Describe your activity on the server: I am a person with quite a lot of time on my hands! - But with that also comes the fact I wish to have something to do every so often! - Under here I made a table representing most of my free time. In which most of the time I am free or on some occasions write, play D&D, or more mundane tasks around the house or with family-! Sometimes using my weekend to visit my grandparents! But in the end, I would refer to myself as an active individual. Weekly Availability:

Are you aware that inactivity can result in removal from the council?: Yes, I am aware that my inactivity may result in my removal from Council. ![]() What is the student council and what do they do?: The student council is one of the many factions occupying and managing the overall students of Karakura High School and College. - Though, unlike the majority of factions, it is unique due to the fact that students remain students, not assuming a job or a new tag, but rather claiming the suffix of council in their current tag, as if taking part in a sports team, not being paid, and being, mostly, volunteer work. As for what they do, the school council is responsible for managing Karakura's students while on school premises, arranging school events along with the faculty, ensuring student safety and answering questions or helping a student in need when asked for aid or assistance. What motivated you to apply for council? (e.g. Interests, friends, etc.): My motivation to apply for the student council comes from a large list of reasons and interests, so I will be noting down just a couple of these for the time being! - One of the first motivations I hold is referring to the friendliness of the faction itself. Taking my time spent in this faction previously, I wish to rejoin it so as to once again be close to friends I've made! - As for my other reasons of wishing to join the council, they stand as such. Its uniqueness! The council has the unique fact that people retain their college or grade tags while being a part of this faction. - Allowing me to develop my character further without being forced to age him up, or do some kind of timeskip just to join it, while being a present development on its own. - Council as a faction has the charm of a character retaining the features of a normal college student or high schooler without forcing them to mature instantly, simply being a show of responsibility from their side, rather than claiming an entire job. Are you aware that you’ll be having to use your creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council? (e.g. Coming up and helping with events): Yes! I am aware my creativity will be put to the test while on the student council. - It is one of the reasons I wish to join once again, being a poet with a love for creative writing, the writing of events, and even the writing of small little things. - I have quite a number of ideas kept for myself, and I wish to also share with the council when I am able! - As for teamwork ethic. - I believe myself to be a friendly and talkative person. In the end, I always like working along with someone rather than alone, a second opinion can go quite a long way! Can you list the roles in the council along with other roles that might be important to the council?: The number of roles within the school council is not that big. - But the ones important to them are! I have taken the information and attached a table below holding the information I believe to be important! ₊˚ ✧ ━━━━⊱Student Council⊰━━ ✧ ₊˚

![]() While students gather for a school assembly, one student behaves disruptively, causing a disturbance. How would you manage the situation to restore order effectively while minimizing any additional disruptions to the assembly? Nathen's hand moved lightly in front of himself, landing lightly on the table as he listened to the question, tilting his head lightly! "Ah. . Well, some time ago, I would have probably answered differently. - But with experience, I can say the following." The man spoke, straightening his back before continuing on. "Disruptive students often wish to test the limits of the Councillor or Faculty in question. - At the start, I believe it is best to give a warning, ignore them for a small window of time. - If it continues? Another, more serious one, everyone deserves a second chance!" He spoke, offering one light smile as he went on, twirling his fingers around a pen. "Third time's the charm, and that for the warner in question-! Detention is on the table, any continuation lands them with a threat of an SLT report, moving on to actually making one." Nathen explained, leaning back into the provided chair, watching the one questioning him lightly, smiling! "The main part is the fact you need to be subtle about it-! Whisper, speak lightly, aim an indirect observation at them. Let them know you have an eye on them, and most would stop. - Unless they want issues with their parents and faculty at large at is!" The man added at the end, tilting his head back straight, seemingly, he finished talking, adding one quick line. "In the end, their own behaviour is their responsibility. - I cannot help them fix what they do not wish fixed, force fixes nothing." A student refuses to take their mask off after you’ve brought up detention and they’ve run away! What do you do? His head tilted as he listened to the next question. This one brought back quite the memories, did it not? - Moving his head, he offered one light chuckle! "The masks! - Oh, how I remember this. . . - Well, running after them is useless. - Scream as many warnings as your lungs can, simply. - They won't stop." The male explained, after all, he was speaking with practised experience, he had quite a few altercations with masked individuals on school grounds. "Well, I've been taught one thing by a faculty member. - You see them once. - They take it off when you ask? - Let them leave, give them that try. - As for the runners? A completely different mess-!" Nathen explained, flipping a coin around his fingers. "Most run in predictable directions. - Two times, I managed to run ahead and wait for them. - Butttt, ineffective, they won't stop. - So, often I tend to warn fellow Councillors and Faculty, see if their clothing is recognisable and the such. - If I find them? - A report will be made, they are annoying." He spoke, finally finishing his little speech of an answer-! Leaning forward against the desk lightly. A teacher observes concerning behavior from a student, including the creation of disturbing artwork and verbal threats toward peers. How would you collaborate with the teacher to evaluate the situation and intervene appropriately to address potential safety concerns? Nathen moving his hand lightly, tapping his finger right onto the table, seemingly in a moment of thinking-! After all, while this was a question, he had never handled such a situation before, apart from just theoretical exercises. "Well, this is one of those clear. . . How do I call them. . " He raised his fingers in the air, making some air quotes. " 'Troublemakers'. . These are some people who are different compared to the usual ones. - These issues are clearly something deeper, rather than the wish to stir trouble. - Difficult to handle, I have not handled any case like this while on council. - But, I am a psychology student in the end-!" The male explained, crossing his arms, simply beginning to speak once more. "A teacher and a councillor cannot handle such on their own. - But thankfully, the Counselor's can! - Evaluating the situation matters on the image of the individual. . . How were they before? - Do they have a history or the like? - But most of the time, ending with the request of a Counsellor. - The safety concerns are the other students being victims of both physical and mental bullying, or even being attacked. - The Counsellor may advance the issue towards a Psychologist or The******, so that the child may get the proper help and in the end. - Learn to control themselves, or fix the issues they have at the time." Nathen spoke, ending his speech, this time simply remaining silent. A group of students asks for your permission to stage a protest on school grounds. Would you allow them to protest? If so, how do you ensure that the protest does not disrupt the school environment while upholding their freedom of expression? "A protest-! How wonderful. . ." Nathen spoke, giving a small sigh, clasping his hands together, simply, giving a flicker of his ears! "Well, I hardly believe I can provide such permission-! So I would direct them towards SLT-! - Buttt, I'm assuming the answer you wish is if I could give them such permission. . ." He said, giving a small smile! "Depending on the topic, I would deny or allow it. - Why? - The topic can dictate whether a protest will remain friendly or risk the aggression of fellow students or even faculty and council members themselves. - No protest to remove detention, no protest to allow climbing things. - Safety is a priority." The male explained, cracking his knuckles lightly! Making just a small sound. "A protest has certain rules to not cause disruptions, they can have banners, all they wish. But the speeches must remain friendly, and the place must either be somewhere in a corner, so as not to occupy the halls. Or on the sides, as to allow people to walk in and out. - That is a proper protest, friendly communication, and no aggression!" Nathen moved his hands to his sides, finishing his little speech, quite a controversial topic it was! A teacher/receptionist has told you that you are doing something that goes against what you were trained by your higher-ups. How would you react to this? "Now this one I have experienced-! Just a bit! - Soo! - Oftentimes, what Faculty knows could be word of mouth, or using guides that have grown old. . ." The man explained, placing his hands on the table. "Personally, I will take every word my higher up or trainer says above what faculty says unless there is recent proof of a change or confirmation by a member of the Leadership Team." Nathen said! Quite prideful in the end. "I believe them to know better than a normal faculty. - After all, we are unique! - So, they would have to talk with them, not me, in such contexts. And I am welcome to stand corrected!" Please provide at least one detailed event that the council can use as a future event to showcase your creativity! (Must be 300 words or more for one event): A smile covered Nathen's lips! "Ah-! Correct, I have made one folder in regards of this-! Holding one of the planned events I have! A moment-!" He spoke, taking his bag off the table, taking out a small document folder, placing it right in front of them, and opening it! Revealing its contents! ⋆ ˚。⋆୨ The Blooming Festival ୧⋆ ˚。⋆ TLDR; A festival related to the selling of flowers at the start of spring or summer, whether for them to be gifts for the ones you love, or planted and grown, along with a multitude of events regarding Gardening! NO.1 A scenic play created by the student council, or a scenic play taken and adapted, replacing the characters with flowers fitting their personalities instead of human beings! This scene will be short, not too long, and held at the start of the event, to be played swiftly and announcing the start of the Festival, starting the second stage of the event! NO.2 As the scenic play ends, the shops open and come into effect, selling books regarding gardening and potted flowers, which students may buy and grow at home following the guide, hopefully becoming a blooming rose bush by next year! - A few minutes after the shops open, so as to give some people time to buy different flowers, a few mini games spread around the area of the GYM, Track and Baseball Field open! - Along with a few areas where people may go to have their photos taken, ending up in a document at the end of the event. - These are numbered as NO.3 and NO.4 in the order of their presentation. NO.3 Mini games! These are games planned by the Faculty and Council together, ranging from your ability to dig up a flower, rewarding you with it, to having a flower fact with someone about different special features of flowers! - These mini games will have as rewards different types of flowers, and a book holding a drawing of the respective flower you have won! - They will encourage people to learn actively while also having fun in the process. NO.4 Photoshots! Around the area, there will be green zones. These zones will have a pre-built small garden with different types of flowers and backgrounds, encouraging people to go and take part, resulting in a long-lasting memory even after the end of the festival, leaving an impression on every student who partook in it! NO.5 The outfit show off! - We all know Karakura's students have quite a large number of passionate tailors! At the end of the event, using a sign up sheet that was sent along with the announcement of the event, students may show off their clothes, of course, these will have to follow the theme! Flowers! More and more! Requirements; NO.1 A first requirement for the hosting of this event is a large number of volunteers. Ranging from Faculty to Councillors! NO.2 A second requirement for the hosting of this event is a partnership with the shops that sell flowers, as to obtain a large amount of them, and for them to occupy stalls within the area of the Festival! NO.3 A third requirement for the hosting of this event is dedication! - Like all school events, for them to be honest, this requires the dedication of all involved teams, and the SLT for approval and management! Name: "My name is Nathen Tachits-Kijima. As for my nicknames, people often refer to me as Fox, Nathen, Tris or Foxy. I love them all, so take your pick!" He spoke, giving a simple large smile! Gender: "Ah-! I am a male-! Though I often seem slightly feminine or sometimes wear skirts-" Nathen spoke, covering his face lightly with his wrist. Giving a small, embarrassed sigh. Age: "I am twenty years of age-! No more, No less!" Phone number: "Uhh. . . My number-!" Nathen took out his phone, looking swiftlie through it! Before writing it on the piece of paper, passing it over! "(030)-371-1925" How would you describe your personality?: "My Personality-? Ah. . " The male seemingly took a second, tapping his finger onto the table. "I am quite the individual, personally, I believe to get along easily with most. . . Rational people, though such is quite rare in Karakura-!" He spoke, giving a light chuckle. "I tend to observe a lot, I love watching how people act, from a psychological point of view! Being my passion, and will be for longgg-!" The male spoke, giving quite a cheerful smile! "I have dedication! And a LOTTT of it! - But I often dislike being the one to give up. I believe a strong point of my personality is trying. Trying again and again until you master it, or simply planning ahead so much until you are sure that you've mastered that certain topic! - I trust hardly anyone, but in the end, I treat others formally, unless they treat me badly. - So to the point! My personality is peculiar. I would describe myself as a smart individual, perhaps, rarely, emotionally unavailable. Sooo! A good councillor, I'd say! Not for emotional conflicts though. . ." Appearance/attire (Please provide a picture): [Credits to Oceanfairy for the art!] ![]() ![]() What separates you from other applicants seeking your position?: "Hmm! - I believe it is my peculiar personality and behaviour." Nathen spoke, leaning back against the chair as he thought about his words. In the end, he wished to be accurate! "I tend to be perceptive, and I believe my past time as a Councillor did show that! - I love spending time doing things-! So I dedicate a lot of time patrolling, watching people, spotting arguments, and also splitting people-! The number of times I had to tell people to go different ways is insane. " The man spoke, giving a small light huff! Clasping his hands together. "I simply believe a Unique group, like the council, would have a lot to benefit from a unique personality! Bringing a new wave of ideas and points of view for others to see, understand, and perhaps, mutual improvement!" Nathen spoke, offering a sweet smile as he finished his speech. Why do you want this position?: "I want this position to be closer to some of my friends-! While also working to keep the school safe! - Karakura's delinquency rates are big. . . And I mean very, very, big. - I have seen the amount of work a councillor must place into this during school hours, and experienced this first-hand. - Most of the time, ending up judged by the students for not 'siding' with them." Nathen explained, leaning forward. "In the end, I want this position because I love managing the students, I love knowing I can make a difference in keeping the school safe! Just as it should be. No one should be scared of stepping around on school grounds due to thugs and jocks running around!" The man spoke, crossing his arms. What interests you the most about student council?: "My interests in the council run around the job-like experience it can provide. - The things they do around the school can teach an individual within it quite a few things! - While also expanding their knowledge on how the human mind works. - As someone who is passionate about psychology. I wish to learn how. . . Or, well, why, people act the way they do, jocks, thugs, why do they target the ones who can't fight back? Or those that target the ones that do fight back, simply seeking to cause altercations." Nathen spoke, explaining his interests, giving a light smile! What could you contribute to make the school a safe and fun environment?: "Time. - The time of a councillor makes the school safer. - The time of a councillor can cause events to happen, ideas to be shared. - And to be put bluntly. - I can do that!" The man said, tilting his head. "I can keep the school safe, patrol, get rid of the bullies or split people apart. - And in the same way I can share ideas, help with events, and simply help people that require it, causing the school to not only be safe, and fun. - But also be somewhere people dont wish to just end in a few hours and leave." Nathen placed his hands on the table! "So, that is why I am here, wishing to do just that!" |
