Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: Yes, I have been twice. Once for ERP, and one for Toxicity. However, They were quite a while ago and I have truley changed since then. I am also sorry for my actions.
Describe your activity on the server & on the forums?: My activity on the server is honestly a lot. I play every day and for hours a day. Meaning I can easily reach 8 hours a month, Most likely in a few days actually. However, I am lacking when it comes to the fourms. Minus my applications and requests, I am not active on the fourms. I want to try change that but for the time being I am not active on the fourms.

In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: Teaching assistants are to help out in classroom whilst the main teacher teaches. They are to hand out work sheets, make sure no one is being silly, and assist students who have their hand up or need help while the main teacher continues teaching,
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?: Yes, I do. And I would expect nothing less. A job is ICly and as such you can be fired ICly.
Do you understand how to seriously roleplay?:
I do, admittidly I have been rather silly at times during my year ish time on the server. However, if I have a serious role such as an adult, I am more than able to (And more than willing to) be serious, and act as such in roleplay.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I have quite a lot of experience in Roleplay ,however most of my experience is on School RP. I have a lot of experience in GangRP, From P2L (Witch I find myself being good at) to normal GangRP. I have also had a lot of experience on the server as a whole and know how everything works, plus I know the map very good so if an event was taking place I could find the place in question with relative ease.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I would calmly tell the student to stop using inapropriate language, and would give them a warning. If they continued I would call for a teacher to sort them out, as they have higher authority in this matter and can deal with it better than I would most likely be able to.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: I would first talk to ask if it's needed, and it depends if it's legal or not. For example if he asked me to do a job that is illegal and hazardous, I would call the police on him/her. However, if it was legal, I would do it. Seeing how it was my job. But I would first ask if there was someone more qualified to do it, seeing as I will most likely not have a lot of experience with whatever he is asking me to do.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would not warn them first, Seeing how they are employee's and they are not students. They are always to act mature, sensible and professional. Doing something very dangerous would cause me to report it to the principal or Vice principals. If I told them to stop first, there is nothing stopping them from continuing to do it when no one is looking. It is better to be safe than sorry, and the logical thing to do is to inform their superior and allow them to dish out whatever they feel is needed.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?: Whilst in the breakroom, Liam acts mature. While he will be more laid back, he is still in school and as such will remain professional at all times. He may engage in a bit more 'Chat' than on duty, however while he is in school grounds, and while school is still in session, he will not be immature and silly.

/me He'd take a pile of sheets from the teacher, and began walking around the classroom, handing it out to each student carefully with a joyful smile on his face.

Backstory
In his childhood, Liam grew up on the border of Germany and Luxembourg. He borrn to two German parents, however his roots traced into the Geographical area of Luxembourg aswell, He was a bright student, getting top of his class in some subjects, mostly history and Geography, whilst failing miserably at mathatmatics. In his later childhood, Liam was diagnosed with Aspergers syndrome, effecting his already dire social life. Liam got bullied, for his grades and his diagnosis. Eventually when he reached the age of 14 he had enough. His parents were convinced by him to allow him to transfer to a small High School in Hiroshima under the disguise of a better learning enviroment. The truth is Liam hated everything about his previous school, the teachers were loud and mean, They didn't care about their students; Only their next pay check. As Liam went through school he found this to be a big issue and deceided he wanted to become a College Professor to make sure the higher level of education was able to prepare people fully.
When he grew up, upon eaching the age of 19, He moved to Karakura, Enrolling in the Community College. To begin with Liam didn't know a lot of people, he was living in the apartment of his brother's friend who was in prision. He eventually started dating someone, however that fell through. Liam put his all into his studies, and gave it all he could. Eventually he graduated and spent several months taking part time jobs, with some academic jobs here and there, Eventually in search of a stable income he returned home after around a year, applying to join Karakura High School as a teaching Assistant.
Motivation for Joining KHS: My motivation for joining Karakura High School is because I want to be able to assist children in their learning. My goal is to help as many children as possible in order to convince them to go off to college. I have seen an astonishing ammount of people who leave education after High School, and It sickens me to think this is what our society has come to. My goal is to help children through their academic carrear in order to convince them to pursue more academic jobs, and possibly go off to Karakura college. I also want to give back to the community that has helped me out for so long, witch is why I wish to join KHS, As a show of thanks. I have many other reasons, However these two are my main reasons.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I can assure your utmost satasfaction with my work, Seeing how I will under no circumstances let you down. I will work hard like I do with any role, and I will give it my utmost effort. I also have very strong connections with Karakura High School, and I have every reason to do my best to see it thrive. I wish for nothing more than utmost prosperity for every single student in both college and KHS, And I'm willing to assist each and every one to make that wish come true.I can promise you that I will not let you down, and ask that you give me this chance.
