. Creepy? Perhaps... But observant, for sure. Alone, she sat, legs crossed, elbow on table, head in hand, simply... Staring. The young girl's hair brushed against her face, though still she remained, like a statue, off into space, how joyous and lively. She watched them chatter and laugh among themselves as her gaze darkened, a vicious intent behind her amber eyes... Jealousy?
A Change
College is a mysterious thing, bringing changes in people's lives, bringing people the job of their dreams or made people realize this isn't where they were meant to be, for our black swan, this only brought her confusion and new feelings. Osyth has always known she was meant to be the one at the top, the lion and the sun, and the sun shows no remorse for us, scorching the earth and everything around it, but occasionally, when the season changes and the sun becomes a little more forgiving, comes a moment of peace and forgiveness. Throughout the black swan's college seasons, came new knowledge on many topics, even some she wasn't studying, a new emotion that showed that this ruthless force had another side...
SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
(Ensure this is appropriate to the position you have chosen. Some examples can be found here)
Osyth has a medical specialty in mental disorders, or in other words, psychiatry. Osyth, born at the top, had no idea what she was getting into when she decided to take on this field, until she took on this role, she sympathized to no one, alone she stood, the place she was meant to be, on the top of the food chain, a lion looking at her pray, but, with time, comes change. Seeing the unfortunate softens the heart for most, maybe sympathy finally comes into the heartless, but more so, pity. Osyth took pity to the unfortunate, on those who didn't have her confidence, who weren't her, really... A twisted motivated, but, motivation none the less. Osyth carved her path, learning every trick to help the pray, those who were depressed, suffered from anxiety, felt unbearable loneliness, Osyth was now a gentle lioness.
Another side of her specialty, although not as build as psychiatry, she also studied pediatric, more so on the mental side of children, to make sure they grew and reached milestones healthily, although not the best with children at the moment, she figured it would be a skill she could use, getting two sides of a coin - childhood, and adulthood. The college she went to offered a joint training and learning program...
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
The college Osyth studied and graduated in offered a hands-on course, learning through whatever trainee program the college provided, the only experience coming from those she studied and practiced with, having no experience in an actual hospital at this moment, still being young and basically freshly graduated, though, with being freshly graduated the knowledge never left on her mind.
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
An outstanding woman who knows her place in life. At the top. Although she doesn't say much about her status, there is undoubtedly undefined beauty in her confidence and gaze. The woman's features, although seeming bland and normal, have a striking twist, her gaze, a brown that glows a slight red under the sunlight. Her hair, beautiful brown waves descend down her torso, falling perfectly down to her waist. Transcending beauty is undeniable with this woman. Even if beauty is not what those before her see, confidence radiates off of her like the sun hitting the horizon, and like the sun in the day, the woman stood taller than the average height, hitting around 5’9, eyes lowering to those below her, but never her chin, proud and defined, not caring about how others see her, she knows her stance and will live by her own standards, and that is utter perfection.
How does your character act around the hospital?
A quiet lion, silent and observing those around her, remaining to herself most of the time, just how she's used to it. She, of course, will talk to those she needs to, and pick up idle chat if there's a must, but, in the hospital, and even out, she is reserved and alone, keeping whatever secrets are told to herself, unless it should involve the law. She, of course, won't let anyone forget her stance and elegance, it's apparent at all times even if she doesn't voice it, no matter what she's doing, either that be providing a therapy session or riding around town on her motorcycle, elegance is tipping and gushing out the glass.
--
An effortless kick of her leg, bringing it over her other as a subtle flick of her finger brought a pen into hand. An unbeknown gaze met the patient before her, a subtle and brief smile crossing her lips, perhaps for comfort. "Welcome in, my name is Osyth Kaseya, a pleasure, truly. May I acquaint myself to your name?" A smooth, silky voice spoke out, gentle, yet remained vigorous as the session would begin.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
A lion may rule the pack, but a pack is never alone. Osyth will typically remain by herself so working by herself is her way to go, but she also has keen adaptability and can work comfortably with someone if need be. She may acquaint herself with being alone, but she knows the powerful hold onto those around them, unable to run a one man show, no matter how powerful one may be.
