I disagree with this personally. Not because it’s a bad idea, but it takes away different ways people roleplay and what they find enjoyable on the server. Trap houses are a very real thing, and them being present on the server makes sense, considering the amount of people who gangrp. Not to mention, just cause it’s a ‘trap house’ doesn’t mean people don’t live there! It also establishes a place where criminals can feel safe, overall not a bad suggestion just not one that would be easily regulated or overall mutually enjoyed.

-1 however:
There should be housing rules added regarding this; an example being how you can't hide chests behind blocks. Monitoring and straight up banning people from buying houses wouldn't be productive. Add a rule where housing should be realistic and shouldn't be used for building mazes, etc. I like my fair share of secret rooms (like mine, where the shelves can be used for a staircase), so don't go too strict please q.q
