Describe your activity on the server:
When it comes to my activity on the server it really varies. Currently I’m on the highschool swim team and on the highschool student council. Majority of the time I’m seen on my swim account, which is the account name Darketru, hanging out with my fellow teammates or engaging with other players. There are also times where I’m seen on my student council character, which falls under the account Darkehtru, usually I’m helping around the school or just on that account because I want to. Now if we are to talk how many hours I’m on the server that actually really does depend. It changes every day due to me having a job outside of the server. If I were to give an estimate, without no inactivity logs in, it’d be around maybe 2-3 hours a day if I’m not exhausted from work. I’m not going to sugarcoat this but recently I have fallen into a demotivating state that leads to me not logging on as much. I’m hoping I can get my motivation back up and going to enjoy the server, especially if I’m accepted into the faction.

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
Throughout the years I’ve been on this server I’ve gained much experience with roleplaying.
Roleplaying in general with other players is one experience that everyone has got. However on a deeper level of roleplaying, I’ve been in multiple factions throughout my journey.
Those factions include, news faction, EMS, government, school employee, student council, college and highschool sports. Other smaller groups would be families, school clubs, gangs, and an employee at shops.
Currently as I mentioned above I’m on the HS Swim team. I joined the team back in November of 2024 and I’ve enjoyed it so much. Throughout my time being on this team I was recognized as the team event planner by our captain due to my amazing event brainstorming skills. I was fortunate enough to attend my first sports day event as a sports member this year. I’m looking forward to attending my first tournament when the time comes.
I’m also in the student council I joined about 3 months ago. I’ve helped them plan the valentines dance, and the school sleepover. Not only do I help come up with events but I also enjoy being around the other councillors when we’re all available and hanging out. Even if it means accidentally summoning a spirit and getting the president a concussion, whoops.
Overall, it’s safe to say that I do have roleplay experience.
What is your motivation for applying?
I could say this over and over again, I miss this faction. Yes, that's a simple and straightforward answer and I know the HU team would love to hear more about why I’m motivated to apply again. So I will do my best to give that.
2023 was the year I got accepted into the hospital faction. This was right before I graduated from highschool and was bouncing straight into college. However, during my time within the faction, even if it was short, I enjoyed every moment I had in it. Whether it was from my first stressful moment of a whole team bombarding the building that needed immediate attention to wearing silly duck floaties in the pool and hearing the stories of an EMS member drowning in it because they don’t know how to swim. It was fun creating those memories in the faction at the time. I wanted to stay in the faction much longer but after 3 months I had to take my leave. I was entering my first year at university and I was super stressed and anxious about it all. My mental health was declining and knowing if I stayed in the faction it would drain me and burn me mentally on top of schooling. School was my priority during this time and it’s why my decision to leave was made. I already knew when I sent in my resignation that I would want to come back to this faction. Not just because I miss it, but because my time was cut short due to IRL matters. I want to come back and be in the faction long term and experience things I didn’t get to last time.

What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
(This is to gauge at your current understanding of the faction prior to acceptance)
The hospital hierarchy follows:
Hospital Director
The big boss and overseer of the whole faction. They are responsible to make sure everything maintains in line and flows smoothly within the hospital. They are responsible interviewing applicants, giving out promotions, handing out paychecks, and overall providing a supportive and professional environment.
Paramedics
This department is for those who love going out of the hospital to help those on scene. You cannot apply for this specific position; instead you can tell your trainer or the HU in your department after training that you have an interest in this department.
Doctors
This department is for those who want to perform basic physical exams, checkups, and extensive surgeries. This department has a variety of duties and responsibilities that are performed. Doctors are nurses and surgeons at the same time and require a lot of understanding and training to perform the duties they must complete.
Psychiatrists
This department is for those who are interested in helping patients on the more mentality side. They also help prescribe medications and equipment to patients when needed. Psychiatrists also provide therapy sessions for people who need it. I’ve never been a psychiatrist so I don’t know too much about this specific department.
Every applicant that’s accepted into the faction will either start as a psychiatrist trainee or a doctor trainee. After they successfully pass their exam they will be recognized as a resident and have other opportunities in the future to climb up the ranks.

Yes, I understand that if training is being hosted while I’m online and I don’t attend then consequences will happen.

I currently have a PhD in psychology and criminology. I know probably not the best major for someone who wants to be a doctor but I will make it work. I'm currently working on my degree of medicine at this time.

I’m Japanese. I was born in the outskirts of Tokyo in a city called Chiba.
Character’s Marital Status:
I’m in a relationship with someone who I care about very much.
Character’s Religious Denomination:
I don’t follow any religion. You could say I’m just a free will.
Character’s Spoken Languages:
I’m fluent in my native tongue which is Japanese.
Character Backstory (Optional):
Majority of my childhood and backstory is complicated. Let’s just leave it at the fact that it contains much trauma that I don’t feel comfortable putting on paper.
What I can say is I’m standing here and very much alive. I’ve climbed through those tough times and went to pursue my education and get my PhD. My family is proud of me and who I’ve become. I also want to mention I wanted to become a detective but that changed due to an unfortunate event that happened during my internship at the Tokyo Police Department. I can save lives another way and that’s taking this pathway.
SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?

My chosen speciality is pediatrics. Growing up in an unstable household I was put through much trauma. As I reached an age mature enough to understand what was going on I realized what I went through was wrong. It was even more difficult to go through it all alone for half of my childhood. I don’t want any teenager or even young adults to go through anything alone. I want to help those who are in trouble and treat anything they might have suffered from. Whether it’s big or small no child and young adults should feel alone and be afraid to ask for help. I want to make them feel happy and comfortable and knowing they’re in safe hands with the care I’ll give them.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
Not exactly. After I recovered from my injury that happened at my internship with TPD. I decided to go back to school and work on getting my degree in medicine. I’m still currently working on it. However, I had the opportunity to go to a medical institution in Tokyo for a couple of months to observe. I got to see how they worked and what duties they performed. This also led to me deciding that I wanted to specialize in pediatrics.
If I am to get accepted to the Karakura Hospital this will be my first residency experience and one step further to learning the pediatric field.
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
This is the description I have set for her:
Tsubaki Watanabe, is a Japanese girl with a captivating presence that immediately draws one's eyes. She possesses an air of confidence and elegance that commands attention. Her luscious blonde hair cascaded down her back in waves of golden silk. The contrast between her face and her hazel eyes creates a mesmerizing effect, giving her an exotic allure that is impossible to ignore. Her statuesque figure is accentuated by tasteful attire.
What makes Tsubaki unique is not giving up completely when she was down in a deep hole multiple times throughout her life in difficult situations.
How does your character act around the hospital?
Tsubaki would act very professionally on duty and mature. She wouldn’t come off mean or rude. Instead she’d be seen as an approachable doctor who is willing to help a patient or a coworker out if needed. If any emergencies are occurring Tsubaki won’t hesitate to help out and get to work knowing a life is on the line.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Tsubaki comes off as an introvert and lies on the INFJ level. She’d oftenly function better on her own however she won’t refuse to work with others. She knows this is a team effort job and requires communication with peers.

I do want to give a heads up that if I am to get accepted, I will be going on vacation starting May 20th-27 and won't have my PC.
