Describe your activity on the server:
I have been part of the entire SRP community since the end of 2021 and have not had any long complete exits where I allowed myself long breaks from the server. Personally, I go to work these days, which gives me a certain limit of free time from Monday to Friday, but I am usually completely free on holidays or weekends. I have been playing for quite a long time and am still very active since I am still finding ways to get to know new players and spread my fun together with other players by getting involved in new activities and thus writing new stories with others, which leads to good and bad memories. At the moment I mostly only play as a student, but I also want variety so that I don't keep doing the same things over and over again.
Have you ever been banned (If yes, when and why?):
Yes I was banned once for 12 days, 11th Nov. 2023 for Harrasment.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
Yes I do acknowledge that if I ever become inactive, I will simply be demoted.
School Employee Role you are applying for?:
School Faculty Nurse
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
The duties of a school nurse are divided into several areas, whether security, just medical help, or even caring for sick students. Starting with the workplace and the distribution of work with that nurse, it is almost a duty to always be ready on site and to communicate well mentally and physically with fellow nurses, whether it is an emergency or a minor case, it does not matter what kind, teamwork is also important. In addition to their workplace, the nurse's office, they also have a sickroom for the main tasks of the nurses, in which they can look after student after student, provide medical care, or even keep them in the room for safety in cases of drunk students so that no more stupid things can happen outside the sickroom. Nurses not only work in the same rooms but can also rush to an emergency or situation within the school to provide physical or mental first aid to students and school staff. In general, nurses must not take risks with others that could injure that person or harm them. In the worst case scenario, school nurses cannot intervene themselves and must call for backup from the hospital or police. Nurses must not take any dangerous situations seriously but must take these actions seriously and intervene as best as possible if necessary. Nurses have a duty to remove people from dangerous areas and to ensure safety, primarily for the safety of each person. It goes without saying that their job does not allow them to leave for long breaks as they are responsible for being ready at work if any needs need to be met, whether medical or safety-related. Equipment related they have a supply of bandages, disinfectants, proper first aid kits, a refrigerator for cooling packs and also healthy food and fresh water to provide the affected people in need of medical care.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
In general, even before SRP in 2021, I started playing role-playing games on the PlayStation Bedrock and Legacy edition with fewer people as my first role-playing game, building stories and recording experiences in my memory not only for nostalgia, but also to remember what was my beginning as an experience, but I couldn't even speak English at that time because I am a completely German and half Russian person. Since I had a start, my role-playing experiences not only progressed as CityRP or something else, but also in other games on my phone or something else during the time when I even started to learn English properly because I had decided to make new friends. Everything was easy back then, I got my first laptop in 2021 and started looking for role-playing games for Minecraft Java where I met SchoolRP for the first time and this server is the server that has taught me most over the years with experiences, actions, better English skills and most importantly the role-playing itself. No matter what, no matter what type of role-playing game, the rules and everything else, I have gained good experience in factions and events over the past 3 years, but my main theme from 2021 to the end of 2022 was criminal role-playing, in which I was able to best explain my actions and decisions and therefore had the most experience, because during these times I made the best friends I've ever had with whom I could write history. Kishi Division as a verified gang or Hanazono the Yakuza as an example taught me how to use P2L (play to lose) correctly in order to act correctly against opponents. There were enough moments that gave me experience, or my previous work in SRP as a nurse before today. I had a basic first aid course in real life and was immediately familiar with the subject. Nowadays everything is no longer a problem and I still get to know new activities that I never had before
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I want to make it clear that I miss playing a nurse like I did a long time ago. I want to repeat those times, but this time not alone, but with someone who has planned with me to start a family in character and this step towards the transition with my character and hers is the next biggest step for the lore and our fun. Our characters have been around for a long time and we want to keep playing them, but not always at the same age, but like everyone else, we get older and for us it was time to follow another path that would lead us into a new "world" so to speak, in which we no longer play the same students, but already enter adult life with our characters and, as mentioned, we can work out new lore as nurse and boss. I just miss the old times with players with whom I said to myself that I would come back again to develop new fun so that I could theoretically make new friends and get a name in the faction again. I am not alone with these reasons but together with another person.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
As already described in the backstory, Neko does not want to be caused any more stress and will intervene herself by making it clear with the appropriate volume and the look on her face that there is no point in behaving like this, warning that it is only a matter of time before this student either continues to behave badly or leaves it alone. If there is further misbehavior and the wrong words are used, Neko will implement the second warning rule by making it clear again that it will do no good to stand up to her and only cause nonsense, she will also make the second warning clear and hand over the detention slip to show that she will take it seriously. Otherwise she would have no choice and would have to hand over this detention ticket and also specifically let him know when detention is actually taking place and that it was just wrong and stupid, as if it weren't even sarcasm but reality, which it is. When it comes to mentioning when this detention is, she would also states that she doesn't quickly forget who she has just given a ticket to.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Over her choice, she immediately issues a report that she needs support in the area where the fight is taking place because she knows that teamwork is the best way to work for her. In any case, she would make sure that both students who are arguing and fighting get as far away from each other as possible by loudly and clearly moving between the two people to stop the fight and without having to know the reason why the fight took place because both students as parties have both injured themselves and there would be no point in even looking for reasons, instead she would first bring calm to the situation so that the chances of further escalation are reduced as much as possible in order to avoid further school fights. She also has no other choice than to ensure first aid for both parties and to give both of them detention tickets. The people who were badly injured - if both students had something to do with the fight and both are injured - would be taken to the sick room and the students would be separated and would look after both of them and would also be released from the room one by one so that they don't start fighting each other again when they leave. If there had only been one injured person, however, the same would have happened with the medical room; making sure that the uninjured school fighter was already at the door for another round of boxing so that nothing bad could happen. At the end, the fight is also reported to the SLT if possible as a valid report to let them know which people had fought with Harm.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Neko would first announce that she was also on site, in case the school employee had not already noticed, she would call for backup as quickly as possible over the radio and have the incident reported directly to her, and in a serious and conscientious manner she would advise them to stop the risky actions and instead stay out of it or apologize for having done something wrong, which is not allowed. If everything goes well, however, she would forward the report to the SLT. If the situation worsens and, in the worst case, danger arises, Neko would have to intervene herself and pull the school employee out herself either with clear words and with physical force, as anything could happen, making it clear that not everything has to have a reason and that it should be left alone. If she herself were unable to get the school employee out of the situation, she would need the backup she had requested or, in the worst case, even dial 110 for the police to leave it to the city's specialists and only be ready to provide first aid after the situation has escalated or during it. The report would be sent to the SLT as in the first option.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Neko will probably only go to the faculty break room in the morning to get something to eat or drink and then go back to her workplace. If she happens to meet colleagues in the break room, she would simply greet them and show herself to be respectful and gentle, which should show that she is not actually a hard and stressed person. It is important to her to stay calm and share the kindness of others in order to earn a better reputation herself.
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
/me would hold the list of medical supplies and equipment in her left hand while she pulled a pen from her jacket pocket to prepare to check, inspecting the medical supplies she had sorted to make sure there was enough in stock, marking each small empty box with a check mark to ensure the check. If any items were missing, she would mark them with a cross to complete the inspection.
/me would place the first aid kit on the table next to the sickbed and open it at the clips to remove fresh disinfectant wipes and clean the wound on the student's arm to disinfect and remove any dirt to prevent disease. After cleaning, she would place a compress over the wound with light pressure from her thumb while wrapping a simple bandage around the entire wound and compress to prevent blood loss and provide external protection.
/me She would immediately take off her soft work jacket and press the jacket together to create padding for the back of the head of the person on the floor who was having a seizure. She made sure that there was nothing in the area that the affected person could be hit against, so she waited until the person's body calmed down. When the person on the floor calmed down, however, they were unconscious after that moment. Neko knelt next to the person and used her index and middle fingers to feel for the heartbeat or the neck to see if they were still alive. Finding that she was still alive but unconscious, she placed her in the side position by carefully moving her body to the right, extending her left leg with the knee up towards her head, pointing the person's right arm straight to the right of her body so that she could place her left hand under her right cheek as well as providing a safe route for fluids such as drool to drain out of the mouth to avoid suffocation or drowning.

Backstory
It was the year 1998, the year Aneko and Ayame Kurosawa were born on their way to a local National Hakone Hospital in Odawara. The wrong time for a difficult birth in a hospital ambulance. Ayame was born first, before Aneko, but they both made it to the hospital safely. Those who saw the babies were puzzled as to why they looked so similar... Twins? Both cried at the same time, if only by coincidence. Aneko, or also known as "Neko" meaning cat, always imitated her sister as a very young girl, be it crying, screaming... However, when it came to screaming, Ayame couldn't even scream... Neko was still the one who screamed for her mother as a child. Overall, Neko continued to imitate Ayame over the years. Be it eating or anything else, she was the more playful one, Ayame was more calm and relaxed than usual. They were both sisters but some things changed. At just 5 years old, Neko could already speak, but Ayame had to learn sign language to do so. So Hana, the sisters' mother, asked them both to learn Japanese sign language together. At least this helped after a certain amount of time, but Neko was not necessarily smarter than her siblings. She was already somewhat retarded in elementary school. It wasn't necessarily difficult for her, she just had too many thoughts at once, which led her to get more help from Ayame than to help herself. She was, so to speak, in need of something to get ahead, otherwise she would feel wrong. Neko was, so to speak, normal in the sense, but was less able to progress in life without help; the wrong thoughts were always popping into her head. The beginning of the end of elementary school had already begun, the time when Neko became a musician and was taught to sew by her mother, at least suitable hobbies. High school also started again, still in the same place but it was smaller than usual and didn't have many teachers, which meant that she hardly got any lessons, just like her sister, and after a few years Ayame, Kazumi and Aneko (Neko) Kurosawa had to move to Karakura. Their parents Hana and Mayo Kurosawa had put apartments together for them to live in. They did this even when they were still young. Whether that was smart enough is debatable. Unfortunately the parents of the Kurosawa siblings didn't know that Karakura was already quite dangerous with criminals at that time. Everything was planned by the parents of the Kurosawa siblings. They went to school normally, met new friends and studied normally, but after a few years Neko suddenly changed. Neko went from being a normal school child to a criminal offender in an instant. It was clear from childhood that she was reckless, captivating and believed everything. Thinking that crime would bring her victory in life was useless. Zach Nevio invited her to his organization where she was trained to become stronger, even Ayame and Kazumi didn't know about it. It all started easily, but there were already the first incidents of criminals fighting. Neko was a bystander for support, she watched someone being stabbed with a tactical knife, but it was clear that she showed weakness and fear. She was already obsessed with working for Nevio, Isabella was also a Nevio and together they were a kind of pact that didn't last long. Nevio fell apart after a while when Zach Nevio disappeared or was murdered. Neko was now on her own, but there were certain other "friends" who had become involved in crime, but were not in any gang. It was a mashup of different people like a flash mob that came quickly and disappeared quickly to change something. For example, a person's death. Neko had always been there and saw that situation while she had to physically use her hands to do it. Things got even worse when Xeno Kataguri met her, everything changed, she became a criminal, got hold of a real katana and ballistic mask with her hands, which made her the riskiest, she pulled it off with the new Scorpio juveniles gang. Truths and duties were a forced favor, the bond lasted quite a long time, there were stressful situations and Neko's behavior deteriorated, she felt obsessed with these things to the point where she still regrets being a criminal to this day. She was scammed in a deal that was illegal. She knocked out a scammer who knew her well enough that she ended up being too gullible and was forced to the ground, driven insane by 3 criminals and given the agony of a lifetime by a machete. Neko was from this point the human she never was before.
After the attack, Neko was taken to hospital, not even knowing whether she was still alive or whether it had just been a dream. It had all been much nicer in her memory, knowing nothing at all, than that her entire leg was missing and she was lying on a sick bed with a patch on it, slowly opening her eyes, wanting to move and wanting to know why she was in pain. It was a miracle that she had even forgotten when she had lost her leg, but she noticed it after just a short while and she broke out in panic and tears, crying, whimpering and, best of all, devastated as if she had lost everything. This was the worst moment of her life. It took more than four weeks for her to get used to moving around in a wheelchair or hopping. It was hard enough for her - she was disabled for a long time, as a result of her PTSD (also known as post traumatic stress disorder) which she got from the attack, which she was able to remember again after just two days of physical therapy, which at least helped her to think clearly again. It was good for her to talk about what could be done better, to change, to turn away from bad activities that she herself had to take part in. She remembered her time in the hospital positively - the nice doctors, the food, the stay and especially the nurses, which piqued her interest the most, the sight of seeing and knowing that these people were actually hanging around everywhere in the hospital, helping people, working as a maid and medical assistant. She loved seeing how positive this work would be. Knowing that she would be able to get out of the hospital in a wheelchair for a longer period of time. However, Neko was no longer so enthusiastic after leaving the hospital. Since her sister was no longer in Karakura and no one knew anything about Neko herself, she only lived alone under the supervision of adults at school. She was fed up with sitting in a wheelchair for the next few months and being pushed around. She wanted to move more, and knowing that she was more likely to injure herself, she was given a pair of walking sticks, which helped her make much better progress. Learning to walk permanently on one leg was quite easy for her, even with a bad conscience about the risk of injury, and she also learned to do sports with her back and legs, even as a race, by sprinting. But months after the hospital, Neko still couldn't get the attack out of her head and didn't want to ruin her life any further with the help of walking sticks and companions. As an alternative option, she was offered a real leg prosthesis, which she couldn't say no to. After just a few days, she also received her first fake copy of her lost leg, made of plastic and a metal skeleton in the leg itself. She wore it for the first time and although she felt pain in the stump of her missing leg, she taught herself to act as if her leg was real, without feeling it or knowing how to let it go. She felt the shadow pain in the non-existent nerve in the prosthesis, which showed that she still thought her real leg was still attached to her body. Life felt much better for her without any help from assistants who only bothered her and were too worried that she wouldn't fall over. Of course, this didn't stop her from strolling to this day, she got used to that too. After constantly "suffering" from the missing leg, she was able to recover for a long time, and met new friends, which was most important to her. People she could relate to, people who accompanied her through school life as a kind of friendship. However, her "normal love" was someone called Chara Dyllamore, someone who was younger than she was. Neko felt obsessed with Chara, felt dependent on him. Neko wasn't quite so normal and usually exaggerated with inexplicable actions that mostly had negative consequences, such as Chara playing with her feelings and making her angry, afraid and sad. She had never been aware of how much he drove her and felt like she was already being called a living doll because she just didn't want to let go. Chara, on the other hand, let Neko kiss him out of love, which was later made into a betrayal against Neko, which led Chara to bring Neko's number one hate person into the game and in the end had Neko's presence locked out of Chara's apartment. She was devastated and lost a lot of hope in her love, which caused her to break down. Neko didn't want any more stress, didn't want to be cheated on by people she liked. She tried to find peace in the shrine where the hot bath was.
The warmest and most relaxing place she knew where her true love was hidden. She didn't know that Emiko A. Munakata had already chosen this love for her as a girl. Emiko was the one who was worried about Neko and, out of sheer sadness, was looking for relaxation in the right place with clear and refreshing water to swim in. It was almost a relief, but her mood dropped because she met people who only wanted negative things for her, or at least that's what she thought. Emiko became a good friend to her, but the biggest spark for the explosion of mentality towards Neko was already in front of her face. Emiko wanted to visit Neko in her apartment, which is what happened, but Chara had never left Neko's life and only wanted to cause her more harm by handing him the key to the apartment, which was simply put, it was her mistake of trust. When Chara entered the apartment it felt like horror enough, she even jumped on him and screamed at him out of anger and fear that she didn't want this anymore, that she wanted him out of her life completely. Instead of wanting to do something terrible to him, she ran out onto her balcony and let herself cry in a corner out of panic and fear. Chara was thrown out of her apartment at that moment. She was so broken and weak that a candle suddenly glowed as Emiko picked her up and simply carried her in her arms to kiss Neko for the first time, not knowing if anything else would have helped. The kiss calmed Neko down, she became calm. This was the moment when Neko's entire life was turned around, she called this step in life "My New Eden." Emiko had become her life companion, so to speak. From that day on, nothing changed, although there were small arguments and negative moments that quickly went from burning to extinguishing. At the age of 21, she was ready to enter a medical and health academy. The moment she was in the hospital for a while, the constant expectations and thoughts about working as a nurse or even a doctor led Neko to complete a nursing training course, following which, but separately from her girlfriend, she had to go to a special college for this work to learn how to prepare for work as a hospital worker, further away from Karakura, where she also started her first job as a nursing assistant while still fresh in training. The same age of 21, she found it good, no problems moving her leg, no problems with staff. She liked working closely with people and taking care of patients, asking questions for the doctors and gaining more experience on the side. As with almost any other job, there were also disadvantages when she was stressed, for example, or there was a lot of activity in the hospital where she wasn't allowed to take a break because patients needed help or especially in emergency rooms. At the age of 22, she saw an older person die of cancer for the first time, which meant more than just sadness to her. In nursing school or vocational school, her grades were almost as good as if her sister Ayame had taken a test in a compulsory subject. However, she was sad that she rarely saw her girlfriend anymore. With her training behind her and a permanent job, she continued to participate, but over time she realized that she also wanted to start her family. She had a job and money, but her permanent love was still far away and the best option for both of the loving beings, Neko Kurosawa and Emiko A. Miyazawa, her name was changed due to leaving her family, was to return to Karakura. Where Neko is looking for an easier job, the school where she spent her high school years, the place where she has most memories, and yet after years of work and waiting, she wants to work as a nurse at KHS (Karakura high school) together with her Emiko, where they will both work together in the same school as Neko the nurse and Emiko the chef and continue to exist as a family.
Motivation for Joining KHS:
When I was younger, I had been a student at the school for a long time and had also studied here with my sister. In order to start my medical training, I had to leave Karakura after the KHS to complete my training as a nurse and as a staff member for several years, which meant that I had to move far away from my girlfriend, from where I lived, in order to be able to work at all and just for the training. However, Emiko A. Miyazawa and I, Neko Kurosawa, want to continue living in Karakura to enrich our lives here, and do so together. Instead of going back to the hospital, I would like to get to know the old Karakura High School again and see what it is like to be a nurse at my old school and feel what it was like back then and the difference to today. Not just alone, but with my soon-to-be wife Emiko A. Miyazawa, with whom I will continue our life working at Karakura High School and probably also communicate with other school staff and help each other as best we can. I would also like to get to know the students again, instead of making friends as I did as a student, and announce that I want to continue my life here in Karakura. I want to help the students as much as I can, whether mentally, physically with a medical hand, respect and prosperity are the most important things a person needs for me. I want to make myself available so that I can build a life here again with my future wife.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I personally have waited a long time for this moment of a different perspective on students to find out what it is like to help students or school workers instead of being helped. I don't want to be just a simple worker, I want to be at the top and show what skills I have shown over the years. If necessary, I am also prepared to do not only the tasks of a classic nurse in a school, but also outside of it.

Additional notes about your application:
Since my Character Neko Kurosawa exists since 2021, the half of the first backstory paragraph describes happenings that actually have happened ICly.
Do you have any questions?:
May I be told the reason of getting denied, if it ever happens? Last time the reason was not shown I believe.
