Describe your activity on the server:
I've been playing SRP since the end of 2021 and have always been available at times even when there weren't many players on the server. I'm the only one of my old SRP friends who's left over from the years I've been on the server and how much has happened. However, I'm available every day and spend my time in SRP on working days, mostly in the evening until night. On days off like Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, I often have the whole day. I go to work, which reduces my time, but I've always had free time. At the moment, I generally play on the server to find new friends or interact with other players to have a better experience on this server and to have fun doing it even after a few years. Every now and then, small events happen that are unexpectedly created by the SRP staff, which even amaze me that something like this happens at all. Easy to say, I have been continuously active since 2021 and will continue to celebrate the server with the roleplay experience in the server.

Yes I was banned once, 11th Nov. 2023, Harrasment.

Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
Yes, I have been aware of it for a long time and if this happens then of course I will be able to understand it. Yes, I agree that if I am demoted I will have to accept it acknowledging it.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
The job of the school nurse is not just to put ice packs on bumps on heads after physical altercations, but to provide first aid in the most urgent or easily understandable cases, no matter how simple or how serious something might be, nurses are tasked with providing medical safety and care to students and school staff to make sure that everything can happen without harm. If a student has suffered physical injury or even mental injury, school nurses should be by their side and ensure that first aid is administered, to make sure how the student is doing or if there is still pain anywhere, how it could have happened that the physical injury occurred or why it happened. This is where the nurses ask the W questions as if it were the case in a hospital. School nurses also look after sick students or drunks. For example, they take the sick person's body temperature, and wait and see if they are drunk and make sure that the drunk person doesn't do anything stupid that could harm not only themselves but others. Nurses can also carry out their work outside the sick room if a report has been submitted that someone has been injured, for example. It is mandatory that they rush to the scene of the accident and provide first aid on the spot, regardless of whether the injury is minor or severe. They are so-called "guardian angels of students" because they are always ready to help in any way they can. Another advantage of nurses is not only their healing skills, but also their communication and understanding of different types of people. They can help with mental problems, can provide rules and solutions and ensure that even suffering has no chance of further ruining someone's mood. They also offer rewards when those affected, for example those who have recently had a case of pain, or other things like small snacks or something to drink, almost a small canteen for the sick, which also improves their reputation so that nobody is afraid of nurses, as they can also be nice people and kindness is important in every nurse. They make sure that materials such as plasters, a first aid kit, etc. are available, if there are none in an emergency it would be a critical failure, which cannot give a clear conscience and the school nurses have to improvise, which also requires experience. Experience is also important for the nurse's work, without it things could easily go wrong. In this context, a school faculty nurse is the hardest job in the school, but it is extensive and special in nature compared to other school staff positions.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I personally took part in many roleplay servers but SRP is my first since the end of 2021 when I started playing PC. Those were the times when I learned to understand and use actions and interactions properly in order to be able to interact very well with others. Because I am not American or British myself, I am German and roleplaying in English helped me to practice my English language skills better. Nowadays, that's no longer a problem. I have most of my experience from SchoolRP itself and am very satisfied with the experiences, whether it's about fighting in gangs, P2L fights, detailed actions or understanding the logic of players. I have no problems these days, it's not just SRP that gave me variety, but also, as I said, other servers in which I had to follow other roles and rules, which helped me to understand what it's like to play a completely different person in this server with other stories that you create yourself. I know how to behave with different characters or how to play my own characters. The certainty that it is not just a normal Minecraft server, but one where you act as if you were actually living there, I've had this feeling since the beginning of SRP when I joined. I've also worked in shops in SRP often enough, even in the KHS and other things, tried to start ICly families and wanted to make myself a bit more famous than just a normal person who likes to play one character or another. I just wanted to have fun with everyone and that's what I got. Now days I'm still trying to find out more about how things work, but I usually make progress without explanations, because a lot of things can be taken for granted. I took part in the biggest SRP events, but mostly in GangRP as a verified member or as a solo fighter, and I've also lost characters in dramatic situations that turned out to be really risky. Like with that other person, there were also some mistakes like FailRP but that was often fixable even though I had to develop myself into it.

Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
This is the third time that I have wanted to play School Faculty Nurse again, but like everyone else, there will always be a last time. I would like to experience something I experienced a long time ago and relive old times. I have the right experience, I just want to make new friends and have fun having a role that keeps me motivated and that I can find myself in unexpected situations as they arise and I have to watch how things change. I had fun playing a nurse before and I want to show that I really want to use my time to create new activities. These are personal reasons, but I also want to share the experience with another person who I have known for a long time and will wait until they are also accepted into the KHS.

Situations

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
In Sanuka's opinion, it would be less helpful to become overwhelming and instead approach the situation calmly in order to avoid possible escalations or a relapse into verbal abuse. She would first of all focus on who she was actually dealing with; it doesn't matter to her whether this person insults her in various ways or shows disrespect; if it were a known case of this, there would also be less chance for the problem-maker to get out of detention with fewer warnings. She would try to approach this person gently and get them to stop this bad behavior. In simple words without warning, but if that doesn't work and the student keeps making failed attempts to behave and apologize, the warnings will increase to 3. The classic strategy that Sanuka uses to get students to stop even if there are more than 3 warnings, which means that she gives a badge for after-school detention if the student continues to misbehave and doesn't stop. In the worst case scenario, she would ask the student to be put in the detention room during school time so that the student stays there and doesn't show any more misbehavior. She would issue a report and check the student's record, how many suspensions, detentions or classes. An SLT would also be contacted in an emergency, especially if the situation continues to escalate.

You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Sanuka would simply hop in between the two hostile parties without nervousness or hesitation and move in between them so that none of the people in the area get hurt further. If there were to be a uprising, she would cheekily ask bystanders to leave the area, otherwise she would issue warnings until an emergency situation arose. As soon as she found herself between the two hostile parties, she would immediately clarify the situation so that no one continued to fight or argue. If she succeeds, she would probably give both of them a detention ticket and go with both students to the nurses office, keeping a good distance between them, to treat both of them if possible. With supervision so that no one comes to any further harm, she would release both of them after both students have been treated, depending on the route, so that both parties do not meet again. If the same thing happens, she would rather keep both people in the room under guard so that nothing happens outside where she cannot see it. If the situation continues to escalate from the beginning, where Sanuka is standing between the two parties, she would immediately submit a report to the support of other school staff to de-escalate the situation. If possible, an SLT will also be called.

Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
If this were to happen to Sanuka, she would first find out what the situation is, whether it could be or already is dangerous. If necessary, she would intervene to prevent escalation. She would first try to tell the school employee to stop before something bad or negative happens. In doing so, she would be prepared to administer first aid herself or do anything else that could come into play. If she could not persuade the school employee to stop, she would first make a report on the radio that a critical situation could arise, possibly as a call for help so that other employees could come to support and provide assistance if something were to happen. If this does not work and no one else comes, or it is too late, she would physically try to lead the employee out of the situation. In the worst case, Sanuka would call the police, which would be the case in an absolute emergency so that no other school employees are injured or anything else.

When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Sanuka was previously very respectful and did not contradict, calmer than ever before. She would say hello now and then, but would spend most of her time in the nurse's office. If you spoke to her, she would be quite polite and would also like to have a short conversation, as she likes interactions to be non-retroactive. If she prefers to be alone she would ask politely with the right manners to be left alone to get some peace.

Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:

She would take two pairs of rubber gloves from the glove box and put them on one after the other in order. To be able to tackle the unexpected work, she took a medical kit with her containing bandages, bandage scissors, compresses, disinfectant and swabs. She left the small medical storage room and ventured her way to the injured student, who had a tear in his lower elbow. She placed the medical kit on the side of the bed on a small medicine cabinet where she opened the kit to take swabs with the alcoholic disinfectant. She sprayed a breeze on the swab and gently asked the student to hold his arm still in the air. "Okay, I will disinfect your wound now. I could need you to please keep still and remain calm since it might burn a little but you'll be fine after." And when the student held his arm in the air, the wound was more visible and daring, Sanuka began to gently swab the wound to disinfect and keep it clean. She put the used swabs in a sealable bag and sealed it. She took a compress to cover the wound and stuck it over the wound to cover it for now so that she could finish her work. She took a white bandage and wrapped it over the compress with the wound.

/me bent down to open the freezer to take a pack of ice before closing the fridge again, she wrapped a thin cloth in two layers around the ice pack so that all the cold wouldn't escape, she made her way straight back to the student and gently placed the wrapped ice pack on the bruised leg, it looked quite light, but she was sure it could have been worse. She made sure it didn't hurt too much with the pack on the student's leg, she continued to hold the pack with one hand. "Cooling should help, the pain will go away faster."

/me immediately rushed to the student, who was turning a little blue and was choking terribly. It was clear that he was choking. Sanuka positioned herself behind the student and pushed her arms between the student's hips while she formed a double fist with both hands and then, with pressure from the front and back, pressed the double fist against the diaphragm several times towards the lungs to build up pressure until the student was freed from choking and the piece in his lung.

Backstory
Sanuka Nishikawa with bright heterochromia eyes was born in 1993 in a large city in Japan to unnamed parents. Her birth came as a surprise for her parents, especially her mother who cried that her child was born a week earlier than expected. Despite the early delivery, Sanuka was born a perfectly healthy baby in the local city hospital. With her mother working as a doctor, Sanuka vaguely recalls her childhood and her mother’s presence, though her mother shares the countless memories of Sanuka causing trouble and the moments they shared together. As a child, Sanuka excitedly assisted her family in all activities, especially when it involved medical procedures. If her father caught a cold, she was the first at his side with plastic toys to “heal” him, and offered proper medicine (under the guidance of her mother) to treat him. Growing up in school, she cherished her classmates, some who unfortunately did not share the same affections. Sanuka excelled in her academics and to the classmates who enjoyed her presence, they would line up in a straight line with various injuries that she pretended to care for. With her mother’s job as a doctor, Sanuka always listened to her mother’s stories that would range from her times in college to an emergency with a patient that needed urgent care. Despite being greatly immersed in her mother’s line of work, Sanuka’s father greatly disapproved his wife’s stories as he believed Sanuka was far too young to listen to a story about a patient’s organs. Despite her mother going into horrific detail when it came to some cases, Sanuka was not bothered in the slightest, and listened to her mother intently. Around the time she entered high school, Sanuka’s father fell severely ill, and they moved closer to the school as Sanuka used to walk a long way. The move was for her father, her mother always said to young Sanuka, and despite being slightly upset about saying goodbye to her friends, she grieved more for her father and promised to be there for him. While in school, she spent her time researching all the material required to step into the medical field, finding the human skeleton the most interesting. After school, she rushed home and cared for her dad as best as she could while her mother worked to provide for the family. Following her father’s recovery and wanting to advance her career, Sanuka took on an internship and served as a temp at the hospital. She examined patients and thoroughly noted their medical history and medical issues. The doctors and nurses noted her resilience and she earned a good reputation amongst them. Now with her college career long gone, where she advanced her studies in medical science, she considers herself ready for a proper medical procedure and hopes to save many lives. The time had come for Sanuka to join the KHS, in 2022. The first time she was finally able to properly communicate with students and make a contribution to the topic of medicine for young people. So far, she was clearly successful with her family, which she founded. Sanuka was assigned to work as a nurse for a long time and did so with enthusiasm and motivation towards the person she met. She didn't think her coworkers were bad or negative, she always had work and she liked it, but there were often enough moments when it was critical for the health of others, when she herself had to call paramedics to save certain students after she had done her best to keep them alive. Tragic moments, however, did not always stop her. She works as if her dream had already come true. She knew for sure whether it was. She knew from the beginning that this work that she had been taught by her mother and even father would help her, "so mother, so daughter" was her saying, maybe she would even become better at work than her own mother and perhaps gain a sense of independence in the company of many people, which made Sanuka not afraid to show her strength in social situations.

Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
I have worked at the Karakura High School before and have gained a lot of experience from before, but I miss that time and I miss interacting with students that I used to really like. I want to be part of the high school nursing department again and experience what it was like to work here before. Because I know how much work it was before, I appreciate being able to give the staff a helping hand again and also teach them how to deal with injured students. I also missed the variety that I always had, which I enjoyed doing my best so that the person was happy with how I had helped. I want to experience all of those moments and times again and admit that I can do more than just be a simple nurse who would rather have something to do with students than with real patients in the hospital. I just feel like I am doing the right thing for these young people when it is my turn to use my skills.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I have the right experience and don't need an introduction to this work at the school. As I said, I have been a nurse at the school before and did my best. In my eyes, I have to revive this in order to do the best for every student and faculty, regardless of whether it is first aid or help from the faculty staff themselves. I think there should be more activity again and I am ready to do this in order to produce results that will make a difference. No matter what happens, I will fix it so that there can be a kind of origin of purity and friendliness, because without this everything would be the same and you would have to go through the same situations all the time. I personally want to change this so that opportunities are no longer important, but rather respectful consideration for other people, I always wanted to help people no matter what situation or action taken place, that is who I am.
