Describe your activity on the server:
As a University student my activity can really vary. Being with the SRP community since 2017 my activity throughout the years should prove how active I am. Although to estimate how much time I can be on the server on average would be around 10+ hours a week. However, this can increase if I have free time in my schedule.

List your current and past applications:
These will only include faction applications.
List your current roles on the server:
I’m currently in no factions. The account I’m applying with has a PhD tag.
What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
I have plenty of experience with roleplay through past factions I’ve been in and just roleplaying in general.
EMS
I was a part of EMS in the Surgeon department for a few months. This was my first faction that I decided to step outside of my comfort zone and I’m glad I did. I enjoyed the faction and the medical work I learned. I was accepted on May 8th, 2023 and had to take my leave a few months after due to me starting my first year in Uni.
Government
I’ve been in the Government faction two times, one as a Governor, and the other as a Lawyer. For my Governor position I was accepted on August 14th, 2022 and was there for a few months before I went on hiatus. This was also the time where the Government faction was pretty much new. Holding the Governor position wasn’t really my cup of tea but it had good experiences that I enjoyed. Especially since this was my first time in the faction at the time. My second time applying to the faction was for the lawyer position. I was accepted on August 2nd, 2023 and took my leave sometime in 2024. Being in the faction once more as a Lawyer I did enjoy my time with this and loved learning about how lawyers worked on cases and in trials. I had plenty of roleplay experience with this especially when it came to Government related topics.
News Reporter
I’ve been in the News Faction three times. Crazy right. I’ve come and gone within this faction because honestly if you love writing one cannot really escape this faction. The news faction was also my first faction I ever joined. This was also the faction that helped my writing grow and taught me how to detailrp. My first two applications I can’t find them, however for my third application I was accepted on April 8th, 2023 and was with the faction for seven months.
Student Council
Another new faction I came to experience with was the college student council. I was accepted on April 13th, 2023 and left several months after due to personal reasons. Council was a huge different type of experience I never came with. To sum it up, the council was the “helpers” of the school faculty. Though they really weren’t the duties of council, at the time when I was in it, were to hand out detention slips, monitor detention with faculty and break up anything that broke the rules. Since it’s been several months I’m sure these things have changed with this faction.
Sports
My first school sport experience was with the college male football team several years back. I can't recall the year it was. I was with the team for a few months before I left to go on hiatus. Several years later, I joined the college female football team back on April 13th, 2024 and was with the team for several months before I decided to leave. From college male football to college female football I can say jockrp has definitely changed over the years. It was a new experience for me and I did enjoy it.
School Faction
My first school faction I joined was a librarian. The most boring part in my opinion. I was accepted on August 1st, 2022 and was with the faction for several months. Now I’m sure the faction has changed some stuff to make librarians be more engaging. It was an interesting experience especially being from the perspective of school faculty with students.
Journalism Club
I’ve been with the Journalism Club since March 29th, 2024 to present time. Not any different experience from the News Faction; the only thing that’s different is with the school and not the whole island.
Shop
I’m currently a store supervisor for Jaibatsume Cosmetology. I was accepted as one on April 26th, 2024. Being a store supervisor is a brand new experience for me and I’m still currently learning it.
Miscellaneous
Other roleplay experiences I’ve had are within families and past crime/gangrp I’ve dealt with. Other than that those are all the experiences I’ve had within roleplay.
What is your motivation for applying?
From looking at my past applications and from experiences with roleplay, I’ve already been in the EMS faction once. For the past several months my gut has been telling me to re-apply for the faction once again. One of the reasons I have motivation is to take my character into the next step of their life, the character I’m applying with. I've had them for over a year now and I now feel like it is time for them to enter another chapter of their life. Bringing this character into the faction will make more room for character development, more roleplay opportunities, and room for lore. The second reason I have motivation is simply to be in the medical faction of SRP. Last time I was in EMS I really enjoyed it though I had to cut my time short due to me starting my first year as a University student. With a year going by in University, I know that I can make time for this faction due to me knowing what I’ll expect in school. The last thing that gave me more motivation was watching Grey’s Anatomy don’t laugh at me. The show is great and all but this boosted my motivation to come and apply for this faction.
Which role are you applying for?
(Doctor or Psychiatrist)
Doctor
What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
I have plenty of knowledge of the roles I learned about during my pastime in the faction.
Hospital Hierarchy
Director
The overseer of the faction. They are the big boss of all employees. Duties include: watching every employee to make sure they’re doing their job correctly, handing out paychecks, giving out promotions, checking applications, making changes to hospital protocols, and much more.
Clinical Manager
The right hand man of the director. They helped partake in duties and tasks the director gives them. Such as problems or taking any necessary actions if needed. The Clinical Manager is to make sure the hospital staff and the hospital is stable if the director is not in attendance.
Doctors
They are the biggest and most important roles within the hospital. They help tend wounds, perform surgeries, take x-rays, and many other duties a surgeon would perform. They are one of the key roles when it comes to saving lives.
Psychiatrists
These are the second most important roles within the hospital. The psychiatry department is where one would go when it came to therapy, physical therapy, mental health concerns, and prescriptions. Psychiatrists evaluated monthly EMS and KPD sessions for checking in on mental health.
Paramedic
The newest addition to the hospital. The duties of paramedics is going out of the hospital to go to on site emergencies. This can mean if someone is injured badly and can’t get to the hospital or if there is a serious emergency where KPD needs paramedics.
Veterinarian
The second newest addition to the hospital. A vets duty is to take care of the animal wildlife and for pet owners. Those who are vets have a passion for taking care of animals and want to give them the best possible care.
Trainee
These are the newest members of the hospital, whether they are a doctor or a psychiatrist. They will undergo training for two weeks and then be tested on what they learned. If they pass their tests they will become either a doctor or psychiatrist resident. They also have the option to tell the director if they are interested in becoming a paramedic or a veterinarian.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished?
Yes, I understand.

The contrast between her face and hazel eyes creates a mesmerizing effect, giving her an exotic allure that is impossible to ignore. Her statuesque figure is accentuated by tasteful attire. If you took a closer look one may notice the many scars she has across her body. One would be over her stomach, one across the palm of her left hand, one above her left eyebrow, and one on her lower abdomen. On her left arm it’d resemble a tiger tattoo symbolizing Yin and Yang - this was done due to the promise she made with her sister.
Tsubaki holds the rare personality type known as INFJ with its given nickname the Advocate. Early Life
Tsubaki was born in Chiba, Japan. . .
It seemed like the rest was ripped off. . .
Present Time
Tsubaki now lives in Karakura with her loving family members. Currently she has a PhD degree at the college she’s studying at. Her major is psychology with a concentration in criminology and criminal justice. The past several years, Tsubaki always told herself she would not become like her mother. She was a surgeon at her hometown hospital. However, Tsubaki came to realize she wouldn’t become her mother because she was Tsubaki not her mother. This came to the biggest decision of Tsubaki’s life: was she ready to head into the medical field? Months went by holding a hesitancy to apply to the Karakura Hospital. After talking to a family friend, it gave Tsubaki hope and she applied to the Karakura Hospital. She was now working on her M.D and was hoping to get accepted by the director. The family name was known to follow in the medical field and law field. However, the medical field ran through the family much more than the law field. Not only would Tsubaki make a change to Karakura but also make a name for herself and the family name. The past several years Tsubaki was always at her lowest due to family issues and issues of her own, she was never confident in herself. That soon changed after dealing with her issues. Pride and confidence ran through Tsubaki, she was ready to take on this new milestone. This new chapter of her life. Honestly, Tsubaki never thought she’d make it this far in life. The many encounters of dangers she escaped. The damage that was done to her. With her family by her side for support, this made Tsubaki become stronger mentally. This was only the beginning for Tsubaki.
