I believe you are in a dark spot of the map, you might be able to fix this issue by either turning you brightness up or doing /spawn.

Hello! The recommended version to play on the server is 1.19.2 I think your resource pack issue may be involved with the version so I would try playing on 1.19.2!

You can make money in various different ways on the server but here are a few of the best methods. Applying for jobs at player ran shops can earn you a lot of money depending on if it’s a good shift or not but in general you make a lot, joining a faction for money ex: faculty or kpd can be fun...
